Great dentist that has a massage perk for referrals and first time clients. They have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch while they work. Very friendly. Entrance is up the stairs on the right side of the building. Waiting find are opulent with extremely cozy couches.

I came here wanting to see if I would get a different experience at a Dental Office and I was VERY impressed. They are not pushy and telling you the sky is falling. I liked how straight-forward they were about the health of my teeth. I had a great cleaning done by Karlie and Zinia assisted Dr. C with my fillings. EXCELLENT staff. My gums werent in pain when I left and my mouth FEELS great. It was worth driving in from Missouri City. A smart & personable staff really makes all the difference. Also... the office is extremely clean which is a HUGE plus. Looking forward to my next visit in December!

I love coming to Memorial Park Dental which is strange to say because who loves going to the dentist? My Dental Hygienist Hong is amazing. She is so sweet and does a very thorough cleaning. Dr. Thomas and Dr. C are great and make me feel very comfortable.

Overall 10/10 experience. Really comfortable setting, entire staff is very friendly and prompt. My hygienist Crystal was wonderful and worked in a great timely manner. Dr. C and the staff were especially thorough when it came to explaining everything from my procedure to the after care.

I decided to give this place a try and WHAT A TREAT! The dental hygienist who took care of me was so professional and patient. I have anxiety when it comes to dentist and cleanings, but she was amazing! She paid great attention to detail and checked on my constantly yo make sure I was as relaxed and comfortable as possible. I forgot her name but she is Asian and petite with a great welcoming smile - you cant miss her! Absolutely recommend this place, staff was awesome, place is state-of-the art and they gave me a gift certificate for a free massage! You cannot beat that.

First dentist in Houston - and happily, I have every reason to expect Ill stay!Wait time - I waited in the reception for all of 3 minutes, and was given a short tour on the way back - which orients you in the larger layout, and helps you see that you really could get mixed up in here! Its bigger than it looks from the street!The people - everyone felt authentic, some being more talkative, some being more reserved, though all easy to talk with. Im 50, and this was one of the best team/human interactions Ive had at a dentist.Skills - super competent - when I mentioned I felt some plaque still inside by bottom incisors the tech literally said Thank you! I love that kind of feedback! Lets take care of it! and went back in with a smile. And easy manner/humor/awareness were constant.The facilities/equipment - older building, but very up to date equipment: digital x-rays, newer chairs and picks and probes and all that. The fun but also weird part (for me) was the two tvs - a 50-60 one at the foot of the chair, and another in the ceiling. I get that can be super for distracting nervous folks, just too in-yer-face for me. The bright side? They noticed, and offered to turn them off. well done!

This offices Saturday appointments is what originally drew me in. Yet after 2 visits it seemed the office was more interested in reviews than dental care. They were consistently late for cleanings, that is if the staff or dentist even showed up to open the office. They would try to take x-rays every cleaning, where most insurance rightfully only cover 1/year. The free whitening trays they provided me were so damaged and poorly cut that they were unusable. Its disappointing to have a group that addresses an aspect of your health take such little pride in their work that they would operate the way that they do. Dont give into the gimmicks and go to a real dentist.

Clean, modern clinic. I did not have to wait long at all to see the hygienist or the dentist. Customer support staff also very pleasant quick to resolve any billing concerns.

I have severe anxiety about dental visits due to bad experiences with other dentists, and Dr. C and all of the staff at Memorial Park made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. Best experience at a dentist ever! They got me in as a new patient with less than 24 hours notice. There was hardly any wait. They were very focused on keeping me comfortable. They used essential oils. The hygienist was very thorough at cleaning every nook and cranny of my teeth and the doctor was reassuring about my dental health. They gave me a free massage and teeth whitening trays for being a new patient! I come back this weekend for the massage and to get fitted for the trays!

