Horrible bank..I opened an account online.. transferred $26,500Never even used the account.Within 30 days they froze my account and didnt even offer an explanation..Horrible service.. horrible processes.

Dont waste your time to go there, this office address is closed, their new address is on Mars, but you must first obtain a permit to visit their new branch from NASA and the White House. Do not tell anyone their address is very confidential.

Not worth the time & effort; they claim to offer a secured credit card; but will not approve unless you have stellar credit.... very disappointed in having wasted the time & the effort in applying. Additionally the online banking platform is slow and customer service is slow; my recommendation would be for you to seek your banking services locally and avoid the hassle in dealing with this institution.

I didnt really have a chance to deal with bank, cuz the loan for the truck i had was under my fathers credit RIP May 19 2020 of cancer. I couldnt, oh how i tried, to put it under my name. My dad put it under his name in the 1st place due to my credit. Anyways, i let the bank know of his passing. They tried so hard to work with ME. Most of all the above lady. Ty again from my heart. Worst experience, EVER!I worked with Mona Shah for Mortgage Loan. She is such a procrastinator. No matter how early you submit all your information/documents, she does not look at it until the deadline and of course, she fails to meet the deadline. She does not listen to her clients and only speaks her own words over and over.

After a conditional approval online? they wanted a copy of my drivers license, paycheck stubs, a utility bill, verification of employment letter, a rental agreement and two years of back taxes. Since my job did not provide check stubs (1099) and since I had moved recently this was extremely impossible. If I had read the google reviews first I would have not applied for a First Tec credit card. They even compared me to people who work for UBER....Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my perfect credit score :(

I have banked with first tech since 2007 and I absolutely love this bank and the associates that work there. It is definitely not a regular banking experience.

If you have a SunCoast Credit Union account from Florida, you are able to use their ATM for the depositing and withdrawing of money without penalty! Absolutely wonderful!
