The people are polite, professional and courteous. Dr. Huynh is amazing!!! She is very thorough and explains everything. You will not leave her office without fully understanding everything about your eye care.

Professional, friendly and efficient staff. They keep the place really clean and are accommodating. The doctor is also amazing. She doesn’t rush you even during a busy day when she’s seeing multiple people at once. She cares about her patients and are always willing to share her knowledge whenever you have questions. I’ve been going here for about 2 years and I highly recommend.

My visit with Dr Dinh was great. He explained everything he was doing so I could easily understand his process and made sure I was caring for my eyes in the right ways. Very comfortable place, nice staff.

I had my first appointment here with Dr. Misa Trang-Huynh and I just had the best experience from the front desk, assistant and doctor. Super kind staff and the doctor explained everything to me in great detail like no doctor has before.

Hidden fees. 40$ appt became a $120 appt which I was only told after the fact. There was no information or warning. Going somewhere else. But if you go here, be sure to ask for cost of everything before they do it.

I just relocated to the area and I needed my eye exam. They took real good care of me and my glasses arrived sooner than I thought. They followed all the COVID-19 safety guidelines and I wasnt worried at all

Beautiful location! Excellent customer service. Very professional service from the first call to the eyeglass exam. On a Friday they were able to book me right away and every other location I called said I would have to wait until next week. Dr.Dinh was very nice and professional and Diana who prepared me for my exam was helpful and really nice. Highly recommend this optometrist. Also convenient if you want to grab lunch or Starbucks at the same time since it’s in Vintage Park.

I went in for an eye exam yesterday and was more than pleased with the experience I had with Dr. Sanh Dinh and his staff at Focus Eye Care. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass and or contacts.

What a fantastic office! The front staff were so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and were incredibly professional. By far, this was the best experience Ive had at an eye doctors office.

I will never recommend this place to anyone! We had a bad experience with the staff who was rude and spoke as though they dont care how they speak to you. I confronted one of the girls about how rude she was to my husband and told her her tone of voice was uncalled for and when she so called apologized, her tone of voice didnt change just got more rude to me! The doctor was not any better and placed blame on my husband because he tried the bifocal contact lenses (which my husband stressed many times he didnt want! Just regular lenses hes been wearing for several years that hes been happy with). This doctor had the nerve to tell us that it was our fault because we left (after a lengthy time there and had to leave for another appointment) that he had to resize him for the original lenses he asked for. No bedside manner at all! Never apologized or said he was sorry about the mix up. Just blamed my husband. What ever happened to the treating your patient right so that we will want to come back and keep our business? I had my appointment scheduled but Im not giving any of my business to them and I hope you reconsider even thinking about this place!

The worst experience with the staff. They just want to charge as much as they can. I will change of doctor just for the staff.
