Planned a birthday party for a client and her best friend. Booked mani/pedi, facial and massage. Client and friend arrived at 10:00am they were informed that it would take 4 hours for the mani/pedi. They overflowed the foot tub, heated the tub water with a coffee carafe. My client informed them that they needed to be done by 3:15pm because they had other plans and the staff said that was not possible. Client had to skip services so they could make it to their next venue, and the staff said well you still have to pay for those unused services. The staff was very unapologetic and borderline rude. Client said she was going down to get a coffee and the nail tech pulled out her debit card and asked to be brought back something.Never ever would I recommend this place!

Marta was my masseuse and she is phenomenal. She truly knows what she is doing. She listens to your needs, and releases tension wherever you have it. I suffer sciatica and she nailed it. It was also very relaxing. I melted into the table. I recommend her for everyone! The spa itself is also very nice. I was greeted warmly and led promptly to the locker rooms where I had my own locker with robe and slippers. Steam room was relaxing and the bathrooms are stocked with hair products so you can shower and get ready afterwards. There is a nice lounge area where they bring you complimentary mimosas. I will definitely be back!!

The massage was great but the amenities completely lacking for the price you pay. If you are looking for a relaxing spa day unfortunately this is not the place to go. You only get access to the lockers for 15 min after your service instead of all day like most spas. There is only a steam room and no scent to the room or scented towels and no sauna. There is no spa pool or hot tub only access to the rowdy hotel pool on the same floor that is basically a nonstop party catering to the day pass people.

Highly recommend. Very clean and professional. You get you entire time in massage not like massage heights were you pay for an hour and get 45 minutes. You will be impressed with this place!!

Relaxing experience and atmosphere. We treated ourselves to a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary. They were so helpful and kind, helping answer our silly questions, being our very first massage ever. They treated us to champagne in the waiting room, and the facilities were clean and soothing. The sauna was closed for Covid, but the womans locker rooms was nice and clean - locker was full of things just for my stay - water, towel, shoes, soap, robe and a snack. My husband said he didnt get any of that though. So, not sure what happened to the mens side, but overall, we enjoyed our experience.

If I pay 180 + gratuity of 45 I do not want to be shorted in the time unpaid extra for enhancements. Had I known that was going to take away from my time as well I would not of gotten the enhancements. Asked for focus on neck because of enhancements this was last service and was the shortest. Too many high end spas in Houston to be shorted in time at his price point,

Came here for a couples massage today. Amazing massage, clean space and very conscious of covid-19. Rachel at the front desk is an absolute asset to this location!! Thank you so much. As an added perk, booking a spa service gets you pool access

My friend had scheduled this massage 3 weeks in advance. She confirmed our appointment and massages the day before. When we arrived my friend was greeted by a male therapist. She previously asked for two female therapist. They stated there was no preference on the reservation. There absolutely was and seems that this would be something that you would want to confirm for the comfort of the guest. I switched with my friend as it wasn’t as much of a issue for me. However, they did not have me down for the massage I asked for. And turns out, plot twist, that the therapist that I originally had was the only person that could do the particular massage that I desired. So I declined the massage. It does not seem like this establishment has it together. I would expect more professionalism for the prices they charge. The only reason I gave a 2 is because the therapist were nice...🤷🏾‍♀️

WOULD GIVE -100 STARS IF POSSIBLE due to the most unprofessional and insanely rude staff I have ever encountered. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. Total criminals who do not value customer service and will take advantage of your money the first chance they get. Also, a mediocre massage at best. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!

I am sitting in the relaxation room after my massage. If you are expecting an impressive spa experience, then Massage Envy would be a far better choice than this. I paid for a 50 minute massage for both my wife and I, but it lasted less than 40. The massage was horribly underwhelming. I can now understand why they automatically charge gratuity. For this price, ZaZa or The Houstonian are far better options for quality, service, and experience.

I was staying at the Hilton across the street. Wanted to get my nails done at the spa in the Hilton, but the manicurist wasnt available so they made me an appointment at the Marriott Pure spa for a shellac manicure. It was $65 was suppose to be an hour manicure took 25 minutes at the most. She was suppose to soak my hands and give me an arm massage. That didnt happen. If i could give 0 stars I would but i cant without writing a review. My nails are already peeling off its the same day. Got them done at 4:30 Its 11 at night. Shellac is suppose to last at least a week.

Absolutely horrible experience with the staff and services! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are crooks just trying to steal your money. There are many other spas in Houston that are much more accommodating with better services. Will never be returning here.
