We had an account with them, had an employee pay for the drugtest , were told a month later that they forgot to charge us 3 dollars. So they couldnt send us the drugtest. We were customers already and told them we will pay and cancel the account, we would of payed the sec they,ve had told us but they kept it from us, until we actually needed the test.
