The doctor did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Friendly and attentive to my doubts. They are a great team at Campus Smiles at UH!

This is the most comfortable dental I have in my life. Im afraid of seeing a dental. However, the dentists here have a great skills.

I had an abscessed tooth during Covid last year, and finally got to a dentist for an extraction. I was shaking and scared! They gave me a blanket, turned on the Roku and went to work on my mouth. The staff at Campus Smiles REALLY DO CARE. Office at UH campus is very nice, and I’m home, in no pain and very thankful to everyone there!!

My family and I have been coming to Campus Smiles for a little over a year. I only wish I would of found them sooner. The manager is super friendly and professional. Dr. Chan is very professional and explains everything to you. The assistants and hygienist are also very professional and friendly. Everybody in the office is AMAZING! I don’t see myself going anywhere where else.

Campus Smiles is awesome! They are timely, friendly, and affordable, but Michelle is the best part!! I have sensitive gums and used to hate going to the dentist, but Michelle manages to thoroughly clean while still being gentle -- she walks you through the process and lets you know what parts might be a little more painful b/c of plaque, etc., and I find that so helpful! Highly recommend!!

Everyone here is so professional and friendly and made me feel welcome, from the hygienists and assistants to the amazing office manager and especially the dentist. Clear explanation of procedures and options, as well as pretty awesome facilities and imaging tech. Went in for routine cleaning and some fillings, Dr. Chan is wonderful! Im recommending their services to everyone I know on campus.

I’ve never felt so comfortable and so happy with my dentist and their staff until I came here! They help you with everything and they genuinely want the best for you. My girl SJ at the office always looks out for me and helps me with my plans and they’re super on time with reminding me about appointments! Michelle takes her time with me and never rushes and is so thorough with her work! They take the time to talk to you and ask if you need anything. Now I love coming to the dentist! This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had, and I will stick with them forever!

I love this office, everyone is really friendly & knowledgeable but most importantly they are honest. It’s so hard to feel comfortable going to the dentist but since coming here that fear is gone. Dr. Chan answers all of my questions in detail and the office manager helps answer all of my insurance questions. I’m so happy I started coming here and super excited to start my invisalign treatment. The fact that the office is on campus is icing on the cake! Im telling everyone I know to come here!

Been a patient of campus smiles all of my college career! Love how conveniently located they are on campus and their affordable prices for students. I always have a great visit when I go to the office, especially since the staff are so friendly and always answer my questions.

CAMPUS SMILES is such a great dental clinic! I have severe anxiety in general, and then it gets worse when dental offices are involved. Everyone here is so kind and professional. They talked me through the whole process. $149 for exam, xrays, and cleaning for UH students. They also gave me a student discount on my three cavities. Dr. Chan was patient and understanding of my dental fears. His staff was great in helping relieve my anxiety. They took so much stress off of me and helped to get my teeth in good shape again. This is an awesome place to get your dental health under control!

I came here for a routine check up and they told me I need a root canal and 5 fillings. My previous dentist told me I need one filling. I get the root canal anyways and scheduled my appointment to get a crown. I get here and they’re running an hour and a half behind and I was only just informed that this is a temporary crown and I have to come back in two weeks for the permanent one. Well I had an appointment with my orthodontist the day after to get my scans for Invisalign which I can’t do because nobody told me this was a temporary crown. This completely messes up my schedule which is already packed. I will NEVER come back here and I highly recommend you don’t come here either. Find someone else and save yourself a headache.

Ive been coming here since I was a sophomore in college back in 2016 and its been the best experience everytime and not to mention the savings!! The staff is so welcoming and the service is awesome.

In April I went in for a sensitive tooth on my bottom left side. Dr said he didn’t see any cavities on the left side but my top left filling was worn out and I should replace it. I specifically asked about bottom left but he said there was nothing. But he said I had two cavities on my right side that I should get filled. Even got a lecture from the tech person about getting it treated early on. Got the upper left filling replaced. Fast forward 6 months and I’ve been dealing with extreme sensitivity on my LEFT side ever since, and too nervous to go back and ask about it/get charged an unnecessary visit fee. My right side is the only side I can chew comfortably with, where my supposed “cavities” are. I’m annoyed that I paid for the savings plan because now I don’t trust them to go back for additional services.

