Ive been to all of Dr. Trans locations and I must have to say they are all great. I had full mouth upper and lower crowns put in and I couldnt be happier. They absolutely look terrific. The work that Dr.Tran, his team and Joe put into my new smile shows and everybody in the office has been so attentive during the quick process. There is a reason why Dr. Tran is considered to be one of the best in the industry and is why I came to him to get my whole mouth restored. Couldnt be happier with the results! Friendly, professional, informative and competent. I had two crowns done (the two on each side of my front teeth) and Dr. Lee was able to match my natural color perfectly. This is a very hard task and a dentist I went to prior was not able to get it correct. I highly recommend this dentist. The location in Magnolia is awesome too. Disappointed with the entire process after wisdom tooth removal. Absolutely no guidance after procedure of what to expect or how to take care of the wound. Spoken to several people after their procedure at different places and they had much better care than I received. Very unprofessional.

Modern space, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and high tech office space! After 3 visits, Laëtitia up front has consistently been warm and welcoming. Dr. C is very knowledgeable and hired a great staff. For instance, Mara, my hygienist, is the first one in all my life of visiting dental offices to teach me proper flossing techniques. There is also an emphasis on gun health and hygiene education to a degree that I haven’t seen at other dental offices. Highly recommend!

Gloss has done a Phenomenal job cleaning my families teeth , they also removed my two kids wisdom teeth with ease.The place is modern and exceptionally clean ,they are professional and run things as smoothly as they can. I recently switched dentists and went to Floss Dental for the first time last month. They have an amazing staff, especially the Dental Hygienist Maura, she got my teeth super clean without any discomfort at all! I dont typically like going to the dentist, even for cleanings twice a year, but they made me feel right at home so I wont drag my feet in making an appointment from this point on. Ive been a patient here for the year or so and my primary dentist is Dr. Castillo. The staff from the front desk (Kristin, forgive me if its spelled wrong) is always warm and welcoming, to the dental assistant (Kayleigh?) And also not forgetting the Dental Hygienist Maura.Dr. Lee was my primary dentist today and she was very informative, thorough and helpful with my assessment. She was helpful in answering my questions.Always a pleasure coming here and interacting with the staff, just be warned though the parking is shared with the urgent care and jewelry store so it might be tight, be sure to download the app or have a credit card to pay for parallel parking in the free spots are taken.

Everyone was super professional and kind. They were very knowledgeable and the facility was very welcoming. I love that they have a tv on the ceiling for the easily distracted patients like me lol. The service was really thorough as well. You can tell their standards are very high, yet have a down to earth feel. Would highly recommend 👍

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but my experience with Floss was great! They definitely made sure you were aware of what was going on at all times. I received crowns and they look natural. Hands down the best dental practice I’ve been to! Dr. Tran took the time to patiently explain to me what he was doing and why. He did the same for both my mom and a friend of mine who also went to FLOSS Midtown on my recommendation. They both remarked to me that no other dentist took the time to share dental knowledge in such an easy and accessible manner.There is a tremendous attention to detail in both the modern interior design of the dental practice as well as in the treatment options Dr. Tran walks you through. This made a lot more sense once I realized that he has an MBA background as well as residency training! The huge 4k TVs on the ceilings and walls really makes time spent in the chair pass by.Cool points:1. Free teeth whitening with dental cleaning.2. The 3D mapping thing they did to make custom occlusal guards (I grind my teeth at night due to the stress from medical school ask no more). I think it was 3D printed too which is really freaking cool to me since I’m a tech geek. I really like that they have state of the art equipment here.3. It’s right across the street from Les Givral’s so I sneak over there after my appointment for some dope Vietnamese food.Never thought I would say this, but I can’t wait for my next dental cleaning and teeth whitening! They really make me feel like family here.

Awesome experience! I’m usually super nervous, scared and possibly terrified of going to the dentist but at the Midtown location all the workers were amazingly friendly and that helped me to be calm. Lovely interior design and very high tech. I was happy to learn about dental hygiene and was given great tips. Very professional and educated as they explained my future procedures. What a great experience we had at Floss. I have taken my son to many dentist. And not ever did I left without them teeth shaming my son. I know very well he tries his best to take care of his teeth. Coming to floss meeting Dr. William for the first time felt very welcoming. Not only was he friendly but also he can relate to teenagers. It was what we are looking for. Yes I could have choose. In dentist closer to my home in Richmond. But the drive here was worth it. My son felt great about himself and confidently. No teeth problems Vs. other dentist out there would just tries to make an upsell. Kristen the reception was also wonderful accommodating. I’m about experience and making someone feel confident when it comes to dental group I want to support. Thank you FLOSS. Also Dan king for the wonderful recommendation. The staff is really nice and they have a really nice office. They really take the time to explain the procedure and also take the time to explain the financial costs however I cancelled the same day due to an emergency and they kept my $100 deposit that is called stealing.

