I am so happy with the honest, reliable service I have received here. The staff in the front is professional, fast, and sweet. They always call to confirm my appointment and Have been very accommodating. I love the dentist because she was so honest whereas I have gone to other dentists and you can tell they are all sales driven. Dr Nina addressed the concerns I had and I could tell was honest about what needed to be done. I felt so comfortable there and felt as though I have known her forever. The dental assistants were even so sweet and made me feel comfortable. Love the staff and care I received! Finally a dentist I don’t fear!

What a great experience. Very professional and affordable. Everyone is so professional. They explain everything before we begin. They gave me all my options and let me decide which way was best for me. They also explained the consequences of not getting things done and which order was best. I love it. I took my son to get a root canal on his first visit. They was great., like always.

Great service beginning to end. Calling to make the appointment was really easy and the office took all the safety precautions for covid. The waiting room wasnt full and chairs were far from each other. I still had concerns so they placed me in a private room to make me feel safer. The Dr. was great and took care of my problem. My dental assistant Nicole was nice. Sherry the manager was also great and knowledgeable about my insurance. Overall great experience.

The staff is all very professional and friendly, and you can really tell that they care about you and want the best for you when they are providing their treatment. Dr. Nina especially has made every visit so comfortable and assuring, and it feels like I’ve known her my whole life! The dentist isn’t scary when you come here!!

I recently was having concerns about getting my teeth done. I have been coming to this dentist since I was a child; however; I was unsure whether to go overseas or stay in the US due to pricing differences. After coming here to initially get my teeth cleaned, as well as a consultation, I was convinced to go ahead and get my procedures done here instead. The staff and dentists were understanding and helped me throughout the entire process! Not only did they arrange everything, they reassured me of the entire way through. Dr. Bhatti mentioned that I had a warranty on the procedures and that her work is quality guaranteed; she and the other dentist have years of experience and do great work for their clients. I highly recommend anyone considering getting dental work done to come here!

I’d have gone for a zero star if I could, and here are the reasons:1. The annual comprehensive exam is not comprehensive whatsoever. The doctor misses some necessary steps required such as checking every single tooth and checking your mouth for potential cancer. If you ever had a good dentist, you know what a comprehensive exam looks like and what steps they take.2. Besides, Dr. Naraghi did not provide a quality cleaning for me, and I could see coffee stains on the back of my teeth when I got home after the procedures. I went back to their office to have the stains removed but instead of making up for their mistake, the front desk used my second free annual cleaning to clean my teeth.3. The front desk lady, Shervin, is both careless and unprofessional. She charges your insurance for the services they dont provide. The problem is the insurance pays for certain things only once a year and when the dental office charges insurance for the things they have not done, you have to pay for those services yourself when you need it.4. Both my husband and I had terrible experiences with this office, which was used to use the Pars Dental brand. We were new in Houston and thats why we went to this place. Now, we’ve found a much better dentist with a professional staff.

My wife and I have been going to the Houston location for years. I love the convenient location and their great administrative staff. We have felt safe going there during the pandemic. It’s clean, not crowded,CDC guidelines are followed, and wait time has always been under 10 minutes in the waiting room. Most importantly Dr Naraghi & Dr Bhakti are both very, knowledgeable, throughly discuss treatment plan, and skilled. Never have to go back for follow ups because dental work was not done right, unlike some of our past experiences elsewhere.

Lovely experience. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Bhatti was professional and thorough which made the whole experience much more comforting by talking through what’s wrong, what needs to be fixed, and how to go about our treatment plan.

I was so afraid for my tooth extraction as I had horrible experience before from my previous dentist . But at Prestige Periodontal I met with Doctor Jared Williams and her Assistant I dont know her name but she was super nice . Both of them did great care of me . Strongly recommended 👌.Thank you Doctor and staff .

