1) I was given only two sample tubes for my childs stool sample, when, unbeknownst to me, the doctors test orders required three.2) I promptly collected the samples that evening and returned them the next morning, today. As I was driving down the road away from Quest, they called me to let me know they made a mistake and should have given me three sample tubes. So I needed to come back and get the third one, and go home and collect another sample. I turned around, went back in, checked in again, and got the third tube.3) I got home and realized they did not give me the plastic hat that goes in the toilet to collect the stool. The one I used previously was already in the trash and therefore contaminated. I was busy all day (which is why I had intentionally gone first thing in the morning) and unable to return to Quest for yet another trip to get the hat. I called, no answer--- left a voicemail about two hours before I would be free to drive up there again.4) Having still received no call back, I picked up my child from school. I brought the sample tubes in the car with me, and because she had to go number two, I decided to go straight back to Quest to hopefully save a trip by using the hat in the restroom there to collect the stool sample. This seemed reasonable considering the missing sample tube and missing hat was not my mistake, but theirs.5) When we get there, we are told we are not allowed to let my child use the restroom and me collect the stool sample there. Because the restroom has no ventilaton. And that my child can use the restroom, but we cannot collect the stool sample. Even though I just explained that these mistakes were not mine. The employee lies and tells me its only two tubes anyway, not three. So in that moment shes just telling me there have been even more mistakes. Im frustrated and say I just need to take my child to the restroom now because theyve been holding it the whole drive. By the way, the restroom definitely had a fan. When we get out, I confirm again that it is really only two test tubes needed, not three. And she says well, actually, it is three tubes needed for three tests. But I was gonna see if they could run two tests off this one sample---for *your* convenience. I said, no, I want the tests done properly and I will have my child do another sample in order for that to happen. Oh yeah, and I still need a hat.--- I was leaving and realized, none of this was to my convenience, and if that was actually a genuine concern, they would have allowed me to collect the stool sample there in the restroom at that time. AGAIN, considering none of these were mistakes on my part.6) I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I need an email or call from a supervisor ASAP.

Came in as a walk-in this morning for some bloodwork. The wait was not long at 8am. Jaki was wonderful. Very professional and understanding of my dislike of needles. She talked to me the entire time she was drawing blood to keep my attention focused away from the needle. 10/10 would see Jaki again.

Worst Quest ever. Loses 99% of all faxed requests. Last time I was there (with a doctors hard copy request), they forgot to label/didnt draw my iron, vitamin D, and even the freaking CBC! Now I have to go to doc to get order for missing labs and back to Quest. Very inconvenient :(

Quick and easy visits! The staff have always been kind and professional. Appointments do take priority and you can book one online, but they take walk-ins as well.

Very unprofessional at the Space Center site... talking instead of taking care of me... I have good veins but she hurt me when she stuck me didn’t say anything to me she was so busy talking to her co worker. I had to go back in as I was bleeding through the bandage she used. Go to another lab is my advice.

I chose this location due to the reviews, and I am glad I did. I arrived around 2:30, and waited for approximately 10 minutes. Jay took me back, took my temperature and updated my insurance/payment and quickly drew my blood. I barely felt a pinch, and she was done! I will choose this location again in the future.

I had an appointment for 8 am. I arrived on time but had to wait in line 20 minutes to sign in, reentering all the information into a tablet that I had already submitted online. By the time I was signed in it registered me as late and I had to wait another 15 min for an opening. I understand the cost savings of automation, but seriously, this system needs some improvement, maybe provide a couple more tablets to check in with or allow a quicker way to check in such as birth date recognition or online check in?Once i was admitted back into the office, the routine blood drawing was very quick.

Awesome staff! I found the Ipad check-in process extremely easy and quick but did hear older patients complaining about the technology. I made an appointment the night before and felt like I was in the office only about 20/30 minutes total.

I was there Monday for a blood drop this was my second time at this location. The phlebotomist forgot to clean my skin off before she drew bloody. I looked away for a couple of seconds By the time I realized it the needle was already in my arm. I thought maybe I had missed her cleaning my skin but she would have had to do it in under two seconds and there was no trash on the tray of any cleaning item. Im keeping an eye on the needle puncture site for any redness or signs of infection

No wonder they have no wait line. This place is a joke. With everything that is going on, they will not accept electronic doctor orders. You must go to the dr pick up paper orders and come back.

Staff was unprofessional and having a conversation while drawing my blood. When I told them it hurt more than usual they reassured me that is was “normal”. They left me bruised up and in a lot of pain because of their negligence. There was also urine all over the bathroom floor.
