Dr Aliakbar was very professional in performing my root canal treatment, he made sure I was not experiencing any discomfort through the procedure and now I am so pleased with my new crown. He has also treated my 5 year old with a sedation treatment and made him feel comfortable and not scared. I highly recommend Dr Aliakbar, for any dental treatment.

After going to another office for an appointment and being turned away because they claim they did not receive my confirmation, client forms, and insurance for an appointment if arrived to 30 minutes early I had to go home and deal with an extreme amount of pain. Fortunately, My Dentist was able to see me the same day and was not only super accommodating and understanding of the situation I was in they treated me with a certain level of care that you do not get from many dental visits. The office was clean, everyone was understanding and worked with me to address my issues, and the staff was as professional as they were kind. I will definitely be coming here from now on for all my dental needs. Thank you!

For a 2 year old, the waiting time is ridiculous, if the appointment is set and still have to wait an hour with a 2 year old, with Covid still going on!!!!!? When she was seen the dentist was awesome and fast, just the waiting is too much. Other then that I love this dentist

Everything went well today with my three children , the staff was super friendly, they even was there about 20 min early for me to check in . I was nervous for my kids to be Sedated ( even though they did give me a option). My children did very well, and the gentleman who did their extractions and crowns made the process smooth , made my children feel very comfortable and talk to them though the process. I’m very pleased not to mention my kids have been going to this dentist for about 7 years now and my youngest who’s 3 since his 1st dentist appointment ever. Job well don’t today

I give the stars and management 10 stars. They are welcoming and treated their “Clients” as family. The orthodontist is an Angel. They treat you and your family special. Mainly their prices are great and they they are sanitary. I will not be taking my family for dental work to any other dentist. We’re life long members. Go check them out and I’m sure you’ll do the same. Your experience will be uncanny.

I arrived to the front office for a cleanup appointment and the employees were very helpful. I was provided with everything I needed, all thanks to this one lady named Janette. She was kind and had no problem guiding me through the process. I enjoyed my visit! Will definitely come again:)

I had a tooth that cracked and broke off and was in severe pain. I called My Dentist Houston and setup the soonest appointment. They were courteous over the phone when scheduling me and even provided me with promotion information they had going on. Also I liked that they called the day before to confirm the appointment. The day of my appointment the receptionist/front desk were very professional and friendly. Also, they had a very clean business which I liked a lot . They took care of my dental emergency and were cost effective, in my opinion. I would recommend them to family and friends and will definitely be going back.

I had a 215 appointment. I was a brand new patient. I filled out the forms and as soon as the forms were complete I was ushered in for x-rays. I was then sent to an examination room, where I waited for two(2) hours. I had to leave at 5. I was told I would be called back shortly with the information since I had to leave. I never received a call back I waited a week.

Started off great. Had an appointment for 2:30 showed up a few minutes early to fill out paperwork waited a few minutes and was called in to get an XRAY exam. The lady who did my exam was nice and friendly. After the exam I was escorted to a chair to get my teeth checked out. The dentist who helped me was very informative and knew what he was talking about. After him explaining everything that I had issues with he told me my options and wanted me to watch a video on the process. Afterwards I was escorted to a different womans office and she explained to me my overpriced bill of 8000$ for 2 dental implants. I informed her that I didnt have insurance and she insisted on checking my credit several times even after I exclaimed that I did not want to put anything on my credit. Afterwards I told her I would come back with insurance and requested a copy of my XRAYS. She replied “you have to pay for those. Anything else?” I then said “ may I have a copy of the bill and breakdown of whats wrong with my teeth and what I need” she then replied” we keep these for our records” and then dismissed me. This started off great and very professional but to have this very sketchy woman not give me any info on whats going on and to try and force me to just “pay 8000$” was ridiculous. I walked out with nothing. No copy of xrays, no information on my teeth, no breakdown of the bill, nothing. I felt lost and didnt know what to do next. I will be seeing a different dentist who actually explains to me whats wrong and wants to break down the price to me and not just throw numbers at me.

The staff is great! They answer all my questions and explained it with details for me to understand the process. The timing is great, you are in and out in minutes!!

