Best experience ever I love coming here all the time

The people here are really nice and make me feel comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety, especially going to the dentist but Ive never been more comfortable at the dentist and they keep me coming back! Would definitely recommend them!

Love Dr. Xydas and his amazing staff!! They are the most compassionate when caring for my children. My daughter was scared when getting her cavities filled. They spoke to her, got to calm her down by asking her silly questions, and made her feel so comfortable. Absolutely great service always!!

Me and my two boys come here. I love this office, the doctor is amazing and the staff cares for all my kids. Had to go in today for a chipped tooth. Doctor fixed it right away and also had a great teeth cleaning. I have been a patient for close to 3 years now. These complaints with two of the bad reviews please know that this office is nothing like those complaints and they just need to complain about something. Thank you guys for everything you do for the kids and myself to make our smiles perfect.

LOVE THIS PLACE.Dr Andreas, is the first dentist I know, who brushes childrens teeth superbly and is not stingy to apply vitamin to their teeth. Usually the dentists take a little brush and apply little vitamin in all the teeth, Dr. Andreas No. He applies what the teeth need.He is very patient with babies and small children.I recommend it 100%.AND THEY SPEAK SPANISH TOO.

I had my first root canal filling ever here. I was very afraid of the pain and the procedure. The young lady at the front desk explained the procedure in detail and took my fear a little bit. I felt no pain during or after the procedure. Im so happy that I picked this place.

I took my daughter there, we never had to wait long for her appointment. Everyone was always friendly and my daughter was not so afraid and against going to the dentist after just 2 visits. She said, I didnt like going to the dentist but they are so nice that Im OK with it now. This is big for her, since she was terrified before. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful help.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, I put off appointments to avoid going. I recently adopted a child and needed a regular dentist for him and me. After trying a few other local dentist, I could not believe how difficult it was to find a kid friendly Dr. Without any luck a friend suggested Family First Dental. On the first appointment we were made to feel welcomed (I think the Dr. could tell me and the kid was nervous). Once both checkups was over I, expected bad news and a big hit to my wallet and insurance, I was pleased that he did not attempt to over price or over bill my insurance and he did not request work that was not necessary. I only have good things to say about the staff and dentist, and would be happy to recommend this office to my friends and family.

I have been going to Dr. Xydas for almost 5 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Both of my children enjoy going here and the office staff are very friendly and polite. I ask a lot of questions and Dr. Xydas always answers them and gives me great recommendations. I completely trust him and his work. Theyre even open on Saturdays which is super convenient. I drive all the way from Spring to visit this office.

I recently took my son here for a dental exam. As soon as we walked into the office I noticed the floor had broken cookies that had not been swept up which made me a little weary of the cleanliness of this facility. The assistant took xrays of my sons teeth, and the dentist came in and looked at them. But instead of talking to me about my sons teeth, he was discussing it with the assistant who was making notes. Then the dentist proceeded to put sealant on my sons teeth without first giving me a treatment plan, or going over his x-rays. My son did very well, and was very good throughout the whole process. After the dentist placed sealant on my sons teeth without even giving me a treatment plan, he took me into another room without my son and explained how he felt my son needed 8 fillings on his baby teeth. He also proceeded to say that he feels as if my child is going to be difficult so he would want him sedated and strapped down while they do the fillings, and they would not allow me in the room while this procedure was done. I then told the Dentist that I would not be returning to this office, because I dont appreciate him saying that my child would be difficult, nor did I like the fact that I would not be able to be with my child while the procedure was performed. I then requested a print out of everything that was performed that day along with a written treatment plan of which teeth his recommended for fillings. He was very rude, and did not seem that he wanted to give me this information. I left there very unhappy, and I do not recommend this place for children whatsoever.

Made an appt. for a Tuesday and they put me down for a Friday saying thats what they had when I called... Made another appointment at 6:00 for a Tuesday and when I went in they had someone in the room another person waiting, by the time I wouldve gotten out of there it wouldve been 8:00 p.m. They didnt care that we got off work early and drove to be there at 6:00 p.m. looking for someone else who is considerate of peoples time... Rude...

Love Family Frist Dental the staff is very friendly they speak to you as if you are family. The office and patient rooms are always clean. Dr Xydas is very patient with children,I take my 7 and 3 year old kids and never had problems, infact they love going to the dentist.

I was a little terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr.Xydas care really makes it a lot easier. The staff is exceptional, very friendly, and the Doc. he is great certainly one of the best around, i will continue to have my follow up cleanings with Family First.

Dr. Xydas is the most Amazing Doctor I have ever been to. I wish there were 10 stars! The level of service, care, and dedication are unmatched! I had many problems with my mouth and he helped me with them all! He did such a great job extracting a broken tooth that I still have no pain and NO swelling! I wish Family Dental taught lessons in customer care and overall pure goodness! Dr. Xydas and his assistant (I believe her name is Anna) made me feel like I was family! They explained everything to me before doing it and constantly checked with me to make sure I was comfortable! I cant explain what an amazing experience it was but if you live in Houston or close to it, Dr. Xydas is the best there is!
