I go to Dr. Paul for treatment of my Nevus Ota. I NEVER believed I would be able to treat the birthmark on my face. Although my birthmark has taught me to be the person I am today, I also ready to show my confidence without it. That is the new chapter Dr. Paul has opened for me. I have had great results and have seen a huge improvement in just 4 treatments. I only wish this technology was available when I was younger. In addition to the treatment, the staff is courteous and has always made sure I was comfortable. If you have a birthmark you are ready to leave behind, I highly recommend Dr. Paul and his office.

Long story short, she offers me excuses about staffing as well as the 10% off one laser service($10-20). Thanks for nothing Dr. Friedmans office!If you want a staff that doesnt value your time, conflicting advice by staff and forgets about you in an exam room, this is your place!My visit was years ago but I didnt write reviews back then.I had to call to request new patient forms TWICE which I NEVER received. When I got to the office, I spent 30 minutes filling out all the forms, then waited another 30 minutes to get into a room.I finally saw Dr. Friedman and was told Smoothbeam and eventually Fraxel would smooth out my acne scars AND he told me I could do Smoothbeam that day. Then his nurse came in and told me how I wouldnt see any results from Smoothbeam right away and itd be a waste of money, so I changed my mind about having the procedure and let her know. I then sat in the room for 45 MINUTES WAITING. I finally went out to check to see what was going on and they said the nurse went home and they didnt know I was in there. I would think for such an expensive dermatologist, he would have better staff. I was offered a 10% discount on one session of Smoothbeam by their office manager. What a joke!

I have been going to Dr. Friedman for several years. He is a very caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy and qualified Doctor. I was honored to have been included in his first book Beautiful Skin Revealed: The Ultimate Guide to Better Skin and you can read my back story there. It is amazing how far technology has come. The laser he uses now has phenomenal results. With the numbing, I dont feel anything and there is literally no down time. There will be bruising for a week and within 2 weeks, it will be completely gone. But no pain, no crusting, no scarring. I was recently treated for laser tattoo removal by Dr. Friedman and the results are incredible. After just one session, my tattoo has completely vanished in some areas, with significant fading in others. I had previously gone to another doctor and was left with horrible scarring in the area of the 3 tattoos I was getting removed. After my first appointment with this place, the treated areas became infected, open, painful wounds. I came into contact with Dr. Friedman and he immediately let me know that what I was experiencing was not normal. I had been left scarred from something I was trying to remove. Ever since I have been in Dr. Friedman’s care, I have seen the most insane level of improvement. My scars are less pink and dramatically less raised in such a short amount of time. I went in for a dermaplaning session and I had scars and burns around my eye and multiple nicks on my face. I can pardon the nicks on my chin and jawline but the area around my eyes is actually bruised. Knowing to be gentle around the eye region should be a basic understanding. I am truly disappointed that I paid $150 for one session and trusted this facility with my face.

For the last 5 years, I had a broken capillary on my nose that my very competent Dermatologist could not do anything with. I also periodically got very red in the face, which my also very competent Primary could not diagnose. We thought it was possibly due to high blood pressure.My Dermatologist recommended Dr. Friedman, a very prominent laser specialist. He lasered out the broken capillary in two visits, and diagnosed my facial redness as rosacea. After three visits my rosacea is under control, my face no longer gets red- and I am very happy!I would highly recommend Dr. Friedman to you if your current Dermatologist cannot alleviate your issues. He is an Artist! Very professional- I cannot say enough good things about him. Very glad we got together...

Decided to try the fraxel laser. Previously had only done a different type of laser. You could get 2 maybe even 3 of the other type for the price of 1 fraxel. I found that 1 of my other lasers to be more effective than the fraxel laser. What a waste of money. The doctor seems to set it on the weakest setting and barely goes over your face. Extremely disappointed. Save your money. Way over priced and way over rated.

