Dr. Radoff is great! Ive seen him for the last 15 years or so.... hes great and very matter of fact. Sits down with you BEFORE your annual physical in his office to check in and see how things are going. Very down to earth. The only thing I dont like is that his old assistant has retired, she was amazing. And the new crew I cant even get a return call from.....sad. Left a few messages that have never even been returned. Also, the voicemail for his new assistant is always full so you cant leave a message, which is totally frustrating. BUT Dr. Radoff is terrific. Free parking is a nice touch as well.

Dr. R Radoff and his staff are very professional and all have a great bedside manner. I hate going to the doctor in general but they make it a lot easier. I trust them. They also dont make you wait either and I love the easy parking.

He is a fantastic MD. Love how easy it s to talk to him & to get an appt. His staff is always great about follow up too.

Dr Radoff is very personable and open with his patients. He is also knowledgeable. I have been with him for a couple of years now — the one time I needed to see him that day, he was available immediately. The office is efficient too so it’s not bad.

I have been a patient of Dr. Radoff for the last few years. Always prompt with scheduled appointment. I particularly like the fact that Dr. Radoff takes the time to discuss your specific health concerns, takes his own blood pressure readings and makes you feel like a part of his family. Just a really nice guy. I switched from my advantage plan to traditional medicare just to be able to continue to see Dr. Radoff as a patient.

Dr. Radoff is an all around first-rate PCP. Greatly skilled and an all around good man.

Scam. No Integrity. Im sorry to say that Dr. Russell Radoff and his office lack any integrity. Apparently, Dr. Russell Radoff has signed on to all the health insurance websites, claiming to accept Aetna, BCBS, and other providers, will schedule an appointment with you, and then 3 hours before the appointment, claim that he no longer accepts new patients under that insurance. His office then attempts to schedule you the next day with a doctor youve never heard of. Clearly, Dr. Russell Radoff is a bait and switch doctor within the practice. I feel sorry for his current patients if he actually has any because they are being treated by a doctor with no integrity at all.
