Excellent staff. Little wait time even though there were many patients. Shannon Havens NP was by far one of the best diagnosticians Ive seen in a long time. She listened very closely was highly attentive. Took a thorough history to best understand what was going on. Will definitely return if the need for an urgent care arises again. Highly recommend.

I went in for a covid vaccine and got attended to very quick and was in and out. The medical assistant Anchis that helped me out was very beautiful 😻 and nice; I couldn’t even feel when I was given the shot, truly a light hand! Definitely recommend , will be coming back .

Xiomara and Leticia provided wonderful customer service during our visit with Entrust. Our day started so stressful and hectic looking for a location that could accept our insurance. My daughter had fever , sore throat etc. and had been exposed to several people with strep throat over the last 5 days. All of this was revealed to the physician. She refused to do a strep test and said my dtr had allergies. I am not a physician and this did not add up. The next morning 102 fever. Took her to her PCP and strep test was positive. So now we are starting treatment. This all could have been taken care of last night with a simple strep test. We will not be paying and returning to this clinic.

I went early in the morning for a severe allergic reaction and was treated by a PA. He was not helpful at all and didn’t do anything. Thankfully, I called later that day and another provider was in named Shannon. She did a fantastic job!

Hello today I went in for a school physical thank you Nancy for being supper nice and taking my vitals best nurse.

I came here to bring my family in for a covid rapid test and a PCR test in the same visit. I really was grateful for the kind staff and efficient processes in place for this urgent care. I actually went to another urgent care and sat in line for hours even with a scheduled appointment, I wish I would’ve went here first I would not have wasted half a day at another location.Start to finish process took about 45 minutes and that is not bad for a family of five! We received our test results back for the rapid in like 20 minutes after testing and although we were told it would take 3 to 5 days we received a call back within like 36 hours. I’m not sure what lab partnership this urgent care has, but it is fast , efficient and accurate!

Just want to say everyone was super nice, but the urgent care just did not do it for me. Spent $200+ on being checked etc just so the Dr wouldn’t be sure about it. Medicine was prescribed that not only did not help but made things worse. Decided that I wanted to save time and go in & out at urgent care. But after everything I will be going to a actual hospital emergency room next time. Currently at the hospital now, waiting to get surgery for pain..

This is my second time coming here for a rapid test and each time has been really good. They are fast with the results and walk you through everything. I’m one of those people who are terrified of hospital type places, but Stefanie was so sweet and made the experience a lot less nerve racking. She definitely made it better! I highly recommend coming here

She was also very punctual and thorough which I truly appreciated, she even asked me if I was okay after the testing was completed. I visited enTrust to request a rapid covid test because I was told earlier today that I was recently exposed to a covid-positive individual. Even though Im fully vaccinated, Im attending a funeral tomorrow and needed a quick answer to whether or not it was safe for me to attend.At any rate, from the moment I walked in, the location was clean, orderly, and the staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and efficient. Check in took less than 3-4 minutes and I was called to the back in less than 5 minutes. My nurse was as pleasant as can be and she took my vitals and administered the test again in less than 3-4 minutes. Then pretty much exactly 20 minutes after that they brought the result to my car.Truly exceptional and will recommend to others.

Entrust urgent care is very easy and convenient! We only had to wait 10 minutes to get our vaccine. Anchis did such a great job administering the vaccine! Thank you very much.

EnTrust Urgent Care is top notch. Very efficient at check-in & out, and with billing. They beat their estimated intake time and or me. The Dr. and 3 medical staff were super courteous and efficient. I got a very clear understanding from the Dr. of my issue and how thed y would treat it. I felt a team atmosphere!

Excellent place for a quick appointment. The check in lady was super friendly, as was the nurse and doctor. They were able to get me in and out and even called in my prescriptions. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I read the reviews prior to arrival thinking I would receive 5 star service. From the front desk to the nursing assistant all the staff members are rude! I sat in the waiting area watching and overhearing their interaction with other patients no one seems to have any empathy, your just another number.

I took my boyfriend to my neighborhood urgent care for a bug in his ear and it was closed. Then I took him to HCA ER and he was ignored due to doing a quick ear check at check in and not seeing anything. I had to drive 30 min to Entrust and immediately he was taken in by the Manager Tania. He was seen by Dr. He, the doctor was so patient and helpful. He managed to pull out the moth and my boyfriend instantly got relieve. Thank you so much, Entrust team.