I just randomly chose a dentist through my insurance and I am so happy it was this place! I didnt go in expecting much due to two very bad experiences last year after first moving to Houston from Dallas and looking for a new dentist. I was pleasantly surprised as they had great bedside manner, discussed everything they were doing (but not in a sales-y way), and offered unique extras like aroma therapy, a free 60 min massage once a year, and hand massage each visit. I discovered Memorial Park Dental Spa when they came by my apartment complex and hosted a pasta night. Im new to Houston and had yet to find a dentist. They are conveniently located close to where I live and my insurance was their preferred provider which were 2 pluses in my book. At my first appointment they gave me a tour and everyone was so nice. Since I hadnt gone to the dentist in a while they suggested that I get a deep cleaning done and set me up with a different appointment day. They accommodated my schedule and were very courteous. Today was deep cleaning/filling day and everything was great. The hygienist was so accommodating and kept making sure I wasnt feeling any pain throughout the cleaning. When I had a question she either knew the answer or would go find out. By far this has been my best dental experience ever. I felt as if they care about not only my oral heath but me as a person. I have recommended this dentist to 3 different people already. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning!!

Great experience getting check-up and routine cleaning!

Let me start off by saying I rarely ever do reviews, so for me to post about a place means they had a significant impact on me. With that being said, I absolutely LOVE this place. I went in for a routine cleaning and to check if I had any cavities. The first time I went in, this lovely dental assistant helped me. I can’t remember her name right this second but I’ll come back and edit it later. She informed me that I had one cavity that needed to be filled. I also asked about Invisalign and she said they can scan my teeth and find out more when I come in to fill my cavity. She was delightful and we talked about lots of different things. She was very personable.The second time I came in, I was helped by Dr. C, Marvin, and Shay. I am absolutely unequivocally TERRIFIED of needles, and I’ve had one or two really horrible experiences with other dentists, so I was incredibly nervous. When I say that Dr. C and Marvin made me feel so comfortable, oh my goodness. I went from being so scared that I was in tears to feeling completely safe. I can’t say enough great things about these guys. Marvin held my hand when they used the needle and Dr. C walked me through every step of the process. I am no longer frightened of visiting the dentist, and that is saying A LOT. Shay switched out with Marvin probably 3/4 of the way through, and while I didn’t talk with her as much, she was equally delightful.Dr. C was also very honest with me. He told me that while he was willing to do Invisalign for me, he informed me that he thought it wasn’t worth the cost considering how minor the changes would be. It is really hard to find dentists and doctors that aren’t in it just for the money these days, so that kind of honesty is especially refreshing.They officially have a client for life! Thank you guys for changing my perspective about the “scary dental visit”. You guys are honestly one of a kind.

I have been going here for about 7 years. I first went here because it was so close to our home. However, we have since moved and I have still been driving back the past couple of years since I like it so much. This office is constantly looking for ways to make the environment better for the customers. Beverly has been my main worker and she always is fun to talk to. Reserved parking made it easily accessible to get to. The receptionist made the check in process as easy as possible and knew that I was coming in. All the paperwork was done on an iPad (no poorly xeroxed or illegible forms). The office is spacious and clean with TVs in front and even on the ceiling while youre being treated. The X-ray process was very easy with hand held devices. And I had a great deal hygienist Hong who took her time, didnt stab my gums, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Also got a free massage voucher for my first time! Great experience overall

I found Memorial Park Dental through my insurance. They were in network, nearby, and the word “spa” piqued my interest! Also, I was switching dentists because I’d chipped a filling, and my previous dentist couldn’t see me for 2 weeks, but Memorial Park Dental was able to get me in. When I arrived, the hygienist greeted me, showed me around the office and introduced me to staff. She was very nice and friendly! The room where i had my cleaning done had a big screen TV and even a TV on the ceiling! I always thought they should have TVs on the ceiling so you had something to look at while staring yo there.They really did give me a certificate for a 1-Hour massage!! I’m scheduled to have the massage tomorrow, very excited!!I had to go back to have a filling drilled out and replaced. I saw Dr. C, and he was very friendly, and kept me informed as he worked on me so I didn’t get nervous.These guys are really running a nice practice! I think it may be the nicest I’ve ever seen. Glad I found them! I’m encouraging my boyfriend to set up an appointment...think he may be persuaded by the free massage!!

Imagine being told you’re going to be double charged for something that occurred 8 months ago, and then get a teeth cleaning. That’s the experience I just had.They offer their new patients Starbucks/coupons for 5* google reviews, which is why their number is so high.Memorial dental improperly scheduled a past appointment. Due to this, the insurance policy didn’t cover my cleaning causing me to pay an additional $100 for a teeth cleaning. They decided to inform me of this on my visit (8 months later) right before my cleaning instead of when the charge was incurred. They’re able to see the details of patients’ insurance policy while they book appointments, so this type of clerical mistake is unacceptable.I do want noted that everyone was nice, and I think my hygienist cleaned my teeth well. Unfortunately, they didn’t take ownership of their mistake and rectify the issue. I won’t be back.