I would say i kinda disappointed with this place. I have an appointment and also ask them if the exam for invisalign cost anything. They said no it’s totallly free. Then i drive 1 hour to the place and all i heard that i have to pay 99$ for x ray which a part of exam. I assumed it charge for exam anyway, cause the x ray in the exam so anyway, and the staff keep saying no. I really disappointed about how they not telling me the additional charge at first and it just waste my time!

I know going to the dentist is never pleasant. Both the staff and their doctors made me feel they really cared. Not only do I consider their prices fair they also keep you full informed and make sure you know what is going on the entire time. Thank you for taking care of me and I will never move dentist as long as I am in Houston.

I was seen on an emergency after going through my regular DDS & 3 other dental offices. No one could help me. The other dental offices said they can see me and treat me, same day, much to my surprise when I arrived at their office they were unable to help me. They just collected an office visit, gerrr!I called this location, let them know my situation - they worked me into their schedule, seen me and treated me all in two hours. They were busy with other patients but they worked me in and took great care of me.They were a life saver.I cannot express how wonderful this dental office is. Everyone is super nice and very informative. There are one hidden agendas.I have been with my regular dentist for about 6 years and Im sorry but loyalty works both ways.I just found my new dental office!

The price constantly changed the lady at the front desk who scheduled the appointment tell you one thing the next time you come it’s a different story. I hate companies that’s inconsiderate. I who never recommend this company. Please spend your money are use your insurance somewhere else this place is a complete joke. I waste my time and money at this place I thought MINT dentistry was bad this place is equally as bad.

This is my third time here. Everyone here has been very friendly. The dental hygienists are also very gentle with my teeth every time I came in for a teeth cleaning. I always come early and they have been very accommodating to take me in early.The parking area is a bit difficult but still glad they do have a parking area vs street parking.Would recommend to friends and family if living within 610 area.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The girl who scheduled my appointment was very knowledgeable and patient. I was able to get scheduled within a timely manner (a week) for a routine exam for me and my child. Both appointments were back to back and we shared the same exam room! That alleviated a lot of the anxiety we both had. The dentist was very personable and friendly. She took her time and discussed everything thoroughly. She even went as far as doing my cleaning herself because she said the hygienist was busy and she didn’t want me to wait any longer. I’m so glad I found this place.

It was very easy to schedule my new patient appointment, I emailed with the receptionist(who was so friendly and personable!) to find the best time for me. I filled out paperwork online, making it a quick check in at my appointment. Also, let me say, this office is beautiful! Lighting, seating and wall decor is pleasing to the eye and comfortable at the same time.The staff was great! They actually took the time to talk with me and get to know me and guide me through the process. The doctor explained my x-rays and came up with the best treatment plan. This is my familys go-to office for dental treatments. Dr Tran and Dr. Castillo are very professional, hands on, and helpful with their patients.I feel as though the experience at this office is much more relaxed and engaging vs. your standard dental visit. The office is very clean, staff is helpful, and theyre also open a bit later which is extremely helpful for working families.

I had a wonderful experience at Floss Midtown. The staff was very friendly. Dr Tran did a great job of making me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. Despite the fact that I had to get 3 fillings the staff made sure that I-was relaxed during the process. I have recommended Floss Midtown to all of my family and friends.

Dr Tran has already done 3 implants for me. I am just waiting for my last crown to be ready but the first two feel great. The procedures were quick. Dr Tran even checked in on me every night and gave me his personal phone number. Im very happy to be able to eat again.

The office is very well run. The appointment length was what I had been told.Kotei is efficient and amiable while taking x-rays and photos. Kristen provides straight forward information on the treatment plan and associated pricing. Dr. Tran is quite thorough in his exam. Offering as much information as I want on the condition of my teeth. (The large screen is a great tool providing a visual overview of one’s teeth, too.) He also, clearly explains the reasoning behind what is required to maintain/improve my dental health. Taking time to answer all questions. And, no pain!
