Very kind and helpful! I thought the reviews were too good to be true, but really couldn’t have been a better experience. The staff was very straightforward with the work that needs to be done and the pricing. Also very will to work with our schedule to get everything done.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. As someone who usually hates going to the dentist, Serenity Dental has been the one place that can make me comfortable. Dentist also always gets back in a timely fashion if you call with any questions or concerns, and they are even open on the weekend! Very caring hygienist and assistants, dentist has great bedside manners. 5/5!

This dental office is unlike any other. They are extremely friendly & helpful. Their hospitality is unmatched. Every member of this office has been helpful, informative & kind to each member of my family no matter which one of us is in for a visit. They have put my husband and kids at ease, who for years have been terrified of going to the dentist. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

They didn’t make my husband or I feel bad because we haven’t been able to go to a dentist in 4-5 years. They were so kind. Also so gentle with the exam and cleaning. My husband fears the dentist, and he said it was THE best dental experience he’s ever been to and “coming from me who hates the dentist, that means something amazing” he said. We have finally found our family dentist!!!

The staff is super awesome about getting very extensive Exams, cleanings and information to the patient and what is important and what can wait and about how much it would cost out of pocket after insurance. I do personally think dentistry is very important but also very expensive and over priced. I think my familys only complaint with Serenity Dental would be They won’t do any procedures no matter how much pain the patient is in unless they get their money At the time you are seen. I wish they would offer to allow people to make payments so they can get what they are in need to get done and also they could be cheaper.

I went to get two wisdom teeth pulled and they did a really good job. I was super nervous before and they assured me that it was all alright which was really comforting to ask questions so i knew what they were going to do exactly.

I live very far from Serenity Dental but I was in a lot of pain and they were one of the few dental offices that was open on the weekend! The staff were very pleasant and kind. The doctor was very thorough and overall helpful. I was also able to watch tv to ease my mind off the excruciating pain I was in.

I would absolutely recommend this office for anything you need done. I had a root canal and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and comfortable. I did not feel a thing. I didnt catch my dental assistant name but she was amazing and friendly I appreciated her kindness . Been going to this place for years for their excellent service, but today was the worst teeth cleaning experience I’ve had. She was not careful at all and it was painful. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

This is the best dentist office Ive ever been to. I’ve been coming here for years with my older daughter and now I take all of my 3 kids. They are professional, kind, patient and fast. Love that is very clean and that they remember my kids, that makes me feel really comfortable and that my kids are really well taken care of. Love it and will continue to use their services.

This was my first time at Serenity Dental and it was a great experience! Everyone was extremely nice and very timely! I was seen by the dentist within 5 minutes of my appointment and throughout the visit I was never left alone for more than 2 to 3 minutes.

Today was my first day going to Serenity Dental and Janet gave me the best cleaning ever. Of course the entire team is wonderful and welcoming and the doctors are straight to the point not trying to get you to perform services that are not needed....I felt welcomed the minute I spoke with Michelle on the phone to make my appointment and she did not lie that I would feel right at home...my husband also had an appointment with me and they got us both in and out....I just recommend you giving them a try you will be happy....

We are very thrilled and overjoyed to finally found our new dentist office with Dr Chung and staff. Always nervous about going to any dentist but they made us feel comfortable. Both Jonathan and Janet who were the ones that cleaned our teeth were awesome. They have very soft hands didn’t feel a thing. They listen to our concerns and gave us our suggestions. Never did they push any dental work like other dentists we have done so. Would definitely recommend Serenity Dental to my family and friends.

Great place to get your dental needs taking care off, awesome staff and doctors. They really care about making sure your are informed about your teeth needs. Each visit they educate you on how to take care of them and if you neglect them for example like not flossing they will let you know. They dont rush when cleaning your teeth.

