Dr. Schmidtberger was very businesslike and made me feel right at home talking to her. She put my concerns at ease and I am no longer afraid of the next step with the surgeon. I like her and your office staff and would recommend her to anyone. I will be back for another visit in the future!

The staff at the desk and I had a very good and funny chat. They were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The Dr. Linsey was very nice, friendly, and helped me with my problems very quickly and professional. The only problem I had was that after she froze me she did not give we a warm blanket. (inside joke).

I love going to the Willowbrook location! Always easy parking, great friendly staff and more relaxed atmosphere. Dr Lindsey Schmidtberger is only there on Wednesdays which can be challenging but she’s well worth the effort! She’s on top of all the new treatment advances and a fierce advocate for gaining her patients better quality of life. Often that means battling insurance but this practice is relentless. I’m very happy with my treatment and highly recommend them.The Katy location is also very client friendly. Nice staff and easy parking.The Cypress location has great staff but parking is a nightmare.

Well organized office. Had to wait 1/2 hour to be seen, but very satisfied with Dr. Schmidtberger and her complete examination.

Not sure what is going on with this office but getting through or getting a call back is too time consuming and inconsistent. Several times I’ve called in to request prescriptions or to schedule appt and put on LONG holds. After holding and patiently waiting to be number one in line, you are then sent to a voice mail inbox that apparently NEVER gets checked b/c no one ever calls you back when I’ve left messages. While I find the doctors to be good and helpful, the office mgr and staff need to step in and figure out a better system. I plan on seeking a different doctor outside of TX dermatology.

I made an appointment for our entire family. My husband has been scanned his whole life due to so many freckles and moles and wanted me to have the kids checked out. Unfortunately, the doctor or nurse didn’t scan it do anything with two of my children. She looked at one spot on one child. They had no issue charging 115 per person though. I was told when I made the appointment part was covered under insurance. Mom fail not looking into it myself. I was completely shocked with the cost I faced walking out compared to the “service” they provided. I called and escalated for almost a year because I refused to pay over 300 for my children to sit in a chair. It started to impact my credit so I paid it off a year and many called later- in full.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Ali and staff. I have been seeing Dr. Ali for a little over a year now. Just after a couple of visits she diagnosed my condition and placed me on a recovery plan immediately. All visits have been a great experience.Thank you,Cita Bowen

Recent visit: Very short wait. Dr. Ali was friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat. She also took some time to get to know me and asked about my hobbies. Office is very clean and organized. In my previous visits here, the doctor might have seemed a little preoccupied, but this was the best visit so far.

My experience went really well. The office is nice and clean, the staff pleasant and friendly, and Dr. Schmidtberger very personable. They were thorough, explained everything to me and accepted my insurance. Give them a try if you are looking for a dermatologist.

Caring and extremely competent! Dr. Schmidtberger is professional yet down to earth. Everything you want from a doctor. Do not put off that suspicious skin spot . Im so happy I went to her and highly recommend her.

There was just a short wait before starting our exams and short wait for the doctor to come in for our exam. Nurses and doctor were very friendly and nice. The exam was through and questions were answered.

Great staff very professional

I’ve been a patient here for about two years. Decent place but the doctor is always in a rush! She literally will get the information you told her assistant, come in and and never let you talk. I understand she can’t spend 30 minutes with each patient but at least spend some time and be more personable. Other than that, everyone is pretty nice and you’ll be in and out in no time.

I showed up early because I had just finished an appointment across the hall. Dr Ali was able to see me right away.

It was a quick visit! Everyone seemed nice and they were officiant. It was my 1st visit. I was in and out with my diagnosis and prescription.

Every time I call to try to make an appointment I get this person called Jay who is exceptionally rude. When I ask for a manager one is either not available or she puts me on hold until I hang up. Too bad because my first few experiences were so great but cant get to anyone that is decent since Jay is the one who is representing them now!

Love Dr. Ali. She is so sweet. And she really remembers you. I went to her and 2 years later she remembered me.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars is that, although I like Dr. Ali, I really felt like she rushed through my appointment. I felt like she was too busy to spend time giving me a careful exam.

If you are a female and asked to be seated in the 1st patient room to the left you will be very uncomfortable. When the door opens everyone can see you due to the exam table being faced towards the door. Even I was uncomfortable

I went to this office couple of times for multiple problems that I have. The staff were nice but the Dr didn’t take her time with me at all. We barely sat together for couple of minutes then she left without discussing why I have to take the prescription she gave me. That really tells me a lot. Took my daughter here to see Dr.Ali today on 2/13/18 her front office staff was nice and professional. Dr Ali and her medical assistant was very friendly and comfortable to speak.

Dermatologist seemed in a rush and didn’t explain my issues that good. Nurses were in the room just staring making me feel soooo uncomfortable

Great practice, courteous staff, quick service. Dont be alarmed, sometimes doctors collect before seeing patients, its up to an individual practices policy. Would recommend to anyone seeking a new dermatologist.

Just dont waite your money and time here. They just try to rush you in and out. 30mins time slot for a surgery for 3 good size cholesterol patches on eyelids. I came late 15mins so I had to reschedule.I was thinking in my head: the time to check in- check out is already 10-15 mins. So they only have 20-15 mins to do the surgery. I was glad that I was late, and they told me they only had 30 mins exactly for my appointment. Therefore, I decided not to reschedule.I wasted my 1st visit for $120 and 11 work hours ( $50/ hour) that I took off to prepare for the surgery.No one will pick up the phone so you can tell them that youre running late because uber maps had to figure out the way to get there when 290 closed on such street. So you can return to your house and reschedule because you are late 10-15mins...My point is they are over booked. Therefore, I have a doubt about their quality.

Heres what happenedI called in to schedule appointment and I was in Midland, TX. They told me Friday August 4th (FOURTH) 12:30pm.Id to go back to Houston and called on Friday to confirm the time and they told me its on the( 11th of August) thats a MESS . I explained the situation to them about the lady who scheduled me on the 4th blah blah blah and I had to go back all this distance and if she would me the 11th I was to say no and look for another dermatologist but now its late and I cant look for another doctor. Thats super unprofessional and a mess. I recommend all my friends and all of you not to go here and spend your money. Benefit those who look hard to provide good service not those who ..... its unfair and unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE

Cancelled our appointment when we did not arrive 1 hr in advance to do paperwork. Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have to question their commitment to clients and ethics.

I like the doctor but felt my exam was rushed and not thorough. Areas of my body were not even looked at that should have been. My prescription was not called when it was supposed to be

If I can put zero stars Ill, the front desk lady such an As..H , she canceled my appointment before 10 minutes from the time, I already tack it off from work. She don respect anyone. The staff are so bad and they have bad attitudes.

I had a terrible experience.I recently became without health insurance.I filled out all the necessary paperwork for new patient that I was self paid,and I knew that the staff knew this as well because they took my payment before I was even seen.Something I never experienced before even when I had no health insurance in the past.Anyway they were so quick and I werent thorough with everything and they handed me a pamphlet for Rx direct Aqua.I didnt know you had to wait 24 hrs to call in prescription because I wasnt told.After I called the company they told me to wait 24 hrs,they then asked me what the prescription was for i told them and they said that my health insurance would take care of the cost.I told them well I dont have health insurance and they said I was unable to get script filled through them.At this point Im irritated because they made sure they were made before the appointment but when it came to my medication they didnt bother to see if I would qualify to get medication through the Rx Direct.Also the girls of front were talking about patients in front of me and were playing on their phones.Furthermore I would not recommend this place.
