Treated my family member with respect and was professional, I am pleased with the service, will definitely come back if needed here again for testing. Clean facility and nice staff!

I am grateful that this place exists; that every employee I have interacted with was kind & compassionate.I was in a rough spot, these people explained the whole process. They answered all my questions. When things were hard, they offered support. As things improved, they celebrated with me; congratulated me; & remember my childs name.I have continued to use their services even after my case closed BECAUSE of the compassion that they keep showing.

If you are required to go here, switch locations. They dropped the hair specimen, outside of the foil packet, on the desk, and I received a positive when another lab gave a negative result within days of testing. Not to mention this place is mainly used for the court system aka parents being investigated by CPS and people on probation. AVOID this place LIKE THE PLAGUE. Very Professional Very Caring About Their Customers The Doctor Is Very Funny And Explains Things To You If You Have Never Dealt With A Drug Test Or Have Any Questions His Staff Are Amazing And The Location Is Always Clean Again This Place Should Be Your Go To Place For Any Of Your Testing Fast Efficient Honest Results !

It took a while to get the test and much longer to get the results. I had to pay by Zelle since they dont take card. The staff are not mean but they are unprofessional over the phone.I had to call to get my results.At least I did get the results.

First off let me start by saying I have had many drug tests done at this facility and the staff have always been courteous and kind. Sadly we’ve been here enough due to parental court issues in regards to my son and his fathers lifestyle that they even know and have toys for my children when I bring them along.Bruce is one of the best human beings I know and his son doesn’t fall far from the tree. All of the men and women who work here are very sweet. Hate seeing the negative reviews.

Me and my child’s mother took a hair test in March. Both of our test came back positive. Two weeks later went to another drug screen place and both of hair follicle test came back negative. Never done drugs in my life. Advise no one to go here.

I had a wonderful experience here with these people. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I got there. The man was joking had great spirit and he just made me feel comfortable. I will definately be going back here if i ever have to take another drug test plus theyre very affordable. Thanks guys😊

Unsanitary, improper procedures-resulting in invalid results

I have taken a urine test. 3 hair follicle tests and one nail test in this past year because I am dealing with an evil Russian female. I wanted to use another word. My attorney would be proud that I didn’t call her what she is. It doesn’t want me to have visitation with my son. Needless to say I do not use drugs and all these ridiculous tests I had to take have come back negative. This place is very professional and have gotten it right because I do not use drugs. I will only use this place for all my drug testing.

Hunter was super helpful signing my affidavit and using the notary upstairs and they didnt even charge me, aside from the hair follicle test. If you want to be in and out fast while being treated like a human being come here for all testing

This place is very unprofessional and when i had my sample taken..the person that took my sample made such a huge fuss about following procedure and putting on gloves and .which im sure is not going to cause them to go out of business...they are passing off an exposure test off as a usage test..and there are never any confirmation texts on the results..i would not recommend getting any testing done here if you are wanting an accurate sample taken..this is definitely not a place of integrity

Provides life altering documents that are incomplete, and misleading to a court, and opposing counsel even filed and sent blank. Produced an affidavit of business record quickly enough, coinciding with a TRO, to really question the legality and motives of this business and whom they work directly with. Provided a document that was not apart of the results of a screening that, again, was misleading information, and not what took place at the actual testing facility. This business is negatively effecting the lives of children with no regard whatsoever.

Great facility and staff

The employees at this facility are very kind, courteous and professional. Samples are sealed infront of you and there is hardly any wait time. I was in and out very quickly. 👍☺

The only reason I give it 1 star is because they were nice enough to let me charge my phone in their office since there wasnt any plugs in the waiting room. I was on my menstrual cycle and told her i needed to change my tampon first. She came into the room with me and watched me as I did this, I was wearing a dress, and she watched me the whole time as I (excuse the gory details) pulled out a bloody tampon and she had me wrap it up in toilet paper and put in front of us on the table. I gave her my sample and she still stayed in the bathroom and watched me insert a new one. I completely felt like my rights of privacy were violated. I understand her need to be in there for the sample but really??

They are always very friendly, helpful and courteous. They handle your urine and hair follicle very professionally it is sealed and labeled right in front of you and your in and out of there in no time at all.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Its bad enough that I got myself into a situation where I am subject to compulsory drug testing. Im human and I made some bad choices. But that doesnt mean I deserve to be treated with contempt and disgust. These people will treat you worse than dirt. Lucky for them most of their customers are court ordered to use their services and have no other choice.

They do not deserve a one. I only put it because i needed to write a review.. Bruce Jefferies and his two sons that are employed there at national screening is running a corrupt business . Theyre paid to disrupt customers hair follicles .Do not trust this facility, something needs to be done about the business these People run Bruce knows all the people that work at Quest Diagnostics. And the MRO office They are a collection site but act as if they work at the courthouse someone is paying these people off to Switch hair tests..I hope this place Soon gets shut down. BECAUSE theyre hurting innocent people

Ive never been to a place run by such imaturte people! I would never want these people handling important documents... it should be a crime. Very rude, when you walk in they dont even say a word and make you wait, oh and when I was trying to talk to the lady with very very long trashy finger nails they all were laughing and talking over my phone call. I honestly hope this facility gets shut down!
