Dr is a great dentist. She has excellent bedside manner and has a very gentle touch. She is able to make you feel as relaxed as possible during any procedure. I cannot recommend her enough as a dentist. In addition her office is brand new, beautiful and state of the art. Everyone there is super friendly and I no longer dread going to the dentist.

Dr. Sutherland has been my dentist for nearly 20 years and I can honestly say he has never really hurt me in any of the procedures he has done. My friends could not believe when I had root canals I would go right back to work when the appointment was over and continue to work the rest of the day. My grand daughter would not smile for pictures because of her teeth so Dr. Sutherland worked on her for about three weeks before her high school graduation. The result was a beautiful smile in all her graduation pictures and even a bigger smile as a bride.Please believe me when I say Dr. Sutherland is a good dentist and always has a smile for you when you visit him.

They are located in my building which is extremely convenient. The customer service was better than what Im used to as well. Everyone in here was really pleasant to deal with and I appreciated that (as I was getting a crown and it wasnt fun). Id definitely recommend.

Really nice people to work with! I really liked Dr. Sutherland. The one thing about this place though is that they arent usually in-network for most health insurance plans, and even if they are, you most likely will pay a $10-30 deductible at the least. But this is a great dentist to go to. Highly recommend! Oh another thing to know though - parking is really tough. You need to park on the street downtown so sometimes you can be lucky, sometimes, not.

Dr. Sutherland and his staff are professional, personable and make going to the dentist comfortable (as best they can, its still going to the dentist 😉).The ability to have a crown on a molar in a single visit is great; plus I was able to watch the 3D printer make the crown.Note: they are out of network for many insurance providers but well worth it!

I went to this dentist on the recommendation of a friend who had worked for Dr Sutherland.In 3 different situations he has been willing to **provide a cheaper solution** than 2 other dentists I went to (fixing a tooth with a filling instead of a crown).He and his staff are always **friendly, happy and efficient** and they are **gentle** and dont lecture me like some 10 year old about my oral hygiene. I often get an appointment within 48 hours of calling.He is not in-network for me, and he and his staff are **amazingly understanding about getting some of your treatment from another dentist** - allowing me to do things like get a cleaning from him but get my xrays from an in-network provider, or get some teeth fixed by him and go to a different in-network dentist for something else. For example, I had two chipped front teeth and one in the back, and he fixed the front ones (**i trusted him to make these teeth pretty**) and had zero problem with me going somewhere else to get the back one fixed.I cannot say enough good things about this dentist, after some pretty traumatic experiences with 3 other dentists in houston.

The best dental experience ever! Ive had 3 crowns and Im almost sad its over.