Got bit by a Rot, almost bit my thumb off. Had to catch a flight right after so I wrapped it up caught my flight and came straight here. Dr. Brigitte was amazing!! Her and her assistant Emily stitched me up and saved my thumb!! Absolutely no wait as well. I highly recommend them!!

I am not sure why people have rated this place 4.5 star. Stopped at this place to get travel COVID test. They wanted charge $200 for this test and for some reason they want to coolest all your information including DOB for just stopping. I don’t recommend this place at all. Sounds like rip off place

Wasnt feeling well so I came in to this urgent care facility to get tested. Ebony showed me what forms I needed to fill out and sign. I was then greeted by Xiomara and Emily. Emily did my vitals and Leticia did an awesome job swabbing my nostrils, very gently. I would definitely recommend coming here. My visit was quick and smooth.

My experience was horrible when I went to go get tested for COVID, needed papers to be filled out for my job to go back to work and kept me waiting for an 1 hour 30 mins just to come back and have nothing filled out. When I came the second time the filled it out but filled out fast and put a check saying that I was pregnant which I wasn’t. I though everything was so unprofessional and don’t recommend this clinic at all.

Entrust is a very clean and friendly place. This is my second time being here, it is kind of a distance from where i live but choose to drive here because of how great my experience has been compared to other locations that accept my insurance. I came for Covid testing, Yullissa was really nice, patient and professional.

This was an incredible experience as I went in for a office visit at this urgent care . I was in and out and it only took a hour to get everything processed and I was seen by the doctor immediately. Really fast COVID test and also got the results fast. Was able to get seen the same day. I have been here 3 times, and all 3 times have had a good fast experience.

DON’T COME HERE! I came because I had a bite from a insect in my back. I told this doctor I was experiencing vomiting and dizziness and the doctor just told it was a sun burn to put neosporin and gave me Rx for nausea. I ended up In the hospital because I wasn’t feeling good and they confirmed it was a bite from a insect! DON’T COME TO GET A WRONG DIAGNOSIS HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!

Very unprofessional and rude staff! Walked in the door and was immediately asked for my ID & Insurance card. The medical assistant or nurse wrote my chief complaint on a sticky note in her hand. There was no paperwork to fill out to check in for registration. I was placed in a random room, where I waited 15 minutes and no one came in to at least assess me or get vital signs (blood pressure, HR, RR, temperature or even pain level). I checked the time and allotted 10 more minutes to see if anyone was going to come in to get my information, vital signs or acknowledge me. NO ONE DID! The nurses and medical assistants were shouting patient information to each other and I could hear it outside the door. I should NEVER know what type of test is being ran on a patient or the results of it. I left out of the room they placed me in and politely asked for my ID card and Insurance back and informed staff that I would like to leave and go else where. It did not surprise me that none of my information had been entered into the computer or no paperwork had been filled out. I will NEVER come to this location or company again. The professionalism and cleanliness is not up to par.

We booked our international PCR test but there was an online error when we received result showing it was a swap and Go we booked for wrongly . I immediately contacted manager who said we had to pay for correct PCR test . happy to say Tania manager put a request to refund initial payment and all went smoothly . so happy that they listened and acted efficiently . I highly recommend and we received results in 24 hrs so beautiful

Hardest working clinic I know. They have extended their hours to accommodate the high volume. Bryan processed my insurance and explained the billing processes. We got in at 8:10, shortly after opening, they took 2 hours to get my son swabbed for C-19 and step throat, it is 10:30 and we are still waiting... the “NO WAIT” sign probably should be revised... also they tried to charge $175 copay for a strep throat, I refused, 1/2 hr later they came back saying they would do it for $40.... probably not a repeat clinic. (Writing this review while we still wait)

Came to get rapid covid test and did not have to wait long. Staff was friendly and helpful. Katherine R performed my test and she was very careful and it did not hurt as other times I have been tested in other places.

I recently took my mother for covid testing. Was greeted by Guadalupe which made our visit more comfortable after she explained the process. I would this give this place a 5 star rating if the registration process didn’t have me wait for over an hour just to get my mothers insurance info. I understand this is an urgent care and don’t expect to be seen right away, but an hour just to register is just not acceptable. I could have gone to a different place but Guadalupe assured me she would take care of us. From what i know she swabbed my mother and made her feel comfortable through the whole swabbing phase. Thank you Guadalupe, you must be new because i don’t think i have seen you there before!! I hope you stay!
