I love Dentist at Memorial Park. The hygienists are brilliant and caring. The dentists are knowledgeable and informative. And the rest of the staff is just lovely. I’m not a big fan of the dentists chair but I feel at home when I visit and know they will take good care of me.

I have been a patient here for over 10yrs. It’s always a very pleasant dental experience. There is never a wait. They are always ready for me at my appointment time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hygienists are very nice, super friendly, and highly skilled. Dr. Johnson is incredible. She doesn’t oversell products or procedures and is very kind and complimentary regarding any issues or observations. 10/10!

My family moved to Houston in 2017, and we had a hard time finding dental care that had courteous staff and also a dentist who we felt was listening to our specific needs (I’ve had a lot of mouth trauma). We have been with Dentists at Memorial for a couple of years now and have no complaints! All the staff are extremely warm and welcoming, and more importantly Dr. Cruz Johnson has been very attentive to my family’s special needs.

Every was incredibly professional and thorough. I truly felt that healthy teeth is their goal. All were patient with my numerous questions. Bravo!!!

I had a great experience here. They were timely, seemed knowledgeable, and the paperwork process was seamless. Most importantly to me, they weren’t trying to sell me on things I didn’t show up for. I hate that, last time I went to the dentist for a cleaning I left with a $900 bill and a whitening and retainers I didn’t need. They were also able to remove a permanent retainer for me for a very reasonable price and under 10 minutes. Really appreciated that. Will be back again. I hate going to the dentist in general but I can highly recommend this place.

I love the staff. They make me feel at home and are always accommodating me. They honestly feel like family. Dr. Catalina is the sweetest doctor, she gives me her honest opinions on treatment and shows me my X-rays to explain why she is choosing the certain treatment path. I manage multiple healthcare clinics and I wish they had the customer service of this office.

Had a new crown and filling replaced. I’ve been a patient of Dr Cruz Johnson since 2006 and have always been happy with my dental care. I have recommended her to friends over the years and have no plans to change dentists anytime soon.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Technology was top notch. Safety protocols were followed well. Issues with my old fillings were discovered and explained that were never mentioned by my old dentist; but I didn’t feel like this was an “upsell” situation. Overall an outstanding experience (as much as a dentist visit can be).

Always have a great experience here. Very easy to schedule and reschedule appointments and they do their best to accommodate when needed. They are clear in what procedures you are needing. Michele is always quick and friendly with my cleanings. Would highly recommend.

Overall excellent experience, I had to have a crown put in, and I have difficulty getting numb. Dr. Johnson took the extra steps needed to ensure I was comfortable through the procedure, it was very much appreciated. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of a new dentist.

I love Dr. Johnson! I have had a great experience at Dentists at Memorial Park, both for regular teeth cleanings and for more in-depth dental/cosmetic work. The staff is also fantastic. The front desk staff and the dental hygienists are highly qualified and very friendly. As someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist, they make me feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed (as much as I can relax anyway haha). First of all I have major anxiety when going to the dentist for appointments. However this time although my blood pressure was a little elevated at check in my visit was perfect. It began with Alex the hygienist who took a plethora of x-rays Alex was very attentive and communicative while cleaning my teeth which put me at ease during the process. When I met Dr. Johnson for the first time I felt very comfortable as if she was part of our family. I had one filling and then impressions made of my teeth by asst. Kris and then check out with Tianna was another friendly face to end my perfect visit. My concern was protection against Covid in going out if my home I have been very careful. Ive been using this dental clinic for a couple of years, so I know they are competent, and have a lot of integrity. I was so impressed by their procedures to protect patients. I did not see any other patients, but I knew they were there. Staff was thoughtful and aware, and I felt perfectly safe throughout my visit . I am so happy they are here.