I was not pleased with my visit and will never ever return. I don’t appreciate how I had to pay $600 before I got anything done. If I knew the Dentist was going to be as rude as was I wouldn’t never paid a thing. I am very big on customer service and respect and he has neither he is very disrespectful, rude, and impatient and not the type of person I will ever choose to do any kind of business with. The money is not a problem with me but I refuse to ever go back and to let them do anything else to me , I appreciate the dental assistant she was very sweet and very concerned about me as a person.

I had an appointment with them a few weeks ago for 10 am. I get there a few minutes early, sign in, and take my seat. Normally, the wait is around 8-10 minutes before they call me to the back, but this day was ridiculous. After about 45 minutes, I asked the receptionist if she knew how long it would be before they called me and she preceded to tell me that it would be a minute and I also had 2 people ahead of me. I found that extremely unacceptable especially due to the fact that my appointment was at 10am, so I left.

I love bring my son here. The nurses are so nice, the doctor is patient with my son. My son being only 2 years old. I recommend this place anytime.

I have been bringing my kids here for years, each time they only clean there teeth and tell me everything looks good no cavities. I went and got consultation else and found out the my son has cavities. I felt like this could have been caught before time. Cleaning their teeth is not the only priority.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience. He needed a lot of cosmetic things done to his mouth. And for the price its worth it. I had a lot of questions about the financing and what needed to be done on his mouth, We are doing them in phases and everyone there was very nice. He needed an almost emergency extraction tooth along with replacement teeth and they did this all in the same day. I am very proud of the work they performed on him. My first visit today was a success. The staff are friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I walked out with braces and complete financing. Braces look and feel great. After first appointment is completed, have to wait hours past appointments time with each visit. Communication with front desk personnel is frustrating. Appointments cancelled without notice to patients.

UNPROFESSIONAL. UNORGANIZED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.the dentist and staff will argue infront of you and ignore your presence like if your not standing right in front of them. The orthodontist will rudely tell you that their not staying behind a xtra hour TO DO THEIR JOB just because their not getting paid for it. I had my 6 month cleaning done by a assistant that didnt even know what she was doing in less than 10 minutes i was out the chair I looked at my teeth and there was still plaque. I had to have teeth RECLEANED by a DR. and to top it off they tried charging me twice I had to leave work early because they didnt do it right the first time. When my braces finally came off I was told to pick up my retainers the same day told to come at 4 and they were closed ..... came back the next day and they couldnt find them anywhere waited a hour for no reason. They call me back hours later just to be told my retainers are at another dental office. I drive over there and guess what.... NOTHING nobody knows what im talking about and here I am waiting another hour. this just goes to show that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Im so glad my braces are finally off and I never have to step foot in my dentist EVER AGAIN. Please save yourself the trouble and look for dental services elsewhere tha management here sucks you will truly regret it

I came out more than happy I came from California to grab my arms because I found out about this place because my family in houston grabbed their braces here .... ana always tries to give you the best options more than super delighted with this place I love him !!!!!

This is the worst horrid unprofessional unsanitary unfriendly dentist office I have been to.I went in one month ago to have a last minute filling replaced By Dr Morgan ( the only dentist there that day) I got seated in a room and the doctor got ready for my procedure and was very rough when he started injecting my numbing shot.A nurse was handing him tools he needed for my procedure to drill out my old filling.She was touching those tools barehanded which were the tools that were going to be touching my mouth, another nurse or assistant and the doctor himself were not wearing face masks and breathing in my face the whole time and had horrible breath. they were very rough. he put the filling in then walked out of the room leaving her to finish my filling by smoothing it out. I leave and go on my way two weeks later I start to have pain the pain started to become worse Im to the point of one day I left work and ended up in the Urgent Care because I was running fever I thought I had an infection I felt dizzy and was in terrible throbbing pain. so they suggested that I go back to the dentist to find out if its an abscess tooth or an infection because the Urgent Care cant determine that. I go back at my 3:30 appointment the next day to the dentist and I waited for 4 hours to be seen. the dentist who did my filling was no longer there but Dr MIKEWas The one who saw me this time I was the last patient. He came in and looked at my teeth. And I told him my situation and that I had a filling a month ago that started to become very pain ful I asked him to see if I had a infection or a abscess tooth he was looking at all my other teeth but did not seem to care about my main tooth or concerns to why I came in. I asked him again if I had a infection or abcess tooth he told me he did not know. AND HES A DENTIST??!!?? I asked him to pull the tooth. And his response was well I can but not today,he said he was tired and have seen a lot of patients that day. I WASTED A WHOLE DAY at this awful dentist to go home witht NO ANSWERS why Im hurting and could have a Infection And It all started after my last visit when having my filling replaced. I do not recommend ANYONE going here . THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Im calling the medical board on them.

