Had a crown done at Lovett Dental in Sharpstown. The staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. This is a convenient location for the area. I have had a few crowns done in the past. This was the best experience I have had and I could tell the Dentist took particular care that the crown would fit correctly and stay.

Needed an emergency visit AND had new insurance. Carrie calmly and warmly got me sorted out as a walk in. So, so grateful. Staff is kind and professional. Great location.

My visit today with Lovett Dental was exceptional, from the front desk, to the back office.The atmosphere was very welcoming and the office was very clean. Coreen and David were the epitome of great customer service, and made my visit, so much more bearable... and made sure that I was comfortable in all situations... The Dentist there ,was phenomenal, taking great care and time with me. Everyone understood my concerns and took my feelings into consideration. Im so glad that I chose Lovett Dental for the care of my teeth, and I want to thank everyone there for a great customer experience!!!

They provide great service. The dental assistant was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing pain.

My experience here was horrible. After confirming my appointment 3 times prior to my scheduled appointment, I didnt even get to see the dentist when I got there. Arrived on time but they kept me waiting 50 minutes and when I asked why they kept me waiting so long, they told me they only have 3 rooms and they are all occupied so I would have to wait longer. I had to leave. This was a waste of my time. Worst experience to any appointment. Unless you have time to waste, dont go here.

AWFUL APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCE! Got referred to this place by Splendid on a Friday, the appointment was made to Tuesday. And after that appointment was made by splendid, I could never reach this place before my appointment. I just wanted to change the date or cancell my appointment but failed for 3 days. Whenever you call them, there is no one in the office, and the virtual agent would say were currently closed. The interesting thing is, if you type 1, the access for new patient, there will be a long waiting on the phone, 10 mins or so, and then youll finally talk with a representative. But if youre not a new patient, and go to type 2, then there will be nobody answers to you. Definitely dont choose this place if youre not retired or wont ever change your plan of visit.

Made me wait hours for my appointment & I was one of the first person there and ignored me to the point they allowed other later patients first, terrible service, had to leave would not recommend.

Been here twice. Exceptionally long wait times. Had to wait for 45 min to 1 hour until I was called back. It’s also difficult to switch between other Lovett dental offices because they don’t have the same system. I would not come back after my insurance changes.

Such a nice place. The staff is really professional and kind, they pay close attention of you needs and explain with a lot of details all the procedures. The place is really comfortable and clean. Really recommend this place to have your dental appointment!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in years so when I first came to this place I was a bit nervous. But as soon as I walked through the door, Miriam and the staff were all very friendly, attentive, and professional. The same can be said of Dr. Motamedi. I had some fillings and a crown put in a couple months back and veneers put in today to close a gap between my teeth, and Dr. Motamedi did an amazing job! The crown I got and the veneers look so natural! Everyone there is professional and in general great people!

The dentist, dentist assistant and the front desk receptionist had great customer service. I would personally recommend anyone to go here. The receptionist explained all of my cost where it was well understood. They made sure I was comfortable and had no pain while getting my procedure completed. I know who my new dentist is. Job well done Lovett Dental!

Amazing team, excellent service. The manager ( Miriam ) is so nice to everyone. Dr. Frank is and the assistant make a great team together and they make sure that patients are comfortable with any procedure. Dr Frank is a professional person, he is honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended dental office.

Miriam and the rest of staff are awesome and super accomodating. Clinic is very clean and Dr. Motamedi is very nice. Wished we went here sooner. The best Lovett branch weve been to so far.
