Loved the service and the friendly welcome you get when comming in. Dr. Garcia is so funnie and really cares about his patients. They are repainting and new carpet being put in. Very nice.

Horrible service. Long waits. Appointments not made based on staff availability. Why stack appointments and make ppl sit for long periods of time. Been here 2 hours and still waiting on dr.

Senceria Jefferson i a received treatment from your office on several occasionsby Dr. Tabet and her helper Latasha Bush. Which i wasnt treated in a professional manner by Miss. Latasha Bush in my last eye injection prep, Latasha was in fact irritated because of my nervousness about receiving eye injection and vocalized that i was being over dramatic and it was clear that she was irate because i have a fear of needles going into my eyes and that the other patients were much easier to deal with then i was and then i was and proceeded to put iodine drops into my eye and it started to burn, and i requested numbing drops to easy the pain and burning sensation that i was experiencing she told me i compliant to much and walk out of the examination room and came back five minutes later and my home health provider asked her if i could have the numbing drops to subside my pain and discomfort she gave them to me, as she told me i needed to act like an adult, moments later Dr. Tabet came in to give me injection medication and asked me if i were ok because i look upset, and i was because of the rudeness and unprofessional manner Miss. Latasha exhibited before the doctor came in. I didnt speak up And tell here what had happened because (Latasha) was still in the examination room at the time she asked and im not aware of the chain of command in making a complaint and Dr. Tabet was always kind and patient with a great bedside matter as well as the other staff at this office she talked me thorough the last procedure and I trusted her . my home health provider called in and voiced her concern over the way i was treated.So i came in today for my appointment but it was at the wrong time the nice lady at the front desk asked me to wait so that she could see if i could be seen by Dr. tabet which i felt at the time i would see her but i also let them know i didnt want to be seen by Miss. Bush because i felt very uncomfortable with her due to the prior negative treatment from her. as i was talking to the office manager Dr. Tabet came in to Defend Miss. Bush actions and treatment towards me and basically called me a lair and a trouble maker and would not hear me out at all she stated i should have told her instead of getting other office staff involved with the complaint and wouldnt let me explain or speak and even when i did get a word out to tell her what a good doctor she was thankful for the extra time and care and patient she was with me and i received poor treatment from Miss, Bush she was not able to listen and my son spoke to her in a rude way because he was upset she wouldnt even listen she shut us down we were trying to discuss a problem in a clam way but she was so angry we got no where i felt like she didnt want to hear a word i had to say it was here way or no way. im writing your office today because i feel like i was treated less then a human being. my goal wasnt to start trouble i wanted to be heard and someone care which that is not what happened at all. ended up leaving in tears because i needed to get the treatment.

Is the worst eyes doctor I have been the waiting time is more than 2 hours I hope i do not have to come back.
