Dr. Richmond is an excellent dermatologist. I have been seeing Dr. Richmond for a few years now and she has always been very professional. Dr. Richmond takes the time to answer my questions and makes me feel comfortable about other treatment options. The entire staff is professional too. Highly recommend!! 5 stars= Excellent Service!!

I am a retired physician and have been to this practice before. This is my first time seeing Dr. Richmond. First of all, I was really thankful that the front office was able to get me in as there was an opening before my December appt. Checking my insurance was quick and efficient. As with my previous visits, I am extremely satisfied with the practice in all respects. Dr. Richmond is very personable and professional. She made me feel at ease and discussed treatment options. Dr. Richmond is of the upmost integrity & extremely professional. The office has state of the art equipment. Dr. Friedman & Dr. Richmond make an excellent team. She actually cares about what her patients are going through. Tell her what ails you and she will try her hardest to fix your problem.

Dr Richmond is very professional and has is an excellent communicator. Her nurse Melissa is as professional and very cordial.A great first time experience for a standard full body exam.

Dr. Richmond is simply the best, she has identified cancerous legions in both myself and my daughter early to stop them before they propagate and spread. She also recommended over the counter supplements that since I started taking them, I have been cancer free at each of my biannual exams. I give her the highest recommendation.

Dr. Richmond is knowledgeable and has an incredibly warm bedside manner. She was not frustrated or rushed in answering my myriad of questions about my rosacea and possible laser treatment. I could not get in with my normal dermatologist and Dr. Richmond had a cancellation so I took a chance. Now I am officially switching doctors.

From the moment that I found Dr Richmond she had been very professional and kind in treating my hidradenitis. She is very thorough with her treatments she is very compassionate, she has amazing bedside manners. Even when I get my flares in the most private places she makes me feel extremely comfortable. I am blessed to have her as my doctor I never feel alone or forgotten even by the staff. If anyone can help find a more comfortable way to live with this chronic skin condition it is definitely her. She is AMAZING! Well worth the 50 min drive from Mont Belvieu! Had some acne, combination skin, she was able to clear everything! She even did telemedicine during Covid and it that was even easier! She is patient and thorough, stick to her regiment, it works!

As an ex-employee of DLSC and I wanted to write a review to share my positive experience with Dr. Richmond. I have been a patient of Dr. Friedman for years now. His office is simply the best and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! As mentioned in a previous review, Dr. Friedman is caring, takes his time, listens to my concerns which means his schedule can be quite jam packed at times. That being said, I have seen Dr. Richmond and she is fabulous! This office only lets the best of the best join their team and she is a perfect fit. Dr. Richmond took the time to educate me on all of my options and was exquisite while treating me. I was completely comfortable throughout my entire treatment and left the office feeling natural and beautiful. Bottom line, Dr. Richmond, as well as the rest of the team at DLSC, continue to be the best of the best!