My dentist recommended Botox for my jaw clenching and she said Dr. Friedman was the only dermatologist she trusted to do them. The entire office staff is warm and welcoming. After the initial evaluation with a nurse, she asked if I was interested in any other procedures/products. I said no, and wasn’t asked again. I felt zero pressure to do anything other than what I came for. Dr. Friedman took his time talking to me and I immediately felt authentic concern for my health and well-being. I was in so much pain and he was the first doctor that really acknowledged and validated my pain. He wanted a two week follow up with me to make sure the injections were working. They did not seem to help during those two weeks and I was beyond frustrated. At my follow up appointment, he again, seemed very concerned about my pain level and suggested another form of Botox and did it at his cost because he cared about my well-being and not just about money. This time, the injections worked. They’re not a permanent solution, I had to go back four months later for more. But if you suffer from TMJD I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Friedman.

I am being treated by Martina Goudeau, LMA Licensed Medical Aesthetician for facial hair with dark skin discoloration. I have had 3 treatments with superb results. The facial hair is 95% decreased with 75% decrease in skin discoloration. Black skin is prone to dark spots with any minor trauma. If you want beautiful clear skin schedule an appointment. You will be treated by a professional staff with kindness. Martina Goudeau is gentle and caring during treatments. Her knowledge of skin is top of the line.

Many new aestheticism and seems like the managers are frequently changing. They use Walmart products hyped up but the aestheticism are pretty good and try hard. Just be warned about up-sell and cross sell. They are mainly a group on business. Go next doors or to Bliss or next door for a facial worth your time and skin

I share the same story as the other user that got duped with the Fraxel. I paid for 7 sessions at @$1200 a session and still no result. I am not rich. I had faith in the wrong doctor. My acne scars still look the same.Very disappointed.

I went in for a laser hair removal consultation, for which they charge $100 but will apply that fee towards your service if you chose to use them... I was then quoted 3 times the price of other places in town that use the same equipment.I feel as if they really dont even want the business and that they just want to charge people for quotes that nobody in there right mind would accept.The office was clean and lovely, and all the staff seemed very professional and polite, but just buyers beware they charge far more than is reasonable

Phenomenal work !! I was referred to Dr. Friedman for laser resurfacing around my eyes by my oculoplastic surgeon (who does not perform cosmetic laser resurfacing). My issues were addressed & the results are beyond perfect. I later scheduled for Genius RF Microneedling (face). My friends noticed that my skin was tighter & smoother after the first of three treatments. My daughters friends do not believe that I am 60 yoa. Both procedures are well worth the investment (much safer & more predictable than a facelift - that I am trying to prevent). Theres no sales pitch. Just straight answers as to what would be beneficial & what isnt necessary. Dr. Friedman was recommended by two friends which I saw first hand, the before and after. I had 2 very deep frown lines between my brows, a very visible gum line when I smiled that made my lips get very thin and receded. I also had many smokers lines in my lips. Dr. Freedman relaxed the frown and amazingly made my top lip stop sliding over my gum line with botox. Within hours I noticed changes. My sister saw me a couple of weeks later and noticed right away. My second visit he used a filler to plump out my frown lines. He plumped up my thin lips and smokers wrinkles. I dont hide my smile anymore. I was very impressed and pleased with my experience at Dr. Friedman’s office. Starting with the courteous receptionist with a big smile when first walking in that day, each staff member presented themselves in a positive and very professional manner. My family has seen dr Friedman for years! Always had great experiences. Today o had my first ever fraxel treatment and wow the ladies had their game down and worked as a team as dr worked the laser. Meanwhile I was breathing laughing gas which kept me very comfortable! Im 2 hrs post op no pain and just a smidge red!

After a consult with a surgeon who was in equal parts dismissive and condescending, it occurred to me that technical proficiency and civility might not be mutually exclusive. I Googled MOHS surgery and booked a consult with Dr. Friedman. Both during the consult in his office and during the staged procedure, he was patient, considerate, and took the time to address my concerns without trivializing them. Extra credit points for his amazing staff. Each person there is a jewel. No matter how busy they are, they treat you as if you were their only patient. I cant recommend them highly enough.

