I want to thank the whole staff at Complete Dental, especially Lisa, for being so attentive and caring. Lisa provided a breakdown of costs for each procedure and what my insurance will/will not cover. In addition, she stated that I can book an appointment for cheaper procedures and save for the costly ones. For someone who does not have a lot of money but still wants to get their teeth fixed, the suggestion is very helpful. Also, thanks to Dr. Boris and his technicians for being patient with me while I was getting my fillings.

Lisa is always helpful every time we go to Complete Dental. She greets us as soon as we get up to the window and I also love that she sends out text reminders. It feels personal that way.

I never leave reviews ever, but in this case I feel Like I should. I heard about this place because of my sister and I decided to take my baby here after having a bad experience in the dentist where she would go. This place is so welcoming and have been helpful everytime I go. Lisa in the front desk is super friendly and helps me everytime! Now that I have 2 children they both go here and they LOVE coming in. They are gentle and always try to make my babies comfortable (plus always giving them stickers, which makes them even more excited) I highly do recommend this place.

I came here to have some procedures done today. Crisann the office manager was very nice and informative and explained all my financial needs about insurance and the costs of what Im having done. All of the staff was nice and friendly and listened to my concerns.Dr Boris was very nice and made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. I also liked how clean and fresh the office was. I left there with all of my questions answered and a good understanding.

Great place to go to and awesome staff !

They are good at what they do. Minimal pain while they do their procedures and they talk you thru the process. They make conversation while they are working on your teeth which helps you take away your mind from whats going on in your mouth. I really like this place because they treat you like family.

First time going to this dentist and it’s safe to say that this dentist office is way better than the other one I used to go to . This place has friendly and helpful staffing. Ashley was very nice and holds friendly conversations while doing my X-rays. She did the xrays done very fast and professionally. I have been taking my kid to Complete Dental since he was 10 years old now hes 17. I have always enjoyed the staff and Saturday hours. This year I decided to have dental work on myself so I choose this office. The staff from check in to discharging the clinic has been an easy going process. Making appointments are simply and fast and I like the reminder calls. Each staff have been sensitive to my needs when Im in for visits. They make sure Im comfortable and explain what theyre doing when Im getting a procedure done, I really love that about the staff. The staff is very knowledgeable with thier roles. Where should I start?! Our experience began before ever walking into the office! They called and text appointment reminders which is awesome for a Mom of 4! Every single member of their staff was courteous, friendly and welcoming. Everyone was smiling and made sure my children felt safe and comfortable during their appointments. They referred to all of them by name, making the experience personal. The young lady at the front desk was awesome in helping to switch my childrens insurance over to their office. She was so patient and kind! The office was very clean and well organized and they made sure to adhere to all Covid 19 regulations. I love that they took time to explain everything my children needed done. They allowed me to walk from each one of their areas so that I could be a part of their visit. The dentist bedside manner was absolutely incredible as well as the hygienist. I will definitely be sticking with this office and will happily refer them to everyone, especially those with children! My husband and I will also now be switching to them as well. I am truly impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Kudos to the office manager Crisann. You all are amazing!

The staff is very friendly and informative. They made the kids feel very comfortable by explaining everything to them. My son who is on the spectrum was hesitant at first and is glad to have found a new dentist that he is comfortable with.

I usually go to this dental office for myself and they’re always amazing. Today though I took my 3 year old daughter an when I say they’re wonderful with children. She was scared at first but quickly got adjusted and loved it. If your looking for a dental office for yourself or your child I would HIGHLY recommend this one .

A huge shoutout to Complete Dental for getting me through the toughest pain I’ve ever dealt with. Dr.Malespin did a great job getting me through my first root canal. Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Arie (I maybe spelling her name incorrectly) but she was very helpful with calming me down before my procedure. Oh and it all started with Crissann in the front. I got bamboozled by another dental office and she was there to help me through it all. She maybe scheduling a breeze and explained everything in detail. From my xrays to solutions and paperwork, she did great. She even explain that Complete Dental has payment plans, if anyone needs it, which is helpful. I will be returning for my future dental work and will be referring everyone.Edit: I have numerous cavities so I keep going back lol. I keep going back because of everyone that work there. This is time it was Dr.Boris and his dental assistant, Ashley. Dr. Boris is great every time I go. Ashley, she was so calming and helpful. From easing my nerves while receiving the numbing shots to helping me open my petite mouth. Hope to have them both for the next appt.
