NOT RECOMMENDED. I have been using Quest for many years and all distinct locations, and never encounter a vengeful female like in this place on 04/27/21. I have asked her for the same person (a Male) who Drawn my blood in my previous visit, the guy not for sure but I think his name was Stacey he was nice and kind with big hands, but he was kind and very professional, (not painful) and besides that, nobody knows you better than yourself, so I have suggested him to use a small needle and he was very humble to take my advice, and everything went great. But this time he wasnt there. When the female asked me to come in and ask her for the previous person, it was obvious the female didnt take it lightly, so when not having a choice and went to her she started poking me once wiggling the needle inside, again and again, DID NOT TAKE MY ADVICE FOR SMALL NEEDLE) a total of three times not finishing claiming she was having a tough time drawing the blood, she walked out of the room to the next, asked another guy there to try while she was laughing laud in the hall with him (Both were Laughing) I feel they were enjoying them selfs while Im in the chair waiting, when both finally got back to me I mentioned to them both, that it seems vengeful what they were doing to me for asking for a particular person, they said no they dont do that, but I personally think that actions speak lauder than words, when the male got to me he asked me for my other arm he poked me on a RARE place very painful didnt get anything then he pokes me on the back of my hand to finally get one tube needed, It was a total of 5 painful stubs for 3 tubes. I have mentioned to them again, that it seems like it was a vengeful thing, what they were doing to me. I still think so. I end up with5 painful stubs for 3 tubes of blood. DONT GO THERE. NOT RECOMMENDED.IF ANYBODY CARES ABOUT HOW WE AS PATIENTS GET TREATED AT THIS PLACE POST A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL YOU. They did post a phone number to call, and I did, It was a lady representing the Co., courteous, nice and respectful, she asked for all the details, then it was an apology with the promise to taken care of the problem, she make me feel welcome to their services, I have mentioned to her that I was worry about retaliation known all my personal files were there, she had reassured me that it was part of her duties to make sure it was none, but....only time would tell will see.

I was a little concerned coming here at first but I am glad to say I did. Once I checked in inside I only had to wait about 5 minutes before they called me in and I was done and less than 10 minutes. The lady who got my vitals was absolutely amazing.

Good experience! This was my first time here and from the moment I walked in the waiting area was clean and organized. I signed in on the tablet and the wait-time was very short considering there was three people ahead of me. It was nice to see they were taking covid precautions since they took the temperature of every person before they came in. The young lady who drew my blood was very friendly and didn’t have much trouble with my stubborn veins. I was in and out of the clinic after about 15 minutes which is pretty great if you’re busy. Would come back again

I was so pleased with the staff at this quest location. I had to take my 1 year old and 3 year old to get blood drawn and they were fasting. We got there first thing in the morning. There were 2 people in front of us in line but the wait was minimal. The man who was drawing their blood was so kind to my girls. When my 1 year old started crying after she was poked, another kind female employee came in to help distract her. Their kindness, patience and gentleness was really appreciated this morning. The man who drew blood did it flawlessly.

Rude lady inside. She was rude to a young girl and her mom. When it was my turn she was also rude, definitely not someone you want drawing your blood and putting your health at risk. Will not come back, and instead go to another quest location next time I need this service.

If you have small deep veins, this is your to go place, Tiana is the best

Visited this morning for my bloodwork.The sign up system and timing was good, the place is clean so 2 stars for that. But look at the picture to see how unprofessional and unacceptable is the service.

I arrived at 8:20 a.m. without an appointment, checked in on the tablet, and was called back before I had a chance to sit down in the waiting area. The technician who greeted me in the lobby and performed my lab services, Debbie L., was excellent!! Bright, cheery, and very professional. I had a large amount of labs being drawn and she made it effortless. I was done and out the door in no time at all. Will definitely return to this location!Update: Arrived at 10:30 a.m. for follow-up lab work. Once again I was in and out very quickly. Very professional staff, and very clean facility!

Slowwwww and not one person in the waiting room. Waited 15 minutes for a specimen drop off.

I scheduled a next-day online appointment and ended up getting there at 10:15 (15 min early for our appointment time) with my 8 yo daughter to have her blood drawn. There was no one to greet us, but a friendly sign to sign in on an iPad, which we did. The waiting room was clean & friendly. We were called back within 5 min of signing in. Stacey was FANTASTIC with my daughter, instructing her to breathe and even giving her a coordinating purple band aid! We were done & out by our originally-scheduled appointment time. Highly recommend this location!!

Ive been here twice in the past 2 months, once in the morning and once mid-afternoon. Although saying, Im here for my appointment is done with an ipad (no personal interface is available) vs. a friendly receptionist it seems to work okay. Ive waited only 5 mins or so to be seen and the staff quickly verified my info, drew my blood and I was out in under 15 mins total. ill continue using this Quest location.

Worst service lab ever. Been waiting on blood work for more than a week. Called and hanged up the phone. Don’t go here!

Waited 30 min, before I just left. The electronic checkin system is just a way for them to not care.

No one to receive the clients, i was waiting for more than 10 minutes after i signed my name on (help yourself tablet)ended by i left without getting my stuff done. one star is extra tip from me.
