I’ve been going to Space Center Eye Associates for many years. Even though there have been occasional changes in personnel, they have always provided most excellent and professional care of my vision needs. Dr Manuel has always been there and runs an excellent practice.

Hands down!! I’m so AMAZED on the customer service on itself! It has approved soooooo much ever since this MAIN center has hired Mrs. Lisa Letulle. She is the one that COMMUNICATES with you directly on making sure your prescription/insurance/when order comes in house when ready. If something is not right she is there Up FRONT and CENTER to be your voice to make sure order is done right! Making sure the ETA on any prescription is up to par on arrival and provides actual ANSWERS and well reasons. Not only she calls and leave details voicemails but always a via email will be sent as well! Highly satisfied! My Husband and myself both are so happy with Space Center Eye Associates. I had to track down Dr. Hanna Burfield as she was my Dr. at another establishment, they told me she no longer worked with them, thank goodness for technology, I google searched her and found her. She is a God send, I am 60 yrs. young and got rid of my readers thanks to her fine tuning. And my Husbands glasses are tri which he got used to amazingly fast. Thank you all.

Best customer service I have ever experienced at an eyeglass dealer. I had a pair of glasses that needed the bridge replaced. Even though they did not carry my brand, they were able to fix them like new. I can definitely say I will be bringing all of my business here in the future. My hats off to Lisa, Deanna and Jacqueline. More people could take lessons from the customer service these three gave me.

I have keratoconus of the right eye. For years I struggled with RGP’s that didn’t even provide very good vision. The battle with dirt and debris in the workplace was constant and unbearable at times. Dr. Manuel and Naomi were able to prescribe and fit me with sclera lenses, which put an end to my struggles. I now see better than I’ve seen in years, regardless of the environment.

I was new to this clinic and my exam was with Dr. Burfield. The front desk personnel were kind and helpful. The exam with the technician went well. I was impressed with the level of technology/equipment they had. I hadnt had any exposure to it. Everything was explained to me as they went along. Dr. Burfield seemed very experienced, passionate about what she was doing. She was caring and thoughtful about giving me all the information I needed to make good decisions for the future. She gave me the most thorough exam Id ever had. I would definitely return for an annual exam or eye issues.

Dr Manuel is great at examining and checking to make sure prescription is right. Lisa Letulle is amazing at helping choose the right frame for your face shape. I have never had an optician pick frames that I have been so pleased with. Even took my daughter there to get help picking out some non prescription sunglasses. She is so patient.

Dr. Manual is a true professional. Best choice I have made for my health was to see him and get scalera lenses.

Today I arrived and was greeted like family! The staff was so friendly and got me all taken care of! Deana even adjusted my glasses for me!

Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful and the young lady who ran the tests made me so comfortable by explaining what she was doing. Lisa then helped with my frames selection. It is so nice to get good service from beginning to end. The front staff is prompt and cordial, went as far as the make fresh coffee, the doctor was pleasant, professional and to the point, and the technicians took the time to repair my old beat up pair of glasses at no charge while I waited. This place is great. I’m relatively new to the area and needed a pair of glasses fixed after I had rolled over them. Even though I didn’t buy them here, they still helped. Two other places wouldn’t fix them or else wanted to charge me to fix them. Space Center took care of it in 10 min.

Dr Burfield was very patient and thorough. She read my chart from previous visits which is very important because my eyes only need childrens strength dilation drops. If the full strength dialation drops are used my eyes will stay dialated for 24 hours causing a severe headache. Keith Manuel, OD, & staff are supremely capable & attentive. My vision is difficult to correct so I drive 50 miles to receive the best care possible from Dr Manuel, who was recommended by Baylor Opthalmology.

What happened? We have been using Space Center Eye Associates for years and loved our experience. Are they under new management? Front office personnel has been downgraded...multiple mistakes and are generally unprofessional. Seems like a bunch of turnover in admin and doctors has caused them to take a turn fore the worse. Regretably, we will be looking for an alternative provider.

I’ve been going to Dr. Manuel’s office for many, many years. I also have used different doctors here at this office. They are all exceptionally knowledgeable. I have a minor problem with one of my eyes but they are keeping a close eye on it. They are very thorough and take time to listen to me. I have never been disappointed after leaving. I have very bad eyesight and am therefore a non-typical case of being nearsighted or farsighted. Dr. Robinson was great. I took my dad in to get a hemorrhage in his right eye checked out. She did a great job at explaining everything & made sure we left the office understanding everything she had done. This was my first time here and I am never going anywhere else.

This was by far the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. The technology that they have was far more advanced than anything I’ve seen and I am an Optical Engineer. They were timely friendly and diagnosed my vision more effectively than previous doctors. They come with my highest recommendation

My last visit was Thursday, December 31, 2015, and I was in and out in an hour with a complete eye examination, dilation, photos, evaluation and thorough examination along with explanation. I was excited. Dr. Manuel is very thorough and patient, and the staff is professional and courteous. The office is clean, and if you need glasses, your options are extensive. As to parking, there is never a problem--easy in and out access to Space Center and Clear Lake Blvd. Ive been going there since I moved into the area in 2013, and have been happy with the whole experience. I believe that any issues they may have had in the past have all been worked out.

Dr Manuel, Dr Robinson and their staff are both thorough and professional. Dr Manuel takes the time to explain my individual situation, does appropriate retinal imaging and takes a personal interest in my well-being. His support staff is also very helpful and welcoming.

Space Center Eye Associates has an easy to make eye exam appointment with a very thorough exam. The staff is very professional, and if glasses are needed, there is a large selection of frames and lens available. Glasses are not cheap, but youreyes deserve the best available. By the way, Dr. Manuel was the optometrist for theastronauts. Additionally, parking is easy and adjacent to the office.

Could not find a more thorough or knowledgeable optometrist. In addition to being a retired army colonel who specialized in eye care he’s been the doctor most NASA astronauts go to for care and examinations. Keith has been my eye doctor for over 15 years. It is personally noteworthy that he has taken especially good care in trying to save and restore to 20/35 my vision when I was blinded in one eye several years back.

SO AMAZING! I found out while making an appointment with them that they were not in-network with our insurance.