TLDR: unreliable, poor communication, unprofessional. Definitely recommend going somewhere else unless you have unlimited time and resources on your hands for repeated schedule changes and to figure everything out for yourselfFirst surgery was May 2018. It went great and the office was great also.Had consultation with Dr. Fisher in March. My gum graft surgery was scheduled then postponed due to COVID-19. Once businesses began opening up, I called to see if my surgery could be scheduled. They claimed they called me and had a surgery scheduled that week, which was not true.Finally my surgery was scheduled for May 27. I called the week prior and again the day before my surgery to confirm the details and make sure I was taking the right steps beforehand. When I called the day before my surgery I was told everything was ready to go.I showed up the morning of my surgery and asked if it was possible to get my teeth cleaned before surgery. After sitting in the dentist chair for 30 minutes, I overheard a doctor saying he was not aware of any surgeries. He then told me he did not want to perform my surgery because he was not a gum specialist. No other doctor was around or able to be contacted and there was no explanation or apology as to why the doctor didn’t show up.I have called repeatedly (mostly to get hung up on or have my calls ignored) to follow up on my surgery. The office staff is completely uncommunicative and does not seem to care at all that I have been prepping for a surgery that didn’t happen. It is now rescheduled three weeks after it was supposed to happen originally. This has been an incredibly frustrating.Imagine showing up to the doctors office expecting to have surgery then the surgeon is nowhere to be found with no explanation. Then you are repeatedly having to follow up with no help from the office. This experience has been crazy and very unprofessional in all aspects.

Dr Khalid is a very conscientious dentist. He takes his time to make sure your teeth are in the best of health and recommends remedies if they are not. If he decides a procedure is beneficial for you, he will explain it in detail and leaves the decision up to you. He listens to your concerns and his answersare easily understood. I would recommend his service to anyone that is concerned about good dental care.

Last month I had a LANAP procedure performed on all four quadrants of my mouth. It was flawlessly performed without any issues by Dr. Khalid. I was explained and prepared for the procedure ahead of time with all the details. I feel I made a good decision for the procedure to be performed by Dr. Khalid. The staff throughout were very polite, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. The post operative care has been very satisfactory and Dr. Khalid has been very kind. I feel good about the health of my teeth.

I have been researching about getting dental implants over the past couple of years and saving up for it. I went to see Dr. Beck and I must say he and his staff is amazing. He answered all my questions and concerns made me feel comfortable. Showed me and walked me through what was going to happen.I went on to other consultations and didnt feel the connection I felt with Dr. Beck.I had my procedure on September 25, 2018. I cant stop smiling. The procedure was not that bad. If I felt pain he would administer more pain meds. He was very patient with me because the medication made me use the restroom a lot. Dr. Khalid extracted two baby teeth, did bone graphing, and then 2 implants for me. I must say, he is a great addition to Houston. I came in and had an informative consultation with Dr. Beck. He was very prompt, polite, and patient... and he answered all my questions with very detailed answers. On the day of the procedure, there was no waiting...I went right in, was prepped, and soon after, the procedure started. The anesthesia that I was under was WONDERFUL!! I DIDNT FEEL A THING!!! Seriously, someone could have had a hammer to my mouth and I wouldnt have been able to feel a thing!! After a lot of consults , I choose to go with them , The Doctor was very gentle and I felt nothing , very long day but getting 30 teeth pulled 8 implants and new teeth placed, takes a few hours . But all I can say is if I had to this again I would . I wish everyone could see this smile !

Six years ago my dentist told me that periodontal disease and the resulting bone loss around my teeth was so severe that I would need to have five teeth extracted, two of which had to be done immediately. However, he said there might be a chance to save some, (or at least keep them awhile longer) if I went to see periodontist Dr. James Jeffries, DDS. Under the care of Dr. Jeffries, and after laser surgery, six years later I still have all of my teeth. Though I may eventually lose some because of irreplaceable bone loss - the fact remains that right now I still have all the teeth I was born with and will keep them all for the foreseeable future. Thank you James Jeffries for saving my teeth for the last six years and lets keep up the good work!

