3 years ago, I bought Cool-sculpting package for several treatments with a discounted price and I paid in full for whole package. I was only able to use my purchase a couple of times before I got phone call from the owner stating that I could not use remaining treatments because they had made some sort of error with the discount package. I just want everybody know my experience.

I’ve been going to these ladies for a variety of services now and have always received the best service and outcome. The staff is very knowledgeable in their field (WAY MORE than most I’ve been to) and go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your outcome. I recommend to everyone I know looking for services!

I was nervous to do laser hair removal but the staff at Advanced Laser Solutions were so helpful and kind. They were able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. The results are amazing, I have gone back to get more done. Very happy with the service and outcomes that I have received at Advanced laser solutions.

Went in for a cool sculpting consult. I was 15 minutes early and Brooke still helped me. She was so nice and educated me on everything I wanted to know. I asked her for a 2 day time period to make a decision about the treatments and she said yes without hesitation. Because of her great attitude I am most def. going to get it done! Im excited to see what the results look like.As far as the office, its beautiful. Very calming and it smells so good!! It was also very clean. Im glad I found this place.

This place was really disappointing. I paid for a laser hair removal package and for months came for appointments as they burned my skin with no hair loss. On my last visit, someone finally told me to go to another med spa instead because their laser wasnt going to work on me. I would give them 1 star but the advice she gave me was great and I saw quick lasting results with them. Shame on this place for taking my money for a service they couldnt actually do properly.

Ive been working on a burn scar on my face with Advanced Laser Solutions since past 6 months, and Im getting great results. People here are quite friendly, and helpful. Pricing is pretty much fair, dont hesitate to ask for a quote. Would definitely recommend.

The location is very clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and professional. I bought a Groupon for six session of laser hair removal, and they always treated me like a valued client. The process was very comfortable and straight forward, and the technician always let me know when she would get to areas that may be uncomfortable. I appreciated her giving me warnings and letting me take small breaks if it got too painful, which was rarely. They were also very helpful in scheduling my sessions around my schedule, and the reminders they sent via email or text were awesome. I love my results and hope to take advantage of future services like cool sculpting in the future.

I have been going to the new memorial location. I have received fraxel laser treatments and laser hair removal. I can easily say I am very impressed with the results but Im even more impressed with their work ethics. The ladies who work at the memorial are so friendly and knowable. I absolutely love going there, they answer all my my questions and make me feel very comfortable with every procedure. A+.

As much as I like the service, they never call when they close their locations, and that happened twice! Now I’ve been trying to reach them to make an appointment TWO weeks but nobody answers, replies to emails or calls back. And I still have 5 treatments left in my package I’ve bought from them.

Ive been getting laser hair removal treatments done for a couple months now and Im loving my results so far!!! Mary is the greatest and its always great to see her when i go in!

Very bad experience. Spent $360 and ended up with wierd eyebrow shapes due to inexperienced Botox injection!!! Now I need go somewhere else to fix it!!! Have been to the place several times and every time something unexpected happened. The male nurse never pays attention to what I want to look like. He just did whatever he thinks is good. Did Botox several times, every time they make my eyebrow shape look wierd even I emphasized I don’t want them to change my eyebrow shape. The male nurse did it anyway. I came back asking him to fix it and he did something quickly which didn’t change anything. This has happened twice. He is very impatient and never listens. The last time filler injection was a nightmare as well. I asked him to fix my laughing line and he ended up injected my upper lips.He doesn’t listen. He doesn’t care to listen. I am done with this facility and their sugar land location. If you want to go to somewhere people care about how you look after injection, this is not the place.

