I can’t believe how lucky I was to find this dental practice! I have lived in Cypress for more than 20 years and have had my teeth cleaned twice a year since then. My teeth have never been cleaned by anyone as dedicated as Linda at this practice! She was extremely focused and diligent! I have not had my teeth cleaned since the start of COVID. She educated me and took so much time to make sure that I was going to follow all of her instructions! Prices were reasonable and service excellent! Dr. Ly was also very informative and concerned! Highly recommend this practice! I already made my appointment for December to be cleaned again! Thank you to Dr. Ly, Linda, and the entire practice! Great job!

I highly recommend Copperfield Smiles! Great dentist and office staff. I just had my front four teeth done by Dr. Ly and love the job he did. He was patient with me and teeth came out better than I thought. I’m not going to lie I was hesitate at first because it’s my front teeth but glad I trusted him. I can smile with confidence too! Teeth cleaned today by the dental hygienist and was very pleased with my cleaning too. Teeth feel spoiled and clean! Thanks to all at Dr. Ly’s office!

Ive been going here since 2013. I believe theres been 3 or 4 different dentists here in the past 8 years. Thats not so bad, but the steady hygienist recently left and was replaced by another. My most recent experience was not a good one. I was being told long, personal stories as I was held captive with instruments in my mouth. The talking went on and on and on. The routine cleaning took about 10 minutes longer than cleanings Ive had in the past due to multiple pauses in the cleaning to elaborate details of the story being told. Without asking, they applied a flouride paste which was not covered by my insurance that I am now being billed for. Dr. Ly was fine, but the experience with the hygienist is enough to make me find a different dentist.

Dr. Ly and his staff are amazing! They go beyond the normal dental cleaning, with their recommendations and advise. I am very pleased with their services for my self and my daughters!

I was nervous at first but everyone there made me feel so welcome and calm I had a great experience and I got educated on the dos and donts of my health through my teeth

Great dentist one thing they should do ask you about flouride first its not covered by insurance .

Since the very first time I went to Copperfield Smiles Dr. Celeste and all of her staff made me feel at ease and so comfortable. From the moment you walk in Stephanie greets you with a warm smile. In the past I would never like to go to the dentist but ever since I have been a patient of Dr. Celeste I look forward to going to my dentist appointments. They are the cream of the crop. You wont regret it.

When moving to Houston it took awhile to find a good dentist. Dr. Mohr is excellent. The staff at Copperfield Smiles is always so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Well as comfortable as you could be at the dentist 🦷 lol 😂. I would recommend anyway to make Copperfield Smiles your primary dentist.

Ive been going to the Copperfield Smile Center since returning to Houston in the late 1980s. Dr. Allen and crew have been exceptional - always taking the time and care to ensure that everything fits perfectly. Procedures are painless - no need to be afraid of the dentist! I highly recommend signing on with the Center for any of your dental needs, and Ive recommended any number of friends whove searched for a great dentist.

Every single person at this dental office is super pleasant. So professional. From the lovely receptionist to the Drs, its an awesome experience. Im very picky about dentist and this place took all my worries away from the first visit. Ive recommended my family and they are just as satisfied with the service they receive. If i could give you 100 stars i would!!

Dr. Mohr and staff are great! I have a really small mouth and she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Mohr is very knowledgeable and is an artist. She explained everything to me and her new assistant. Her staff is really great and I love going here.

Ive been going to Dr. Allen for a little over a year now. Scheduling is easy and I never spend much time in the waiting room before my appointment. Dr. Allen is very friendly and only suggests necessary treatments. He is gentle and checks with you to make sure you are comfortable through cleanings and fillings.

Dr. Allen is great! Everyone in his office is super-nice they really help create an environment that makes their patients less apprehensive. The office is nice and clean, they even have TVs in the exam rooms so that you can avert your eyes from the different instruments going in your mouth during your appointment. Their office opens at 8am, which makes it very convenient for working people if you can get an appointment first thing in the morning which lessens the impact on your workday.

UPDATE - They waived the fee for me but I just got another bill in the mail for the same amount so stay tuned...They switched staff and dentist. Now they try and rip you off, fit you for mouthguards you never asked you for and hit you with $350 dollar bill when the insurance doesnt cover it.Its a shame, used to be greatOLDWent in for check up cold, no referrals. They did an awesome job! And they have fun drawings!

Dr Celeste Mohr is great, she’s very good about explaining everything going on. The staff is the best. I have been going to this office for over 15 years first with Dr Allen, now with Dr Mohr and they have gone out of their way to treat me and my wife really well.

Dr. Allen and his staff are the best! Ive always been a big chicken in the dentist chair...but now, its all good! You dont need to search around for a dentist, youve found the best!!
