First time ever getting glasses in my life and Monique was a great help and she has a great sense of what glasses actually look good on you. I was expecting to have a glasses salesman just trying to upsell me. But she was no pressure, friendly, and I felt 100% confident in my choice of glasses thanks to Monique. She checked on me periodically even while she was helping other customers. Expect a wait if you’re coming to this location though, seems like a wait time can easily build with even 1 person ahead of you

Monique and Ty helped me with two pair of glasses. They went above and beyond helping me figure out on the second pair where I had trouble choosing!They always have a great attitude and no matter how busy they are they always Greet you at the door!I never go to any other place than Visionworks!Thanks for the great experience!

My time was of value, I DID NOT have to wait over 5 minutes for service. TYIECE was very friendly, respectful and professional while assisting me with my eyewear. I really enjoyed my visit with her because of her genuine personality and exceptional customer service skills. Honestly, I recognize her as the shining star of Visionworks location#138.

Do not go to this Visionworks.. They do not know what service is. After entering there Copperfield store they ask many questions including can they verify your insurance. When you inform them that you are there to purchase some glasses they tell you that you must first go online to select some frames before they can assist you.. This doesnt make sense. A customer is in your store informing you that they are there to purchase a pair of glasses.. How can they select a pair of glasses online without trying them on... I guess they dont want my business...

We bought glasses last week and service at this store was very good, the lady who looked after us (Monique I think) was ever so patient and never lost her smile even though the showroom was full, the phone kept ringing and she was on her own. She was great! Glasses arrived early and are as expected, no problem!

Bought a rayban eyeglasses but its not even a year and its falling apart. Its made in China, i thought Raybans are made from italy? Counterfeit? Just watch out if you have to buy glasses from them. I owned few Rayban glasses and they didnt break like the ones i got from them. And btw pls check your restroom from time to time, i went to use the restroom as well only to find a big dump in the toilet.. would never come back to this place again.

My first and last experience ar this location,Kim Nguyen was very rude and unprofessional. I had a much more pleasant experience at Walmart vision center. It seemed no one knew what was going on nor did they have have any work ethic to go the extra mile,terrible customer support

This location had amazing customer service. Monique, the store manager, and Luis, the asst manager, was very helpful! It took them about hour and still continued to work and were very thorough. They went out of their way to help me find the pair of glasses and gave superior customer service. I would highly recommend this location!!!

Great place as long as you get Monica; there is a skinny, blonde girl that has terrible manners and an extremely poor attitude. Whenever you go there, make SURE you dont get her. I guess its true, the good ones leave and the bad ones stay there forever.

For the last few years my husband and I have used this location for both eyeglasses and contact lens. While there is a nice selection of products I have to confess that it is the quality of customer service we receive that brings us back. Each year Monique has assisted us with our glasses and or contact lens. She greets us with a smile, she addresses us by name, and she is always focused on the job at hand. It’s really difficult to find great customer service today so we really appreciate the service Monique provides as well as the products we purchase!Anita

Worst place ever i cant see out of my new glasses then they wanted to charge me for another exam then I asked for my money back and they wanted to charge a 3 percent restoking fee will never return

Waited over 3 weeks for my glasses to be completed and still waiting. They never answer the phone and are severely understaffed. Not giving this location anymore of my business going forward. Extremely poor experience.

This is lengthy, but I need to tell my story. First, let me say this great customer service experience started over a month ago at the Copperfield store. I was in desperate need of some new nose pads since the ones on my glasses were very yellowed, etc. I first went to the previous business (Americas Best) down the street where I had purchased my glasses over 2 years ago - I was overdue for a new prescription. To my surprise - no one seemed interested in helping me since I wasnt going to purchase anything that day - just needed new nose pads. After waiting around for 15 minutes or so, one clerk said to another - can you help her? She then went to a drawer and briefly dug around there and said they couldnt help me because they didnt have the nose pads that would work on my glasses. I was like - what do you mean? - I bought these glasses here and you cant help me? No, she said, we cant - like too bad, so sad. I was catching a flight the next day so I really wanted new nose pads -- I decided to stop at Vision Works. There was a very nice young man there - Daniel. He was so polite and courteous and said - Yes Maam - I can help you with that! I was so relieved - I thanked him and told him I needed a new prescription and I would be coming back to this store just because he provided such great customer service. Well, last week, I kept my word and went in with a new prescription and took my husband in as well, with his. Monique tended to us that day and provided awesome customer service assisting us with our orders.. Daniel wasnt in that day. Today, we both went in to pick up our glasses and Monique and Daniel were there. They were just as welcoming and courteous as before and I told Daniel - I told you I would be back.. We spent around $700 combined at this store - all because of great customer service and taking care of a simple thing as replacing my nose pads. Thank you so much Daniel and Monique! Keep up the great work - your never know when a small/kind gesture will bring you new customers and keep your existing ones as well!

Fast service. The girl who helped me was so patient picking out which frames would work best for me. Very knowledgeable about glasses for someone so young. They have a lot of frames, and not a lot of workers, nonetheless never had an easy experience like this before getting glasses at this location.

I have been a patient here for a couple of years so how I was treated was an utter disappointment.I went in to see if I could purchase a set of contacts as I lost my last pair; just until the contacts I ordered from them came in. I was literally walking around with nothing.The guy (front desk person) that is usually there, who is never ever friendly, asked me to wait so that he can check if they had a pair to sell me. He came back up front pretty quickly and said they had none in stock.I was super bummed. I didnt know what to do as Im literally blind without them.I waited a couple of hours before I went next door to order my contacts. (work in the area)I told the girl who helped me what happened next door. She said Im going next door to ask for a set of contacts for you. Guess what? She came back with a pair for me. So that guy basically lied to my face. Its not like I asked for a free contact! I was going to pay for them. If theyre lying to your face no telling what else theyre doing.I will never return to that place. I will take my business elsewhere.Do yourself a favor. You go somewhere else too.

I came in for one pair of glasses and ended up getting 2 with their bogo free deal. The whole process was easy and the staff was professional and helpful throughout.

I want to say thank you to Monique for going above and beyond. My son drove in from College Station specifically to get his frame lenses changed out, that had come in, and the technician was off that day even though we were told he was going to be there by two different employees. Monique took the bull by the horns and she got the situation taken care of at a different location. She drove over there, handled all the details and kept me and my son informed. My son was able to get his glasses and get back to College Station without a hitch. Thank you Monique for your outstanding service. These days it seems to be rare. Way to go!

If i could give a 1/2 star I would. I ordered my daughter some lens only because I had my own frames. It took a month after they told me 2 weeks at the most. The office never called to update me on the status. I had to keep calling. They kept pushing my date back. Needless to say the frames or the lens never came in. After a month 1/2, I received a refund. They told me they would call me when my frames came in which was 3 more weeks ago. Still no call back! I called them last week and they said call back tomorrow when the inventory guy is there. WTH?

I ordered my color contact lenses on 07/29/2019 and the delivery date was set on 08/03/2019. Today it is 08/09/2019 and I have not recevied my lenses. I called the store and first no one answers, u have to call like three to four times and then one will answer. I asked about delivery date and I never received a clear answer. I just chose this location because of its reviews and being close to my home. A total disappointment.
