I recently went to see a dentist for the pain that I was having. I was told I needed an implant for a tooth that could not be saved.At this point, knew I needed a second opinion. I was fortunate enough to have found Dr. Hanzon who was highly recommended. Dr. Hanzon is someone that has the experience he is kind, gentle, and patient with all my questions. He explained every step of the procedure, the pros, and cons of what a root canal could do for me. He was in and out before I knew it. I never did feel any pain. He is amazing, I can’t say enough about Dr. Hanzon. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Great facilities, very professional. Appreciate the treatment from Dr. Hansen and his staff. Their pricing seems to be out of line and is much more expensive than the insurance thought reasonable, 60% higher than allowed by insurance. This left me with a large balance due.This was a surprise that I was not prepared for and I was further disappointed when I called to the office asking for any type of adjustment in the balance due and the office manager said no.

We were referred by Aesthetic Family Dentistry to MCE. To do a root canal for my teenage son. It was a great experience with Dr. Hanzon. Dr. Hanzon explained the procedure being performed, very polite and professional. My son never complained of any pain or discomfort. Very happy with the overall experience with him and his staff. If I ever need a root canal I will be going to Dr. Hanzon.

I had a swollen painful tooth area which Dr. Liu deeply probed with out any numbing. I had to stopped him because the pain was intense and stabbing. He paused but continued on again more cautiously for another minute. At this point I literally had tears rolling down my face and I was very tense. I had to ask the assistant for a tissue. It was embarrassing but it was horribly painful. He asked if I was ok and decided to apply a local anesthetic to continue the exam. He used a numbing swab but did not give it time to work and immediately followed with the injections. Again this was more painful than it had to be. After all of this painful and stressful ordeal he told me based on the CT scan I was not a candidate for a root canal and referred me back to my original dentist. I dont understand the need for the torturous exam probing when the CT scan was done first . Dr. Liu was professional and explained the scan results well. However, I would not recommend him due to his lack of empathy for pain.

No one likes a root canal, but this was the best! No pain, so informative the whole time.

Walked in as an emergency for a root canal treatment the same day & was taken care of at the BEST service! Dr. Hanzon & his assistant Janelle did my procedure and they did such an outstanding job!! I walked in with pain I had for a week. They took the pain away in less than an hour!! Janelle was very gentle with me when taking X-rays knowing I couldn’t bite very well. Dr. Hanzon explained everything to me before the procedure & after he was done. Both made the experience very comfortable. The girls in the front desk were very nice for accepting me as a walk in. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!! Thank you all!!

This was my first experience at the facility, and I must say I was very impressed! I generally dread any type of dental procedure, having had less than stellar treatment in the past. I cannot express enough, how welcome and comfortable the entire staff made me feel. My appointment was with Dr. Hanzon, who was not only professional and proficient, but who possessed an awesome bedside manner as well. I have spent over 20 years in direct patient care, and must say that this is, by far, the best dental experience I have ever encountered. From their state of the art facility, to the competent COVID19 precautions, I can say I would recommend them to family and friends, as well as return for more treatment for myself, should the need arise. The dr and his nurse were friendly. Front office staff was not real welcoming. I never received a follow up call from office after procedure and took over a month to get information sent to my dentist. I have a 30 day temporary I am hoping will last a few more months so I can get into a specialist to complete the work they could not do. I was never advised by the dr that did the root canal about this additional work or problem on another tooth at the time of visit. It would be helpful if patients received detailed information of work needed so it can be taken care of promptly and office staff followed through with providing necessary documents needed.

I just had my first root canal with the wonderful Dr. Ansari. Throughout my visit, Dr. Ansari was kind, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. He will really listen to you and during the procedure, your comfort is his primary concern. When my procedure began, I was a little uncomfortable with the plastic guard around my tooth so Dr. Ansari stopped everything and let me take a deep breath and get comfortable with the setup. As he says, We work as a team and everyone needs to be comfortable. He also has a device you can bite down on that keeps you jaw comfortably open during the entire procedure; it was perfect and made me relax completely. I listened to music on my iPod during it all and it was all over before I knew it. Do not hesitate to go to Dr. Ansari. 5 STARS!!!

