I had the most pleasant experience at this facility. From the time I walked in the door to the time my daughters surgery was completed. The dentist and staff where so friendly,informative, kind and patient. The dentist took the time to patiently explain the entire procedure to me. I felt so comfortable. The staff overall were just wonderful. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter. You all will be highly recommended to all my family and friends ❤💕 . Again thank you so much. Ive been seeing Dr.G since I was a teenager so a little over half my life. He is great and has an amazing bedside manner.

First off, rude staff. RUDE! Absolutely rude! I made an appointment and the lady on the phone named “cindy or cinty” was rude and made you feel dumb. Also their dentist are always busy and are always rushing you. Really bad. Staff is rude and they dont spend time with you.

These are the rudest people I have encountered at a dentist office the customer service suck to hell. The keep you on hold for 5 to 15 min without remorse. They don’t work with you and act like you need us type of attitude. This is not my first time dealing with them and every time I encounter these idiots at the front desk Especially the appointment gurl I have to just hurdles and lil mountain to get Thur to her think skull. I’m sure I’m not the only complaint on these front desk women

I am amazed with the way this team treated me, talked to me, respected me, listened and I am just in shock! These people are my permanent dentist from now on. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I was on the worse pain I would never wish anyone. This place talked to me, calmed me down, numbed me a bit, put oxygen on me and then took very great care of me. The two doctors I met are very professional as well. I am a district manager for Vape City Houston. I also wanna put in that Ms.Christy Cisnerors is a very helpful lady. They are very affordable and she got me a great deal. Thank you all, yall are the best!!!!!!!

I sent my Dad to Dr. Goravanchi (because being in New York City myself, I couldnt treat him) and he took care of his toothache beautifully! Dr. G is very kind and patient, making his patients feel at ease. The fact that one dentist sends her own beloved Father to another dentist says a lot -- Dr. Goravanchi is a doctor I could trust my entire family with. :)

Best Dentist I have ever been to. Quality care, understanding professional care

I was on a roadtrip across Texas and had a toothache. Stopped by this office and was impressed by the kind staff and efficiency and professionalism of Dr.Goravanchi. Left with no pain... and the tooth never acted up again.

Takes 1 hour to take you in even if your there 10 minutes before your appointment. Receptionists are not good at their job

Wouldn’t recommend. Have to constantly go up there to get fixed what they already did. Have to take time off of work because the dentist I “HAVE” to see is never really there. So frustrated with this office.
