Not very happy. Staff seems evasive. We pre did. forms on line. Verified insurance. Arrived 30 min early. Waited over hour and half to see a tech to take pics. Yet another lady complained and they got right to her. Not too sure this is the place for my 80 year old MIL. I’m not happy right now. Don’t over book. Plenty of staff. Plus lady who complained didn’t wear mask. Why was she not offered a mask. . She was seen before us too. Of course!

I go to Dr. Hanna for my dental work and his Dental Hygrnist, Ruby, cleans my teeth, and she is without a doubt the finest dental hygienist I have had in my lifetime, and I’m an older guy. She is gentle and is very skilled at her profession, plus is a lovely human being! Thanks Ruby, Sandy

Dr. Hanna is the Master of his trade. He is patient, caring, sets expectations, ensures the patient is satisfied. He has no problem taking care of issues that may arise from your extractions, dental implants and other concerns. I developed two bone spurs from extractions, and without waiting for an appointment, it was handled immediately. His staff demonstrates care and professionalism. If you are using your dental insurance; he is not In-Network with any insurance company. But he has many options, if you do not have your own cash. I recommend Dr. Hanna highly. Let me start by saying Dr. Hanna helped change my life. I will not bore you with my life story, but here are the facts. He was able to do what every other dentist I went to said was impossible. Every time I come to the office I am treated with compassion and care. The surgery was a breeze, I was sedated and slept through the whole thing. The outcome was amazing. I have the smile I always dreamed of and most importantly my mouth is healthy again and I am completely out of pain. I could go on forever with why Dr Hanna is the best! He is a true specialist at dental implants and I would highly recommend his office. It also doesnt hurt that he is 5 minutes from my house on the corner of Gessner and i10. Just look for the sign that says Hanna Dental Implant Center.

Wished I had more stars to give !! He and his entire staff are the most professional, informative, sympathetic,and knowledgeable that could possibly exist. When you walk in you are welcomed by friendly , dressed alike front staff that eagerly and immediately take you info. in no time you are seeing Dr. Hanna . He is so nice and understanding. He examines you with state of the art equipment, at seat hand held xrays , full scan head xrays, etc. and and discusses what he found with you. He then gives the results to his staff. They take you into a private conference room and give you the final results. They are able to give you a quote, help you with requesting online financing , and setting up necessary appointments.Beautiful clean offices and free parking is a plus. He was recommended by Great Day Houston and in fact did Deborah Duncans Moms implants. You will never regret seeing him! He took me with all my medical conditions and some poorly done previous dental work and worked tirelessly to find the smile I wanted to see. Thanks Dr Hanna and Staff !

From initial visit thru final step, Dr. Hanna and his entire staff were awesome! Very excited about the results and would highly recommend this team to anyone interested in improving their smile!!!!