Thoroughly impressed with the facility and the customer service. Fantastic dental work done and the dentists have good instructions for at home treatment and follow ups. There are extra benefits that make the visit pleasant: pillows, blankets, and aroma therapy on demand! Everyone -- from front desk to finance manager to dentist -- is polite and focused on customers! There is usually a wait and Im not a fan of that. Other than that, Id highly recommend Dr Thomas!

Memorial Park Dental Spa is by far the best dental office that I’ve been to. Each dental station has awesome amenities from en suite televisions to aroma therapy. The dental staff is top notch, specifically Dr Abdou whom I’ve been going to for years. She does a great job and makes each visit wonderful and enjoyable.

It is always a wonderful experience at Memorial Park Dental. Kay the receptionist is the greatest and always has a smile on her face! When it comes to the greatest Hygenist award well that would have to go to Beverly! I had to get a deep cleaning and I was quite stressed about it all day. Im not sure how Beverly can be gentle while doing this procedure but she definitely pulled it off!! #Kudos to the entire staff!!

I started coming to Dr. Thomas 2 years ago and have always had an excellent experience. They are so flexible with appointment times, allowing me to squeeze it in before or after work at my convenience. Additionally, I have really sensitive gums and teeth and have had some of the best and least painful teeth cleanings here. There are even random additional perks, like free teeth whitening and spa treatments.

They were the only place I could get a same day Saturday appointment when I had a dental emergency. They are always so accommodating and will make every effort to get you in as soon as possible. All the staff I have encountered have been extremely nice and they have lots of drink options while you are waiting. The waiting area feels more like that of a hair salon than a dentist, which is never a bad thing.

Being a client for over 5 years, my experience at Memorial Dental Spa has always been very pleasant. The staff is extremely welcoming and everyone at the clinic goes that’s extra mile to make sure the clients have the most pleasant and enjoyable experience. Their friendly reminders about your upcoming appointments via text or phone call is something I find very helpful (one less thing I have to manage). Another major perk I enjoy at Memorial Dental Spa is their onsite massage services and not to mention their lifetime teeth whitening is major bonus for me. 😀

The location is absolutely beautiful with nice touches and amenities. The staff who welcomed me were personable and enjoyable to engage with. However, I will not be returning to this dental office after my first visit. While I liked Dr. Thomas who I found to be wonderful, smart, compassionate, experienced, and personable in the few moments I spoke with her, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so rough, I cried a little through the process. The hygienist seemed very sweet, and I liked her as a person, but I have never experienced this type of pain in past when having my teeth cleaned.When I returned home, I saw that my enamel on one tooth was scratched and theres a very small hair-line crack. The hygienist never explained what she was doing each step of the way, and rushed through my cleaning after I sat there for close to 2 hours. I dont want to return to the location to address the scratch in my enamel because Im afraid of more damage being caused and a hefty bill to follow. I was charged $75.00 for a dental cleaning with having one of the top dental insurance PPO subscriptions (I am paying about $40/month for my dental insurance) in which $75.00 out of pocket is a steep fee Ive never had to pay with other dentists -- in past, the out of pocket at my last dentist was around $45.00 for the second cleaning in which my first cleaning and x-rays were covered!! I felt a bit overcharged, and I wish I had never scheduled this appointment, and traveled the distance to see my last dentist who was exceptional. The last hygienist I saw at a different location was so careful, and explained everything in great detail as she proceeded with my cleaning. The bed side manner of my past hygienist was excellent, and the process was never rushed.Overall, the employees were courteous and welcoming, but I did sense some disorganization (employees scattered around and running around as a previous reviewer had stated) which can be improved with continued training. Again, I dislike leaving reviews where I cant recommend places (and this was a hard decision for me), but I do give 3 stars because I liked Dr. Thomas and the beautiful facility and amenities. Their office means well, but another recommendation I have is perhaps to focus less on the spa amenities and more on the integrity of the dental services offered. I dont need a free massage, I just want my teeth taken care of. I wish them the very best and future success.