Ok, decided to discuss my procedures first. I have had a great experience with the photofacial service (I was treated on my face, chest, arms, and legs to remove brown spots). I saw results, immedietly. I then followed with the cool sculpting to remove fat/tighten my upper arms, inner thighs, back fat below bra area, and large stomach area. After one month, I have begun to notice a difference in all areas. Finally, I tried the laser hair removal and was surprised how quick and painless it was. Advanced Laser Solutions was recommended by a friend that I could clearly see great results on her. I enjoy the visits due to the friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable staff. They are very attentive and explain in detail any questions. I feel I always get undivided attention. The store is clean, fresh smelling, and comfortable.I completely recommend this excellent establishment! Make sure you meet Chad, the owner.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Find a better MedSpa!I purchased a package from Advanced Laser Solutions 2 years ago - No Groupon or discount for $2000+. I bought a package for both Fraxel Laser and Microneedling. Over the course of 2 years Ive been inconvenienced (driven up there multiple times to have my appointment cancelled), been burned by a technician (who the receptionist later confessed was fired due to her drug use), and cancelled on by them multiple times. My chart was so messed up that I have been there multiple times trying to figure out how many packages I had left. I finally sat down with the receptionist and technician last year and they figured out how many packages I should have remaining (some were given because I wasnt fully treated with both treatments that I paid for, some because of the horrible amount of times Ive been inconvenienced) and thought the nightmare was finally over.I went back for what I figured should have been my second or third to last treatment last Tuesday, November 7 and I was told when I arrived that I am out of treatments. Then this new tech, who has only been here since March so she is completely unaware of the craziness that Ive gone through, proceeds to tell me that they will not be honoring any treatments that I have remaining because those people did not have the authority to fix the problem. I was assured I would receive a call from the owner and until today Sunday, November 12 I still have not heard back at all from them.This business is constantly changing staff and technicians, is unorganized and are down right thieves! They basically took my money without providing the service I paid for. If I were you, Id find somewhere that wont burn you and steal your money! Just a warning for others.

Good ok price. Better than Sona Medspas like the one in sugarland, they cant be trusted, make sure you have everything in writing or recorded before signing or starting any treatments or they will screw you over...get copies as well.

Good Experience. Took my cousin there for some botox treatments and she loved the place.

Never go to this place! 30 days after the first application of botox, the effects on one side of my forehead had faded! I went back and the esthetician said that it vary from person to person and she injected more and said it should last btw 2-4 months. After 2 days I noticed a bump in the area where she injected the botox and again after the first 30 days the effect disappeared again, I went back to see what had happened and she blamed it on my forehead muscles, she said you are welcome to go back where you use to go before, I dont know what to tell you blah blah. Comes to realize this place and many others inject Botox and Dysport at their discretion so beware. From this experience my advice is to find out who is applying the product because bad results are made from people.I also, called like 3 times to bring this to the attention of a manager/owner who never called me back. That should tell you the type of care they have for their customers.

Got their services thru Living Social for laser hair removal and got an awesome deal, I did not actually receive the service it was actually for my daughter, The ladies there were very friendly and professional, made my daughter feel at ease. Would totally recommend them.

Im a current client of the Richmond location - and I have NEVER experienced BETTER customer service than I have here. This is a real review. From a real client. I live in Pearland - managed an asset off of Weslayan - and landed in their office one day. And I will not venture out to another establishment that performs some or a lot of the same services that others do. (And Ive been to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeons office ..and I have one or two horror stories.) The services they provide are comparable to so many others - but their knowledge and customer service is simply....Treat others how you want to be treated...regardless of the situation and theres a skill set that is unparalleled from others (trust me, I know). Forgive me if I spell names incorrectly - but Chad, Mallory, Jan & Justine (not in any specific order) are irreplaceable. They care. They are 100%. And, years later...theyre consistent. Consistent. This is not a paid advertisement for services... But from someone in the multi-family industry who knows the value of a real review. I will always take the time to compliment vs. complain. Ive been going to see Malori for over a year now at the richmond location. She has been amazing treating some stretch marks I had from two pregnancies!! She recommended both the Fraxel treatment and the IPL laser to remove the color out of the scars. After a year of treatments, lots of encouragement and advice I can now say the scars are barely visible!!! This place was beyond my expectations including the friendliness of the staff and the owner Chad are all super nice. I have received Fraxel as well as photofacial laser therapy at both locations with grat results and highly recommend the staff and these procedures.

So far, Ive only used the infra red saunas, but everything is immaculate and staff are very friendly and informative. I look forward to trying other services here.