I have to say from start to finish this experience at Serenity was AMAZING! This is coming from someone who is severely afraid of going to the dentist and haven’t been since I was a kid ! Imagine my pain ! I couldn’t sleep or eat for five days and I worked on weekdays so I was going days with this pain until I found this piece of Heaven!! They were open on a SUNDAY and took me in 2 hours after I called them ! I thought it would just be an X-ray and a rundown of what I needed to get but they did that and more ! I had my procedure that very same day ! I needed a root canal and a tooth extraction! I was out of there in an hour! I freaked myself out for nothing ! They literally took care of me the whole way through! So glad I stumbled upon this place ! You have a permanent patient for sure ! Even my friends were so impressed that they made an appointment right after me ! Thank you guys !! ALL OF YOU!! Everyone I came in contact with! I kept procrastinating on getting any dental work done but I was seen VERY QUICKLY for a cleaning, wisdom tooth removal, and braces. All this work got done in approximately 2 months. Meanwhile a friend of mine was going through the exact process at a different dental place and it took them over a month to get her seen for any of this work. I recommended her to Serenity and we’re both enjoying their work including everyone who works there! Big bonus that this location is open on Sundays!

Monica and Dr.Cheng were so sweet, quick and efficient. They took really good care of my mom. It took them about 2 minutes to extract 2 of my moms teeth. They did it the most painless way. My moms swelling in her face started going down almost immediately. Will be coming back in the future for other necessary dental procedures.

Serenity Dental has the best staff and have the best balance of professionalism and personality to make every visit pleasant. I used to associate dentist visits with pain and boredom and negative experiencefrom other dental practices. But Serenity Dental has completely change my view with quick office visits, but being thorough while constantly checking with pain management if there was any. Two different TVs from ceiling to ceiling to keep me distracted during the long visits. Dr. Cheng is great with working quick and being very courteous but answering any questions that I may have and making recommendations for my future health. Again, Thank you Serenity!!

From appointments to follow-up insurance benefits to user-friendly documents needed prior to my parking lot check-in during this Covid-19 environment (which were completed via my cell phone).The Best part...Saturday AND Sunday appointments! I was in today, a Sunday, to begin a crown replacement...9 a.m. on a Sunday because our time is valuable!Amazing!

I really needed to have my tooth extracted from a past root canal that I never put a crown on. I contacted Serenity Dental to schedule an appointment since they could see me on a Sunday without missing work and since it was an emergency.The team there immediately got me scheduled with an appointment and I saw Dr. Chung who extracted my tooth and did a bone graft as well. Dr. Chung had a time getting my impacted tooth out, but he eventually did and took his time. I’m sure he got a full work out with my tooth lol. The Serenity Dental team took time to explain things and extra care with me.I wasn’t afraid being at the dentist and I’m glad that tooth is out. Much thanks to the Serenity Dental team

This facility is top notch. They do everything within their power to be as considerate to their patient as possible . The doctors are awesome and there techniques are fantastic.

I have been to many dentists over the years, but Serenity Dental is the best by far! The office is clean and welcoming, the team members are friendly and explain exactly what’s happening and what to expect. I had a fractured & severely infected tooth and the dentist was fantastic! He extracted the tooth and did a bone graft to support a future dental implant! Their office even calls the following day to see how you’re feeling and if you need anything! Best dental office ever!!

Amazing place. Doctor Cheng saw me for severe toothache and in 15 minutes I was out. He noticed two teeth were touching incorrectly he corrected the issue. No more pain! He has been 100% accurate on all my diagnosis with him. Amazing staff up front Mitchell is so nice!! I wish I would have got a free mouth guard lol. Maybe next time : D

They are a very kind and gentle group to work with. I can’t help but think that they would be great with children also. In this time in our country when things are turned so upside down by Covid they have worked with me financially to help me get a product that I am very happy with. I am now able and confident to open my mouth to a big beautiful smile which I have not done in sometime. This is a group that you do not want to ever hesitate going through. They are without a doubt the best Dentist I have worked with in my 62 years on this earth

