Horrific!!!!! If you are trying to get Covid 19 testing in Houston, before you choose a testing center (Doctor’s Office, Urgent Care, etc.) MAKE SURE TO ASK WHICH LAB THEY USE. And if they use Quest, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I am on day 12 of waiting for my test results. My husband got tested on the same day at a place that uses a different lab and he got his results back 4 days ago. I call the Urgent Care I got tested at daily; still no results from Quest. Today they suggested I called Quest directly. After 45 minutes on hold, I gave up. They are still saying that test results take 3-8 days but that is a LIE. Quest is failing Houston and Houstonians during this desperate time. Avoid Quest at all costs. You’ve been warned.

Quest was fast and efficient, and the lady that helped us, Donna, had a wonderful spirit. She made our visit to the vampires, lol, much more pleasant.

Receptionist was very nice but this location is NOT a lab for testing. This is the company administrative office.

Went on Friday at 4pm. No wait, Dr info was in the system, phlebotomist was pleasant and talktative. By far the most pleasant experience having my blood drawn and Im terrible with that kind of thing. Whole thing took less than 10 minutes.

Terrible first time I go in I sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Then I get into the testing center and the lady didnt know how to print the sticker they put on the test bottle. The lady in charge checked the nurses test vials and 3 of the 4 where wrong. I end up having to do a 24 hour urine sample and the lady gave me no instructions and then I show up to give them the sample I took and they never gave me papers to fill out with the sample. I also showed up at 7:30 and the receptionist wasnt there to greet anyone. They open at 6:30.... This place is terrible!!!

Very good Services. Good staff.

The Rogerdale location is not a patient service center. Don’t go here for blood work.
