Made an appointment online this morning, arrived and was seen within minutes. Dawn is an expert with her gentle touch, and I never felt a thing! She also has a beautiful, sparkling personality. This is now the only place I will go for bloodwork! Thank you for an A+ experience!

WORST QUEST!!! Unprofessional, unapologetic even they know it’s their mistake and very rude. It’s Irene who did the blood draw.My son has a pending lab from previous days from another quest, we need to do it again because they say they can’t run the test because it hemolyzed and another new set of test. They only did one test which is the new one, they never said they can only get 1 tube. And we need the pending test in two weeks time. They never told me they can only do 1 test. They should have done the pending test first which they didn’t and didn’t care to ask which one is our priority!Super BAD SERVICE. Cannot recommend to anybody.

Great experience and enjoyed meeting Ms. Viola Barb. A great sticker and no pain was felt. She was very organized and I was in and out in no time. Really enjoyed meeting her.

Came here a few months back and had a decent experience. It’s located inside the Randall’s to the left. There is a door to the office they are in. The lady that drew my blood was nice and did her job well. They enforce wearing masks and hand sanitizer before coming into the

I’ve had lab work done here several times over the past few years, and every time, I’ve had courteous, expert service. Today, though, I went to drop off a lab specimen thinking it would take only a few minutes. There is no option in the online appointment system for “drop off” so I went without an appointment. There were 3 people ahead of me when I got there, so I signed in and waited. My name appeared on the board with a wait time of 29 minutes. Yikes. But ok, I’ll wait my turn. Others were called, and my wait time on the board eventually showed 5 minutes. Great. As others with appointments arrived, though, I was bumped down and my wait time showed 15, then 29 minutes again. Seriously? The technician came out at one point to call the next person and noticed someone else who was waiting to drop off a specimen and took the bag from her before she showed the next patient into the room. I asked if I might hand her my drop off too and she said “not until you’re called.” I was there more than an hour before my name was called. It took 15 seconds to hand her my bag and confirm it was complete. I know she’s busy and I know others had appointments, but this didn’t have to be this way. She might have stepped out after every 2nd or 3rd patient and asked “Is anyone just dropping off?” I hope the process might be changed to allow common sense to override strict rules and schedules OR have someone else in the lab to help the one overtaxed technician during peak times.

Loretta was amazing! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She taught me how I can improve my fasting experience and blood flow for blood work because I always have a problem with not very visible vein. We had a very fun chat while taking 7 cylinders of blood and impressed with her professionalism and warm personality. She was also responding to AC water drop issue in the waiting room very quickly too. IMPRESSED!!!

Small office, tucked away but great customer service. There was a wait, but there was only one staff member working, and she did her absolute best.

Waited over an hour for my dad to have his blood drawn. They stuck him twice, didnt get a vein and said he would have to wait for another flabotonist but she was going on lunch break and they couldnt say how long it would be so he could come back another day and wait an hour again and maybe get his blood work done then. They couldnt gave cared less.

I am writing this review based on four visits to this particular Quest location. The first two times I went were great. The technician I saw (it was the same person the first two times) was very nice, professional, and did a wonderful job with drawing blood. However, the past two times I have visited this Quest location, I was put with a technician named Beatrice, who I absolutely would not recommend. The first time she drew my blood, she had me sign a form stating that my blood vials were labelled in front of me. When I stated that she had yet to actually label my vials, she dismissed my concerns, saying that I should sign the document first because she always forgets afterwards. After drawing my blood, she wrote her name on a Quest business card and handed it to me, saying Make sure to give me a 5-star review.Overall, the blood-drawing process was a bit painful and left bruising, and all-around was not as good as that of the technician I met the first two times. I didnt write a review about Beatrice then because it was one visit, and I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. HOWEVER, after my fourth visit to this Quest location, I was put with Beatrice again, and the experience was so bad that I felt the need to write this review to warn any prospective patrons to this Quest location. For this visit, Beatrice again had me sign the vials were labelled in front of me document before she actually labelled them. She then stuck the needle into my arm.For this component, I usually look away. But this time, I felt the needle moving around in my arm, so I turned to look at what was happening. Turns out, Beatrice had missed my vein and in the attempt to find it, was moving the needle back-and-forth in my arm as if the needle was a violin bow. Needless to say, it was very painful. After around 10 seconds of playing violin, Beatrice finally gave up and said she would try another vein. She went to get another needle (I will give her credit for needle hygiene). However, blood was building up at the site of the original needle puncture, and there was a sizable bump rising on my inner elbow area with blood flowing out.Beatrice completely ignored that and proceeded to aim the needle at my other vein. I had to stop her and say, Hey, could we maybe stem the blood outflow with some gauze? She did put gauze on my growing blood bump, and then stuck a fresh needle in my other vein.Thankfully, this time, the needle went into the vein, and she was able to draw my blood. However, it was still quite a painful process. With the other technician, she always held the needle part still while switching blood vials. But with Beatrice, when she switched vials with the needle, I could feel the needle shifting several degrees in my arm.I ended up walking out of this Quest location in lots of pain and had to drive home using only one arm.The first two times I went to this Quest, my arm always felt fine afterwards, and after an hour, there would only remain a small red dot on my arm from the puncture, which would then fade in

Waited for an hour and a half (they don’t take appointments on Saturday; I got there before they opened, as did about 10 other people) only for them to skip me. The waiting room filled up before I could check in, so I took a pager, entered the pager number in my sign-in, as instructed, but instead of paging me, she called my name and quickly moved on. I came back and checked the screen periodically while I was waiting, and I kept the pager IN MY HAND the whole time. There’s no way I missed the page. But the woman working told me I would need to sign in again and wait another hour and a half, or more. Needless to say, I left. So now I have to try again and bring my 2 year old daughter with me. I definitely won’t be going to this location ever again.

Worst experience and very unfriendly. I had an an appointment at 9:00 am and wasn’t seen until an hour later. I will never use this company again and do not recommend using this company. The attendant at the facility was also very mean and had zero customer service. I’ve had better service at a DMV and that was really bad.