I have been in the Houston area just a little over 2 years. Serenity Dental was the Dental Clinic I chose for the five children that I had custody of. The staff is amazing, pleasant and always welcoming every time that you see them. Dr. Chung and his wife I really people persons friendly, which makes it even better. Out of all the medical professionals offices that I have been to since I’ve been in Houston. Serenity Dental has been the best most amazing experience as far as professionalism that I have experienced. I would recommend anyone with children to give them a try. Went in for a root canal . They charged me 2k. Kept doing the crown impression wrong . Months later pain came back went to another dentist, to find out they left material inside my gums. I had chronic infection due to that. Do not recommend for root canals. Be carefull !

I used to go to Prava Dental in the Vintage before it was bought by Houston Smiles. They did a spectacular job and I loved it. After coming to Serenity, I am sad I didnt come here sooner. This place is absolutely wonderful. The staff are very friendly and extremely attentive to any discomfort. They have a host of movies available to you to watch during your appointment. They are available on the weekends. The office looks very well maintained and clean. They are efficient in every task they do. I love this place and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Vintage area that needs a dentist

Yesterday morning I woke up with extreme sensitivity in my teeth. I called my dentist.... who couldn’t see me until Tuesday of next week 5 days away while I was in pain. So I decided to call an emergency dental recommendation line they referred me to Serenity. I called and they had a 3 o clock appointment available. I let them know ahead of time that I had an important zoom call at 4. They said, don’t worry you can use our internet here and we will have you out by 4! I walked in at 3:05 (as a brand new patient) and I was out of there in time to do a zoom call in their lobby at 4 as promised. Now, I don’t know about you but I have sat at the dentist office waiting to be seen for an hour so to be in and out with xrays, dentist visit and the procedure all done in 55 minutes I was pretty impressed. Also, I wasn’t charged extra for an emergency visit or new patient visit. I paid for the work that was done and a regular dentist visit. Needless to say I will be switching dentist for my entire family to Serenity!! Thank you for your great service to your community.

My mouth In itself was a complicated issue because the roof of my mouth was extra thick. I had been turned down other dentist one that regularly advertises on the radio, They referred me to a specialist. Serenity dental gave me my smile back, There is no issue they cannot handle. I was very pleased with my first visit to Serenity Dental. Jonathan (hygienist) was very friendly, and explained everything he was doing. When discussing electric toothbrushes, he suggested a mid level brush from Amazon, rather than attempting to sell me a $200 model from the office. Dr. Chung was very pleasant and professional, and I appreciate that he offered conservative solutions to my issue (such as replace 1 crown), as opposed to the suggestion of $5k worth of implants my last dentist offered (which led me to avoid seeing any dentist for almost 2 years). I look forward to a great relationship with this office, and finally getting the treatment that I need.

I love this place! The atmosphere is great. Everyone is so nice and genuine. I was really afraid of injections, but Dr. Chung gives injections that dont hurt at all. In, fact, I barely feel them. He also does EXCELLENT work! I had some cosmetic work done and it looks great. I highly recommend Serenity Dental.

My experience was less than 1 but I did not have that option. I went for a cleaning and either the people do not know why cleaning means or the dentist I have been going to go over 20 years dont know what he was doing. They polished my the before the cleaning to make me feel like they were doing something I received A SHOWER when cleaning started. When I got home I flossed my teeth and they were not cleaned. These people do not know how to treat clients and I will not recommend them to anyone.

My visit today was for my 6 month cleaning along with my two teenage sons for the same thing. First off, the front desk receptionist was pleasant and they got us all in right away. Next the hygienist was probably the part of the experience. He gave me tips on how to keep from wearing down my teeth. He cleaned them with the tool but then came back and manually cleaned them as well. When I told him that I felt some rough spots he went to those areas in manually clean them until I was satisfied. Afterwards the doctor came in to give me the status / condition of my sons teeth and gave me some great steps I can take to help my sons avoid getting any more cavities. Excellent overall experience!