My initial experience with Dr. Friedman and staff was excellent. I was there to address my adult acne. We discussed traditional treatments, which I have been doing for years as well as laser treatment options. I left armed with a lot of knoweldge and the intent to do laser treatment at the end of the year. Until then I was prescribed several topical treatments in line with what I have been doing. I have had trouble with one of my prescriptions which is no longer manufactured. I have been trying to get a replacement prescription for almost a month now. On my sixth phone call I was a little testy as you can imagine. They proceeded to read back notes that were incorrect, one stating that the prescription was too expensive. I could not have said this as no pricing was given to me by my pharmacist since the medication is no longer manufactured. In addition, I had been told on each of my previous phone calls that someone would call me back to let me know that my problem had been remedied. There has never been any follow up. I moved here from Atlanta, Ga. where I previously had an exceptional Doctor, Dr. Douchy who provided both medical and cosmetic dermatology. I feel confident that Dr. Friedman is an exceptional cosmetic dermatologist (as published) and if you are ready for immediate cosmetic procedures especially in the area of aging, then he is your doctor. However, if you have any medical dermatology needs, whether alone or in conjunction with cosmetic, then keep searching.

Dr. Friedman was great!!! There are not enough stars to express how pleased I was with the care, the procedure and the results! I went in with a skin condition called Rhinophyma caused by rosacea. Although not usually found in women, Rhinphyma caused my nose to be very large and thick skinned. Dr. Friedman was able to return my nose to a normal size through a laser procedure. He and his staff did excellent followup care!I would certainly recommend anyone concerned with any type of skin condition to go in for a consultation. They were very professional and upfront about the cost for the treatment.

I went to Dr. Friedman for Restylane and Dysport. He is a really good physician, very personable and great at distracting you during treatment procedures. I recently went to Dr. Friedman for my second round of kybella (I had my first session somewhere else) and also to have lip filler to help make my lips more proportional. Kybella, was a breeze compared to the first time I had it. He was very meticulous and precise which I appreciated very much. He made sure I was numb and comfortable the entire time. (My first time hurt like hell) I basically felt nothing. And as far as my lip filler, it’s SO NATURAL and unnoticeable! I watched many horror stories about lips gone bad and was very nervous, I had no bruising at all and no pain what so ever! Deffinatly referring him to all my clients! The staff was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. Especially Martina. I will be back soon!!

Dr Friedman is an outstanding Laser and Dermatology expert. I rarely used sun screen as a Mid-West kid or Houston windsurfer. I now pay the price with basal cell issues. Hes treated me for over six years with skill and finesse. His eye to find them early is amazing. Then his Mohs technique and subtle suturing leave only very small marks after removal, even in tight, thin-skin areas. He is always calmly positive and confident, which puts me at ease.Ive also had great results heading off new ones altogether by his pioneering employment of pre-development laser treatments.His front office gently reminds me to have regular check-ups, and post-surgery, Dr. Friedman personally calls to see how Im doing. Lastly, you will never hear about what his staff did last weekend, they are always pleasantly professional and completely focused on the patients treatments. Ive been a patient of Dr. Freidmans for ten years and wouldnt go to anyone else. My fair skin and far too much time in the sun has plagued me with AKs and skin cancers that he has done a great of treating. He is a skilled surgeon that has operated on me many times including on my face. I have followed his instructions and have no visible scars as a result. He has a very caring attitude, takes time to explain and answer questions. Dr. Freidman has also been great in using a laser to treat my rosacea and other skin problems. I visited Dr Paul Friedmans office because a serious damage on my face done by another very bad practitioner during a previous facial treatment. She used a totally wrong method melt my facial fat and result multiple atrophic scars on my face.