The front customer service it horrible I went in the the girl with the face full of makeup was very rude and after I had the money cash for the procedure and my husband is getting his braces there and sister in law as well and niece they were not able to work with me. They are nice to you when they want you to get the credit to get the braces. I will never recommend no one.

Will not go back to this place and I do not recommend it. I went for a check up ONLY and ended up getting a tooth sealant and after 2 weeks I have pain.The customer service front desk are very rude they dont treat you as a customer, they treat you as if you are asking them to pay your invoice and they dont like to answer questions C.S showed me they dont want my money. The doctor was nice but did not do a good job for my tooth. I will not go back, I prefer to pay someone else. Update 01/03/2019 I ended going to a different dentist and was told I received bad work in my mouth and had to pay again. Today was the 1st time my husband and I used this Dentist. We were very impressed by the people and Dr Mike.

Terrible staff. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the dental hygienist. The x ray staff member was nice and professional, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about my visit.My insurance referred me to this place and when I called to book my appointment the lady on the phone said she’ll get my info when I come in, in insisted she do it now so I’m scheduled with the right doctor. Sure enough, the dr who accepts my insurance is only there on certain days and I had to switch my appointment then.When I arrived I was the only person in this very big dental office, I completed the standard new patient paperwork and my x rays were completed. So fa, so good. I saw the dentist and he gave me his plan of action and for this I scheduled a future visit. I received my cleaning which I get twice a year and the dental hygienist cut my gums with her pick instrument and just asked me if I’m ok. She was REALLY rushing through my cleaning, I don’t know why. So rushed that she didn’t even floss my teeth or apologize for cutting me or tell me that she did, but I tasted blood in my mouth.The next day that part of my gum was inflamed and in pain so I called and asked to speak with the office manager whom was unavailable and left a message for. This happened twice and still no response from the office manager so I posted my review and canceled my treatment appointment. There’s no way I’m coming back here or ever recommending this place. It seems many of the staff does not actually want to be here or work here and it transfers onto your treatment. Very sad.

RUN. I rate them 0/5 stars.I thought the practice had changed for the better. BUT They always have different orthodontist and is never the same ones. The orthodontist most of the time will not see you, it will be an assistant that will see you. Just to tighten your braces. They will always schedule you for a certain time and next thing you know they move it without telling you, or schedule and once you get there tell you they can’t do the procedure. (Happened to my niece). The cleaning the did on me before the braces took 3 minutes!!!. Charged me $150. There’s been times when my wire was placed wrong, the rubber bands came off and I had to fix them at home with tweezers. They always move appointments or change the date. There was this orthodontist doctor one time over stretched my cheeks and hurt my gums and he still said, “it’s your fault and while he was attending me he was talking about he had quit and wasn’t going to work there no more and it was just that weekend and he was not going to work for them anymore”.