I sure did not know what to expect. The office staff was great. The Doctor and Nurse were so wonderful. During the procedure I was kept informed step by step. The bed side manner of this Doctor and nurse were the best I have ever experienced!! Every office should treat there patients in this manner. I sure do not want another root canal, but if needed only at this office!!!! Diana

From Jackie at the front desk to Dr. Hanzen, Dr. Kapadia (sp? on both) and each dental assistant I’ve had, each time everyone is so kind, caring, and gentle! I was just in for an urgent procedure and while I’m normally a tad nervous to see a dentist, this time was even more anxiety ridden because I’m pregnant. The dental assistant (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) and Dr. Hanzen made me feel very comfortable and calm and I was in and out in no time! Thank you all for everything you do, especially during a time such as this.

My experience was pleasant from the time I entered the front office until I left. The Dr. and his assistant were warm, friendly, and concerned about my comfort regarding pain. Dr. Anas Fatayer and staff were very helpful and personable. It really helped that I was able to submit my paperwork online, ahead of my appointment. It is never fun to have to make a trip to the Endodontist (sorry, but true). But I would not trust my teeth to anyone else. I see Dr. Kapadia and he is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had to see him unfortunately for a large abscess and he took the time to do everything he could to alleviate my pain and get me on the track to recovery. This is a great office and I highly recommend them.

I was sent here to examine for tooth damage, because I told the dentist when asked that I had a little gum discomfort occasionally.Xrays were taken but there was no discussion. Dr Kapadia explained the root canal procedure but did not go over where a possible crack was on the tooth. We reviewed no xrays although they took them. The electrometric root length measuring tool shorted on my metal retainer heating my 2 front teeth when I yelled out. He responded quickly but going forward just did not discuss my tooth and mishap in detail.He began documenting an observation of my tooth flaws. It has been a year and a half, with one adjustment after year one where he ground down the crown to give some clearance. The tooth hurts every single day. This root canal was a Fail. The tooth was not the problem. It was a gum problem and is increasing in pain. Of course the tooth is now a problem because a root canal kills the tooth.

Root Canal. Those two little words have been associated with fear and trembling and unimaginable pain from the first time I heard the term several decades ago. So when I was told by my dentist a couple of months back that I would need one I was, to put it mildly, unpleased. I compensated by going into my normal unpleased mode of procrastination. That was going well until a week ago I popped the crown off of said tooth while flossing and friendly dentist would not touch the situation until I had the procedure. He had recommended a local Endodontics group that specializes in that sort of torture so I made the appointment. And went. Apparently great strides have been made in the procedure since I first heard about it and I am pleased to report there was almost no actual pain encountered. Not to say it was easy. My mouth was pushed, pulled yanked, drilled, filed, and who knows what else for well over an hour. And by the time he was finished I discovered I could not close my mouth. My jaw had come unhinged. Literally. Scared the tar out of me. But the Endo knew what was going on and pushed the jaw back into place. Whew. Afterwards it took the Novocain quite a while to wear off but by evening there was pretty much no discomfort and I had almost no feeling that the procedure had been conducted. Wow! Many thanks to Dr. Kapadia and the staff for a better than expected experience.

The offices are very plush. The service I received was bad and they actually forgot my appointment. Their blood pressure device is the worst I have ever encountered - very tight and painful. I got two different opinions from the two doctors. I would not recommend them.

Excellent experience with the Endodontist at Medical Center Endodontics. I went at the recommendation of my dentist for a possible cracked tooth and they found that it was not cracked and saved the hassle and discomfort and expense of a root canal. ..and everyone in the office from the desk to the chair were very friendly and easy to deal with. If I need an Endo in the future I will definitely be back. Edit: A year after this appointment I still had issues with this same tooth and saw another dental professional who did a CBCT scan and found that the tooth was indeed cracked. So while this office did not catch the probelm in all fairness several dental professionals missed it because of a lack of ordering a needed CBCT scan to find the crack.

Over charged over $400 for a CT scan that I never received and services that were never performed.
