My wife and I have been Dr. Greenberg’s patients for more than 15 years. She is a total professional, very thorough but does not waste time....mine or her’s. The staff is also great. I don’t know if she is taking new patients but if she is, make an appointment.

Dr. Greenberg is a great dermatologist n her staff is super friendly. Both my daughter n I are her patients and weve always had positive experiences when we see her. Thank you, Dr. Greenberg!

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. I went into have a place on my arm looked at and she said it was nothing but wanted to take a biopsy of another place on my back she was concerned about. I got a call a few days later that she wanted me to come back in to discuss my results. Well and behold it was melanoma..Thanks to her keen eye it was caught early and she sent me to MD Anderson to get it take care of. Thanks again..

Easily one of the worst doctors Ive ever seen. I had to wait almost 30 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr. Greenberg. When she finally showed up, she was completely dismissive of my questions, and spent approximately four minutes with me before sending in her assistant to answer any questions I had. She should not be involved in any profession that involves interacting or, god forbid, caring for other people.

What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I went in and they took a mole off in the office and I wasnt expecting that. Issue is the way it looks TODAY. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. It looks infected and like a HUGE hard white spot now. Ive not gone back because I do not trust them now.Apparently I had an unpaid balance of 205.00 that I was unaware of. (We moved and have serious mail issues in Kingwood). It was just reported to the credit bureau a few days ago. I am in the process of trying to obtain a mortgage, as I have been doing serious credit repair for a few years now. I called American Credit Bureau immediately to pay it in full and ask for a DELETION LETTER versus just having it say PAID on the credit report. MEDICAL DEBTS can be deleted totally from all three bureaus whereas creditors cannot be deleted. We paid several others that were totally DELETED from all 3 bureaus, but when I asked about this one, I was told that it is against their policy to delete completely and that they only mark the debt as paid. I told them that was totally unfair, as medical debts are eligible for deletion, not just PAID status. To be sure, I called back the collection agency and she told me that it is the discretion of the doctors office itself, not the collection agency. The lady at the collection agency KNOWS it can be deleted, but said it is up to the doctors office itself.I told them that was completely unfair of them to not delete it and to PUNISH their patients who may have had a financial difficulty that they are trying to take care of and make good on. Those are not very honest and fair business practices and I would keep that in mind when dealing with this particular business.

Was turned down for being 8 minutes late to my appointment after 2 months on a wait and the receptionist came off rude. Then i went to Radiant dermatology. They got me in the next day and gave me an excellent expirience and now im glad i was turned down. I would direct anyone from this office to Radiant.

Very impersonal and dismissive... She was not friendly or helpful and only spent 90 seconds with me. I left her office feeling like I had just wasted my morning. I highly recommend seeing a different doctor if you are looking for a positive experience.

Tried to make an appointment and was rudely told I needed to call their financial department as I had an outstanding account and could not see them until it was paid.. Called the number and learned I owed $7.57!! Couldnt believe it. I had to go in and personally pay the bill before I could make an appointment.Am looking for a new dermatologist.
