I just had a VERY positive experience at Olive Dental Group. I have VERY bad case of gag reflects and after I gave them my “warning” Dr George told me not to worry because the dental assistant was very good. “Very good” is not good enough… Hillary was EXCELLENT at taking care of me and I did not have even one case of gagging! She’s been at Olive for only a month, but she’s THE BEST I have ever had!!! Thanks Hillary and I wish you the best at Olive Dental Group!!!

The front desk manager Amber was very helpful and explained my benefits and the process of calling my insurance. Her assistant Laura said hello as soon as I walked through the door.The dental assistants Camille and Hillary were friendly and made me feel welcomed and at ease. Camille even let me pick what I wanted to watch on the TV. Both asked me how I was doing, if all was OK and if they could get me anything. Hillary polish and flossed my teeth as if they were her own.Dr.George is always professonal and easy to talk to and is genuinely concern for your teeth. She is gentle with your mouth and asks how youre doing when shes working. I felt like I wasnt at the dentist at all and we all know how going to the dentist can be.From the moment I walked through the door till I left, the Olive Dental Group was the best. They even take care of my one year old son.

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. They take both twins in at the same time so we are in and out in less than an hour.I brought my neice and nephew here for the first time after i took over custody and they needed surgery, Dr Knight referred us to the best surgeon. Within the month both kids had their surgery and now, 6 mos later no cavities, perfect teeth(: We will be coming here from now on. Very happy with treatment and customer service. 10/10 would recommend

Depsite having tons of things to work on teeth wise from not going in for a check-up for three years, they have been the most positive dental experience Ive ever had. They always check the pain levels and talk through each procedure beforehand. Also I have horrible dental anxiety from previous experiences along with financial anxiety and they were so kind and patient with me and made sure I was good for each step. They also have been working hard with my insurance to make all my sessions bearable.Hands down a great experience. Everyone is nice and understanding. I highly recommend them if you need somewhere accommodating to what you actually need and I never felt like they were trying to get me to get more treatments than I needed.

I plan to file a complaint with the dentistry association about Olive Dental.This is a horrible place to go. Last year when I went there for regular cleaning, they said they would not do the cleaning that my dental insurance covers and advised they would not see me again if I did not do the expensive cleaning. I did agree to the expensive cleaning and had it done in one day. They propped my mouth open so I could not swallow. Afterwards I could not open my mouth to eat. My jaw was in pain. I could hardly open my mouth to eat for 3 months.They told me to go to and oral surgeon stating I had an infected wisdom tooth and that was why my jaw was hurting. I went to the oral surgeon and he advised that my wisdom tooth was not the cause. I was advised that I had TMJ in my jaw.I went in today to have a tooth pulled and was told my visit was covered by my insurance and it would be a zero cost for the visit. I sat there for an hour waiting to get my tooth pulled and before the procedure began I was advised I owed a previous balance (first time I heard about that) and the procedure was going to cost me money after all.I felt like it was a bait and switch type of situation. I will never return to this place. There are several dentist offices in my area, and I will go to one of them. Hopefully, they are more reputable dentists.

Scheduled an appointment for my husband and I for a check up & cleaning. The ladies that work there are very nice and make you feel welcomed. I was nervous at first but they made me feel so relaxed it was a breeze. They explained some things I need to take care of and gave me options to work with me. This office had remarkable feedback so I gave it a shot.Its been about 3 years since I sat and had my mouth looked at. Dr. George was the doctor who helped me out. She did a great job, along with the staff, in keeping me calm and reassuring me. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this office to anyone.I am proud to say I have a new primary care dentist and Im looking forward to having that perfect smile in the near future! 😁.

I had 2 little ones which is hard to deal with in itself. They took over dealing with them and getting their check ups done fast and painless free. I love when someone takes time to explain certain things especially when it comes to my children and thats exactly what I got. The kiddos and I also walk out with smiles on our faces.

Dr. George is absolutely outstanding! In the past, I have had a traumatizing experience as a kid and have very high anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. George and her staff did a great job to keep me comfortable and calm! I drove about 35 minutes to get here because my friend recommended her to me and it was the best experience ever! Dr. George took the time to explain to me what all was going on. The way she took her time truly made me feel like family! Dr. George and her assistant constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok. The office is very clean and all of the staff is very friendly. Her passion for dentistry really shows in her interactions with her patients. Definitely will be coming back! Thanks Olive Dental for changing the way I feel about coming to the dentist!

Happily I get to visit Olive and get right in the door at my appt time. Work is often done with care, questions, and positive results. I appreciate the lack of sugar coating for my own good so I know right what to have done. Recommended

I would like to say I was so scared when I booked my app. I have some underlined health issues. That are lung related. So I am high risk for covid. I stared to cry when Patricia was taking car of me! She changed her glove every time she entered the room and sanitized her hands before putting on the gloves! She whipped down the x ray machine in front of me and was so kind about when I asked her to do it. She said of course i will .. of course. She said we clean them every time, but no problem I will clean anything you want in front of you. The whole staff was like this! And Doctor Susan George.. OMG she was amazing!!! She was very clean and so kind. She really was concerned about how I felt. I had two teeth pulled without having to be sedated . She was amazing!! Today was my daughter first time there appointment was at 10 we arrived about 9:40 fill ed d out all the paperwork they took care of the insurance transfer and by the time I finished all the new patients paperwork my daughter was coming out about 11:15 and everyone was so nice and welcoming, dentist came out told me everything and then made appointment for next time,clean office we have a new dentist office finally one that knows how to treat patients

Awesome dentist! I love dr. George and her staff! I appreciate the viewing of my X-ray photos and the explanation of my dental photos. I have a missing tooth and we talked about the potential Issues that May arrise. She used a tree fall and tree root example that was pretty impressive. I left the office learning something new which is neat! Definitely havent had that type of service from my prior dentist. I really appreciate her expertise.

My family and I have been going here for about 6 years. The dentists are really thorough, and the staff are always nice and friendly. They are open on Saturdays, so thats always conveinient for those who dont have time to come in during the week. The prices are affordable, and they offer discounts off procedures if you schedule ahead of time. The waiting area is really nice with a TV, coffee bar, and playing area for the kids.

This is my second appointment here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctors are helpful and truly try to get to the ROOT of the problem (pun intended). Love this place! Ive been going here for what feels like years. The staff are all really nice and kind which is what I look for most at any dental or doctors office. Theres tvs to keep you entertained while you wait as well as a play area for anyone with kids. I will say the wait time can feel long once youre actually in the dental chair waiting for the dentist but itll be like that anywhere you go. Overall, i d recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Theyre kind and gentle. I do deal with rather strong anxiety, and they are very helpful in accommodating me. They are also great to work with payment options. Both in the practice are exceptional, but a special recognition to the lady who does the root canals. Has to be one of the best in the USA.
