I came here and received an wisdom teeth extraction recently and I’d come back to see Dr. Thuy Nguyen! The most favorable experience would be with her because she’s such so wonderful person and so kind and will give a warm welcoming! I was so nervous before my procedure and I literally was in tears, because my anxiety started to rise! She had comforted me and made sure that I would be in good hands with Ms. Sandra and another lady. My boyfriend and I loved our experience with her and I’d recommend her to my family and friends from now on. The staff there are able to speak quite a bit of languages and they were alright with us. Their service was good and if you need help while you are there, please inform them! They do get busy! Some of the rooms don’t have doors just openings, but you get your privacy. Been Coming Here For 6 or 7 years they treat you well currently on braces the orthodontist is great,very nice man :) ladies in the front are nice aswell.

I went to Unicare almost 3 years ago and started my process with braces. I didnt have dental insurance, however, they helped me. Every month I went there and they were professionals, took care of me, and were always worried about the process. Its doctors and dental assistants are the best. Also, its front desk workers. They have great prices for everything. They are bilingual and willing to help. I just finished my treatment and my teeth are perfect. They are totally different when I started. I want to thank you all of you because you helped me at that moment and saved my teeth and my mouth. Best dental center in all Houston. I wish the best for you. God bless all of you.

I went here cause my daughters come to this clinic my experience with a wisdom tooth was great I was sooooo scared cause never took out a tooth but it was the great experience little of pressure but not painful at all and it been 3 hours and I’m home of course resting and no pain and my girls love comeHere .

Been going there over a year on a monthly basis for my braces and checkups . I never had an issue with them. On the weekends I know its packed but thats why you should have an appointment.I always have an appointment so it goes smoothly. But even then remember its a Saturday of course is going to be a wait but never longer than 45 minutes. Dr .Reilly and his staff know what they are doing and I recommend people to them.

I have a grocery store and restaurant attached to the unicare dental center. We have common customers/clients. I will say this, I haven’t seen any unsatisfied customer/client that been to the dentist office and said anything negative. This means a lot. I myself been here multiple times for different reasons, and I am 100% satisfied and so was my father when he did his root canal here. The service is good, people are super friendly, the dentists are professional. I highly recommend this place. People in my community are all coming to this office and they are happy with the service and quality. If you do not have insurance, they are affordable.

Unicare dental was the best experience Ive ever had. Very nice, friendly and welcoming. Recommend to anyone looking for a great price and amazing service.

My boyfriend and I dont have dental insurance and Unicare was the best option for us! . We visited other dentist offices looking not only for good prices but quality work; but most of them were ridiculously expensive! and clearly we could see those other offices wanted to take more money by offering more than what we really needed. The doctors at Unicare did very nice dental work on both of us and the best thing was that they gave us payment options, so little by little weve been able to pay our dental work. We dont have good credit at all but they arranged a payment plan we could pay. I highly recommend them! the doctors and the staff in general are very nice and friendly!!!

I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FORYEARS YESTERDAY WAS A MESS I ALWAYS TAKE MY BABIES THEY HERE BUT NOT ANYMORE. THEY LIE THEY TOLD ME MY SON HAD 16 CAVITIES. AMD HE KEPT SAYING IT OUT LOUD POINTING HIS FINGER AT MY SON TELLING HIM AND YOU HAVE 16 CAVITIES LIKE WE DIDNT HER HIM THE FIRST TIME THE MAN ASSISTANT THATS AT THE FRONT AND DOES THE XRAYS HE WAS TOTALLY RUDE AS HELL AND JUST SIX MONTHS AGO MY SON ONLY HAD 3. NOW THEY TELLING ME MY DAUGHTER HAS SOME AS WELL HELL I DONT KNOW WHO BELIVE WHEN YOU THEY WERE JUST SEEN THERE THEY TELLING ME ONE THING AND LYING JUST WANTING MONEY I SIGNED IN ALSO TO HAVE A TEETH PULLED THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A APPOINTMENT I NEVER NEEDED APPOINTMENT WHEN I WENT THERE I ALWAYS WALK IN NO PROBLEM AND THEY ARE NEW STAFF EVERYTIME I GO SO I KNOW SOMETHING NOT RIGHT I LOVE THE LADY DENTIST SHE HAS PULLED MY TEETH BEFORE AND NEVER GAVE ME ANY PROBLEMS ITS THE OTHER STAFF WILL NOT BE RETURNING IM SAD CAUSE WE BEEN CLIENTS THERE FOR A LONGTIME BUT THE TIME HAD RAN OUT TO MESSY FOR MY TASTE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

Horrible patient care! Online & voice confirmation stated free X-rays & exams, but right before we walked out, they demanded $25. The doctor was extremely unprofessional & simply acted like she didn’t want us there. She answered our questions with very short & uninformative answers. The assistant used a lead vest for X-rays with a gigantic rip on the chest/shoulder, deeming it useless as protection. The doctor continuously sprayed the teeth with air although we had stated in the chief complaint that he had extreme sensitivity due to recession. The whole place was pretty trashy, they had a Christmas tree wrapped in a trash bag with junk just piled up. The doctor stated she could do needed extractions, but then left the room & had someone else give us a referral to an oral surgeon.

Today is the second time that I tried to go there I went on Friday and told me tha it will take two hours to verify the insurance because they want cash and on Sunday told me that they don’t take insurance on Sunday me having an emergency

They leave you an appointment at that time and it takes 2 more hours you have to be very patient, I do not recommend it

ONLY PATIENTS, VERY PATIENTS .... You have to wait a long time, they fill the agenda of patients without taking into account the time they last in each procedure and then they are delayed. They take a long time to attend !!

Excellent care really they are excellent professionals ... the very friendly treatment and immediately relieved my pain, I am very grateful to them for helping me and the prices that they gave me acceptable compared to other clinics that they have told me ... I recommend 100 %

I would not recommend this place to anyone ... much less to bring their children. My daughter had bruises on her cheek on the side where they put crowns, this was Dr. Kasamali. She gave my daughter a horrible treatment. I would never bring anyone from my family to this place again. If I could report this deal with pleasure and without thinking, I would 😡😡

I do not recommend this place to anyone, I had an orthodontic treatment for two years and the result was not the best the doctor in charge of this procedure is a remarkably incompetent person.