Memorial Park dental is great. The staff is very friendly and the appointments are quick but thorough. It is a dental spa so they allow the experience to be more like a spa experience instead of just a normal check up. They provide spa services. They also provide free teeth whitening to reward you for staying cavity free.

Dentist and staff are wonderful. Appointment were made with urgency because I had to have a root canal performed. The procedure was surprisingly gentle, and executed with precision. I am a person that has seen a lot of dentists in my past and I highly recommend this one. :)

I have been coming to Memorial Park Dental for over three years and I have never been disappointed. The offices are warm and welcoming and the personnel is friendly and highly qualified. They accept appointments as late as 6 PM, which is very convenient for people who want to see the dentist without taking time off from work. I would definitely recommend Memorial Park Dental to anyone who is looking for a pleasant dentist experience.

I went to Memorial Park Dental yesterday for a routine cleaning and they went over and above! What an incredible team from Andrea, who did the initial cleaning to Michael, who took my x-rays and Dr. Thomas, who is absolutely delightful. From our fist experience some six years ago we enjoyed this Dentist quite a lot. However, the practice has gone downhill quite rapidly and we think that the owner has simply neglected it. A great turnover in the technicians. And an intense desire to push for additional services. We will not return.

I will never go to another dentist. Free massages and free whitening? What other dentist has that? The staff is amazing, and Dr. Thomas is the best dentist I have ever seen. They dont try to squeeze money out of you with treatments you dont need. The masseuse is great and when she isnt busy, will massage you while you get your dental treatment done. They also offer things like aromatherapy, blankets, noise-canceling headphones, etc while you get your dental treatment done. They always make sure you are 100% comfortable

Experience today was really good - staff is always nice and accommodating. James has been my technician the past two times and he is personally and has done a really good cleaning both times. Dr. Mary did a thorough exam and gave me advice on better cleaning to prevent cavities. Overall good experience - just need to crank the heater up a tad 😉

They explain any procedure step by step and are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have. Their office offers top of the line technology and latest industry practices. We picked this place because it was close to where we lived but we are glad we did. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The whole thing went very smoothly. It was cold out and they even gave me a blanket while I had my cleaning done :). Definitely recommend.

From the moment you walk in the door, you know you arent in any normal dental office. It is truly amazing. Their goal is to make sure you are 100% comfortable and they do just that. They offer anything from blankets to noise canceling earphones. And lets not forget the free massages! They did a great job with my teeth and oddly enough I cant wait to go back.

The practice is great and does a good job accommodating work schedules (open on Saturdays). The staff and dentists are friendly and explain options in a clear and complete manner. The office is very nice and they offer things like noise cancelling headphones to improve your experience while youre in for treatment.

I was very happy about my appointment. Dr. Abdou was very caring and listened to me carefully. Not to mention Sarah, her assistant was super nice and caring. I would recommend Memorial Dental Park, and remember to get your free spa ticket after your visit. Super cool!

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE I have had the pleasure of meeting at any of my appointments has been pleasant, respectful, kind, patient (when having a crown lengthening done, I was quite demanding) and most important of all friendly. Oh, and they didnt laugh at me when I needed Nitrous for having a tooth filled.I recommend them to anyone I know who needs a dentist.

Best Dentist office I have gone to. The staff is always nice and very friendly. I love the spa services that are included when you such as a hot towel to clean your face after a teeth cleaning or the pillows for comfort and nice blankets for when you get cold. Definitely recommend this place.

We have had a terrible experience with the dental work they completed. I do not recommend them.While you wait for your cleaning, the receptionist offers you a coupon if you post a five star review on Google. I am sure that this is the reason they are so highly rated here.

Overall great experience ever since I became a customer, four years ago. I have had to re-schedule many times and they have always been flexible about that. Staff have always been super nice and knowledgeable; you can also tell they care about what they are doing and who they are working for. Dr. Thomas is no different, and she will answer any question that you have. I always leave the place with a healthy and clean sensation.

The previous dentist that I had was alright, except for the hygienist, she was super rude and would always talk negative about my mouth and other patients mouth. Plus she would always poke my cheek. But here I had James who cleaned my teeth and he was amazing and super nice. Plus he did an amazing job cleaning my bottom permanent retainer. The staff is amazing and super kind. Absolutely love it!!