Fraudster, Rip-Off, Liar and Incompetent - stay away.Dr. Khalid hired a convict named Nancy as his dental office manager. He claims that she stole his patient payments. So he charged his patients to recover the stolen money. His employee Anna and partner Dr. Beck are fully aware of and complicit in this SCAM. His office collected my payment check for almost $8,000 for 5 implants and cashed it. Implant procedure was canceled. However, a month later he charged my credit card again without my authorization and without the implants. He promised to refund but never did. Dr. Khalid is a thief. He stole money from my credit card account by posting phony charges for the implants that he never installed. He is a fraudster and a crook. Stay away from this place. He STOLE MY MONEY - the same crime he charged his employee with.

Dr. Khalid was very kind. He made me feel very comfortable when he performed the laser procedure. He answered all of my questions. His assistant helped eased my anxiety as well.

I was a new patient to Tareq Beck, I set up an appointment because I was having swelling in my gums and tooth pain. Im currently 26 weeks pregnant and they stated they would take me in. Everything went pretty well got in and Dr. Beck stated I had gingivitis due to the pregnancy which is fairly common, but was only bacterial. He stated that I would need a deep cleaning done with the laser. At checkout they explained they would run it through my insurance which they did and stated that I had to pay my portion up front. I asked if there were any other options for treatment due to the pricing and she stated that no there was no other option for me. I told her my financial situation would make it hard for me to schedule it right away and she continued to be pushy. I went home later worrying about how to pay it and the next day called a dentist my mother had gone to before and asked them about the procedure. The assistant flat out told me that usually dentist will use that procedure to get more money out of you and that its commonly used for patients with gum disease. Long story short even after reading across the web, turns out it is NOT necessary. Just a warning to anybody going in to do your research not saying hes not good but becareful not to get ripped off... they obviously didnt care about my financial situation especially knowing Im pregnant and lied saying that was my only option 😒😒not returning back to them again!

Dr. Khalid performed a LANAP procedure on all four quadrants of my mouth at the same time. While I had neglected these issues with my teeth/gums for awhile, Dr. Khalid worked to give me a better understanding as to why I was having issues with mouth and that they are not always your fault. Sometimes genetics just takes over. He walked me through the entire process from pre-op to post op, provided his cell phone number after the procedure should I need medical treatment, and most of all took his time to make sure I understand everything that was going to occur. 4 months post op I am doing fantastic, my mouth feels healthier then it has in years and I appreciate all the work Dr. Khalid took to make me feel healthy again.

My anxiety was very high, I had some extensive work done, and everyone made me feel very comfortable.I have a very low tolerance for pain (and anxiety) and Dr. Tareq Beck made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I had the LANAP gum procedure done by Dr. Khalid, and he was great. If you need to have this procedure I absolutely recommend him. Dr. Khalid and his staff are the best.

The one star is because I needed the procedure but would I choose this place again for anything else...never. I arrived for a free consult (that was suppose to take 20-30 mins) only to have to wait for over an hour for my results, dental procedure options and price list. After hearing the prices and seeing the list I decided to go home and think about it only to be pulled to the side and hustled into taking a lower costing procedure and scheduling it in four days (I’m sure they didn’t want to lose the time nor money for the “free” consult). I was also told to complete an awesome review on my first visit ( now you know where the 4/5 stars come from - the initial consult). Before I left the office, the receptionist insisted on running my care credit for me even after I said I could do it myself and the price list was taken from me (I guess so I couldn’t compare prices). I was quoted a price for the procedure, twice I was told by the male receptionist that it was a $1000 procedure. The day of the procedure I was asked to sign a consent form by the female receptionist (that I did not get to read) but it could only be signed electronically then it could be printed out (flags but yet I proceeded). Everything is ok about the surgery besides it starting late (but to be expected from the first appt.). Afterwards I was rushed out the room, then given my consent forms and asked to make another appointment. I was in a lot of pain so the male receptionist said he would follow up in a week to check on my care and make the appointment. I leave only to come back a few minutes later, realizing they never gave me my prescriptions to which I had to wait another 20 minutes (in pain) for them to give them to me (so they had my price list ready but not my prescriptions, you can guess what’s important at this office). I get home and look at the paperwork in the folder to realize they charged me $1400 for the procedure and when I called twice I couldn’t get in touch with anyone so I said I would wait until the receptionist called in a week...Long story short, I never received a follow-up call nor a follow-up appointment. Two weeks later I’m out $1400 and I’m looking for a better dentist and dental office because this one is not it. They operate like slimy car salesman hiding behind a nice area and business name. Avoid at all cost, if you do go get everything in writing first because they are unprofessional.Update: I originally removed this review as I was contacted several times behind the price discrepancy to which it was cleared only to put it back plus this update after being threatened with legal action and harassed several times for writing the review by the receptionist. I have screen shots and several messages plus calls where I was told that I would be sued if I didn’t change my review because it was fraud. Do yourself a favor and keep all records, all writings/forms because as I said before they operate unprofessionally and clearly unethically. FYI: My review is protected by the first amendment and future patients need to know how this office operates.