I just go my braces with them last month I think There is a lot of new staff and I think they are under new management.The wait is not so bad anymore.I had a good experience!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE to go to. A NEGATIVE -5 .Employees have a problem ,scheduling ,molding retainers, tightening braces, and their communication with each other=NO BUENO! My 7 yr old son went to get a baby root canal because thats what they said he needed- they wanted to gas him after i told them NO GAS, they then said that he need 2 adult root canal on top of the baby root canal.........and they did not even have his x-rays ready for the doc when my son was about to get worked on. The Doc himself was frustrated!!!! i said NO, NO,NO!!!! YOUR NOT WORKING ON MY SON! Went to another Dentist and my son did not even need a Root Canal. He just need his tooth to be refilled??Dont even start me on BRACES! the Doc is only in once a month...so you will have a long wait to get any Brace Issues FIXED! It took 3 times after my daughters braces we taken off a week and a half total with out a Retainer because they could not get it the right size. Really? that can be made in 20minutes...why would we have to wait days? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Dont waste your valuable time with the type of greedy people that work in this establishment. After reading previous clients horrible experiences I am inclined to agree with the low star rating. Inconsiderate of their clients time. I just sat and waited 2 hours before being seen while 5 people also were waiting in seats around me. Upon visiting the financial ladies department, already possessing care credit, they didnt think that I was worth it to them to finance through care credit they wanted more money. Said financing $350 for 8 sealants in a cleaning wasnt worth the interests to them as they would only get a part of the money until we had it paid off and as they are expensive and their fee for care credit wasnt worth it to them.

Brought my little sister for braces this past month and there was no wait at all. their doctor is really good and biligual ,and they were able to help me with payment plansi would recommend this place !

The customer service and management are very bad. The place is not organize at all. They dont care for the business. We have to keep asking they to verify my insurance so I can schedule the treatment, but for more than 2 weeks time they was still not able to have time to verify it. Within the two weeks of wait, I have called they more than one time. We finally went in today in person. And they try to make us wait, so that they can call and verify the insurance. We wait there for 20mins. Nothing was done. I finally asked to talk to their management and let her know what we have experienced and we just going to use other places.

The dentist saw me for like what 2 minutes . I needed a cleaning . I had questions . I scheduled my baby as well . They didn’t even see him . I’m grown . I’m 18 he decided to get my mom from lobby and tell her what I should do with my teeth . Like no tell me not my mom . Idk why he’d wanna talk to my mom . That’s weird I’m not comfortable with him I’m requesting a different dentist . He kept saying your teeth are bad you’re to pretty . That’s not even a compliment . I know my teeth are bad . You don’t need to repeat it just fix it like your job is . Talk to me not my mom . I’m a whole adult with my own child . They took 2 hours to see me .

Worst dentist office ever even the staff is horrible and just want money but they dont do a good job of cleaning at all! I had to reschedule my kids appointment for a Friday and they told me that they had called me which they NEVER did and then I call in morning to confirm my kids appointment and they said that they had rescheduled it which I never confirmed them changing the appointment. So I finally left them and wont be dealing with their BS again...

Not recommended!! If you get your braces here your appointments and everyone elses are on Saturdays!! For example.. My sister had an appointment at 8AM, by 10:29AM she was still sitting in the waiting room!! They take forever! You probably take around 3 hrs there! If you can please stay the eff out of there! The most horrible place I scheduled an app for my daughters teeth cleaning and when I got there they decided they were going to extract four teeth, before they cleaned her teeth ,but told me dont worry cuz I will only have to pay 20$, they are just scamming medicaid for any money they can at the cost of you the patient getting unnecessary work done. I went in for a consult, every one was very nice and professional. The doctor was very nice and patient, he took the time to explain all the treatment and options that I had. After I was seen with the fianancing department and the lady was very helpful , tried to applied as many discounts possible. They made it very easy for me and my family to procced with treatment because they have diffrent options in payment plans. Now my treatment is all my cosmetic treatment is completed and im very pleased with the results. I would recommend this place!

Ive looking for a dentist place that can do my tooth replacement. Im 66 years old and have medicare. I went to the belle or sthing Dentist on Veteran Memorial, they make me wait for a long time and waist my entire month with doing nothing. Finally I come to my Dentist today as a walk in and they do everything for me. I got my Xray, my mouth assessment and the payment plan. This is amazing and it means so much to me. Thank you very much and I hope more people know about this place.

Ive been a patient here before . They did used to have a long wait due to the Doctor it was only one doctor with alot of patients. Because they do have good deals on braces. But i believe 3 months ago . They have this new Doctor that is bilingual . He comes sundays and saturdays. He has been moving pretty fast and no longer have long waits. I am happy with there service because they are having more days available to get seen in case of emergencies.