This was my first time at the office but it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, Jennifer greeted me promptly and with such professionalism! I was then taken back by Liria while waiting for the doctor and she was very thorough and helpful! Dr. Patel was prompt, professional, kind and approachable with all of questions or concerns! I was very happy with my service at Campus Smiles. Finally, Alicia, the manager, understood my situation and worked with me to find a solution that worked for us all. She was very kind and took a long time to find the best plan for me. I really appreciate everyone in the office for taking the time for my consultation. It was truly an easy experience for someone who usually dreads the dentist! I will be back in the future for sure!!

Great costumer service

This place has been my dentist for 3.5 years and I’m a huge fan!! Affordable prices, and great staff. Alicia is always incredibly friendly and helpful with scheduling and payments. Liria was an amazing dental assistant and answered every question I threw at her. Dr. Patel has been a wonderful dentist! He always asks about my schoolwork and remembers what I tell him, and he ensures I’m in as much comfort a possible during appointments. This is definitely a great dental option for students!

My Experience here so far is been outstanding , from the minute I called to the office to set the appointment ,to the whole consultation from the experienced staff. you leave there knowing that they were honest with you.I cannot be in better hands.

Honestly don’t go here all they did was try to sell me the Invisalign they would never answer my questions about the root canal I needed which I went to see another dr and he specifically told don’t buy the Invisalign before getting a root canal bc the wisdom teeth are the ones pushing ur other teeth which is what Invisalign fixes so yea don’t spend ur money here go somewhere els

Due to the staffs friendliness and care, I really did not mind the frequent visits I went to due to Invisalign. They made me feel right at home and treated me as one of their own, granted I was there often for more than two years! Love the staff and would highly recommend UH faculty, staff and students to Campus Smiles. Cheaper prices, great quality, and friendly staff.

Dr. Patel and his staff made getting dental work done so easy. They take lunch from 1-2 so it is easy to go in during lunch hours and you dont have to schedule a cleaning months in advance. Dr. Patel explained everything and showed me all the options as well as pros and cons of each one. I would recommend them to anyone!

Finally get to know the office in the campus, and I love my experience! I was surprise for how affordable the prices where. The doctor did a great job with my fillings, and the one extraction I did. I’ll comeBack for my cleaning in 6 more months.

Worst experience ever.I went there for just a sensitive tooth, but they said most of my other fillings were worn out. They ended up doing five fillings just for my teeth of right-side. Well, I would say thats fine if all the fillings would work.Unfortunately, those fillings are not working well. One of the fillings on my front tooth now is cracked and I can tell someday it will fall off. The other one on my last right top second last tooth is the worst. That tooth keeps being very sensitive for almost a month.I asked for the X-rays before and after the fillings. I can tell from the X-rays that they drilled too much and I dont know why they need to drill that much. The composite filling is very very close to the nerve. Now I can not eat or drink cold with my right-side mouth. The annoying thing is that I dont know how long this tooth would bother me. Two month? One year? What I can do is nothing but wait. They said I would ended up with a root canal for that tooth if it bothers me too much. This is absurd.

Dr. Patel is a very knowledgable dentist with an outstanding staff. He and his staff helped me through the invisalign process with a quick scan that took only minutes. Getting an appointment was also no issue. They worked me into their schedule immediately. I would strongly recommend students, faculty, UH staff, and the general public to see Dr. Patel. They accept everybody! On the whole, my experience at Campus Smiles was excellent! 5 stars!!!

Undoubtedly one of the best dental offices in the area! I came here needing my wisdom teeth out and Ryan Allen and his staff ensured that I was taken care of promptly! I was in one day, and immediately treated three days later without having to jump through hoops like ive had to do in the past with other dental offices. They scheduled their wonderful Dr as soon as she could. My procedure was quick and Dr Goodson has followed up just to see how im doing! Thats A+ service! Highly recommend them!!!!