This Place is amazing , they took out all my super bad teeth and place Implants in one days and now I have a full set of teeth again , my whole life, I have always had teeth problems . I remember grown up every made fun of me in school so I never really brushes like i should have , and just kinda gave up . They really know what they are doing with this all on four thing . Only thing is now my face hurts from smiling so much.

I had the lanap procedure with Dr. Khalid in April 2015, and my results were just wonderful ! I was very afraid of the pain I might endure with the procedure, but it was very tolerable and I recovered very quickly. Him and his whole staff were very caring and professional. I would recommend him to anyone with severe gum problems. Unfortunately, when I was preparing for the implant part of my plan. I was laid off and lost my dental insurance. BEWARE THIS DENTAL GROUP!Dr.Khalid did good work years ago, but since he opened up in Baytown as well, his office and care are awful.He cannot keep good staff. They do not answer phones or email. In 2017-18 they promised certain rates, then billed and threatened outrageous fees.In April of 2019 i developed pain and made an appoinment for a cleaning, x-rays and to see a specialist.The day of the appointment the office called to move my appoiment earlier. I had to cancel a physical therapy session so i could see the specialist. After my xray and cleaning, Sorry no specialist today what!A week later i am told my blood pressure is very high. after waiting over an hour, i walked out.I finally go back to see Dr.K. himself. He seems to not be in alot. Was off most of June. Waited almost 3 hours. Thwy promised i could take my files elswhere, but the techniciam was new. Promised to email them to me. I call the office and no one answers and the voicemail box is full.I contacted Dr. K. He simply says keep trying. Did he forget i am in pain? It is now almost July!Good luck. There are much more professional, caring places to go.

I Went with all on 4 they told me I had a few good teeth , said they could save some and replace the missing ones with implants then later I could switch to all on four if I needed it but I choose to just give up on my teeth years ago and so I did and I cant be more happier I chose to do this .

I visited my dentist close to 2 months back because I had severe gum bleeding which was not getting better even after administering some dental care at home. My dentist diagnosed me with periodontitis and told me I would need to undergo a surgery.I visited Dr. Khalid last month because I had recently read about the LANAP procedure and wanted to know if that could be an option in my situation. Dr. Khaild performed a thorough checkup and told me I had Grade 4 advanced periodontitis with bone loss. He however recommended that we could perform the treatment through LANAP as opposed to the traditional cut and suture procedure which would help me keep all my natural teeth for a longer time.I had a very extensive procedure which lasted 3 hours and Dr. Khalid did an amazing job. He was extremely patient through the procedure and made sure I was comfortable during the surgery. Dr. Khalid takes patient care to the next level and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist/periodontist in the Houston area.

My 3rd Implant prefect ever time , No Pain and back to work the same day . Just wish bad teeth did not run in my family , but good think I found this office. 2995 and thats something I can afford.
