I was so comfortable at Madison Dental! Doctor Boston is the best dentist I’ve had In all of my years(no exaggeration). He is so calm which makes you feel less nervous! He explains everything thoroughly and you know exactly what is needed! Great affordable prices and I didn’t feel pushed into getting certain things done like other overbearing dentist are just to get an extra check! I was also a walk in and the service was really fast! Great Customer service!

I absolutely love Madison Dental! The staff is always friendly and helpful. My son has been a patient here for over a year now and I never have any problems. They get us in and out and very kid friendly. They have 3 TVs and always have something good on. The best part about Madison Dental is that the whole family can come and they have appointments on Saturday!

If you’re looking for the hard time here it is. they are make you waiting whole hour for the phone call whole day in the waiting room whole month for the appointment.Ps the bloody color of the wall is not very good especially for this place.Make sure guys “kids first” and thanks for the snacks and gifts

My 3 sons have been seeing to Dr. Carlos Boston for years now and they absolutely love it. The rooms are clean and equipment are placed while you are being assigned to the room. Staff are friendly and try their best to see everything go smoothly.

I have taken both of my kids here and hadn’t had a problem till today when my daughter was getting her teeth cleaned. The lady there was too rough on her and kept shaking her head when she was doing her job. She continued to tell my daughter that she should do better next time because it wasn’t painful and she wasn’t holding still. Maybe she should work on adults only if she can’t handle kids or look for another type of job... so sad. I requested for her NOT to handle my kids next visit.

Great Customer Service, hardly any wait to get seen by the Dentist. DR. Boston is very patient with my 2 year old and educates patient and parents on how to improve the health of our teeth. Would recommend this Clinic to Friends and Family!

Brought our 7m in for first visit. Really nice. Dental and straight to it. Lil boy didnt fuss at all during exam. Very professional.Our son is now 17m and has been here 4 times. I wish I could give negative stars. Not only did they lose my daughter’s insurance information, we sat in this dental office for well over an hour with out so much as an apology. The staff is incompetent and callous. The dentist is amazing but his staff will be his downfall

The staff is amazing I am still unsure about the dentist. He hasn’t done any work on my mouth yet. I got a checkup and my son did as well all at the same time. We had an appointment at 4:00 arrived at 3:40 and was out by 5:00pm and that’s is great work In my opinion. I am all about valuing an individual’s time and they got my business in that aspect. My kid wasn’t completely terrified at the office and was great up until the moment they got into his mouth.

The Reception area is nice and clean, the nurses are sweet & Dr.Boston is very informative. All questions are answered accordingly & I really love it here for my babies

I really cant say enough good things about Dr. Boston and his staff.We took our 7 year old to him for a check-up and found he needed some fairly extensive work done. Dr. Boston took the time to thoroughly go over the details of what was needed, what our options were, expectations, etc.His staff took time to go over the billing with us working with what our insurance would cover, what our options were for the portion which wasnt covered or was part of our co-pay. They were very thorough, understanding, and helpful.Earlier today we went back for the planned procedures and again Dr. Boston made sure to take time to go over the plan and expectations for the work which would be done and the after care. Everything went very well.Our son just woke up from his long post-sedation nap and is complaining of no pain and is in great spirits.To add, our son is a Type 1 Diabetic and Dr. Boston worked with us to make sure our sons primary care physician and endocrinologist were both in the loop as to the planned work and consulted on a care plan and strategy to ensure the procedure and post care were successful and our son is taken care of.Above all though, Dr. Boston and his staff were all (as good as they were with us as parents) were at their best when dealing with our son making sure he was comfortable, understood what was going on, wasnt scared, and was well taken care of before, during, and after.We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Dr. Boston for any dental needs.

Very clean and very fast. I was in nd out got my oral surgery scheduled they were lots of help!!

I called and explained that I wanted cosmetic dentistry done on my two front teeth, as I have fillings in them and they were changing colors. I explained I was a cash patient and asked for price ranges and such so I could prepare for costs. I was very specific in my questions, because I’ve been calling places for a couple months and saving to have some work done, not expecting it to be cheap. When I went in they charged me for my visit, did my xrays, had the dentist come and tell me that they didn’t do cosmetic work, and referred me somewhere else. I paid $50 for literally nothing. They didn’t even do a cleaning. $50 isn’t unforgivable but when I’m saving specifically for this work it is frustrating and a waste of time to not tell me before hand or at least refund my money when you don’t do the one thing I came in for. I made myself very clear on that was all I wanted when scheduling my appointment.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to this dentist so everything could be different but....Dr Boston was my daughter’s dentist for a little while after we moved to Houston. She was born prematurely and has sensory sensitivity. I found Dr Boston looking for dentists with special needs experience. Our first visit was ok but our second and third were pretty bad.We got off the normal every 6 months schedule which is my fault (pregnancy/moving/new job) but when we went back my daughter needed new x-rays. The assistants were VERY rough w her trying to force the pictures, even threatened to sit on top of her. When my daughter got upset and started gagging, the dentist came in and I expected he would calm things as he had been compassionate at our first visit- he actually came in to stern-voice my daughter telling her she was behaving like a baby (7yo) and being upset wasn’t necessary. I’m not a “baby-ing” type of parent so I was already working on calming her down but the clearly frustrated assistant was being very unprofessional and unkind and I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the dentist either. He even sternly told me about the importance of staying on schedule but barely had anything to say about the results of the visit or X-rays (again I understand I got off the schedule but I don’t think 6 months is regular enough if you’re already afraid/anxious about it and no one thinks it’s important enough to provide a compassionate, positive experience). Side note: my daughter has seen a dentist since 1yo and always had good dental health so the attitude doesn’t accompany extra work for her beyond the time it took to take the X-rays.I brought her back once after that and again I don’t know if we just caught them on bad/busy days but the unprofessional attitude of the office did not work for us. He may be great for adult visits.We see a dentist now that both of my children love to the point that they look forward to seeing him and tell their friends they should see him too! Look up “my kids dentist”- all the offices have positive reviews!

My 2nd time coming here (today- 02/26/2019) with my son (hes 5). I didnt want to write a review the 1st time because I just wanted to make sure we didnt get the new patient customer service package.Today, one of the dental hygienist remembered my son from 6 months ago so that made me relax more. There were two dental hygienist who assist with cleaning my sons teeth this time (2nd visit). The male hygienist explained every tool to my 5 year old who looked nervous (even though I told him what was going to happen). He even made small talk about Transformers with my son while were waiting for the Dentist to look at his teeth. Dr. Boston inspected my sons teeth then came back and gave my son two toys (Im guessing because the hygienist said he did okay? Lol)After we got the green light that our visit was over, we walked to the front. The front office personnel were extremely nice and professional. They gave my son a bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a few little other toys/knick knacks with a balloon.Definitely a kid friendly establishment and a very short wait time. The staff are super professional and interact with children to make them comfortable Thanks Madison Dental and Dr. Boston!!
