The dentist left an instrument a few years ago and did not tell me. I ended finding out 6 months after when I 2ent to another doctor for cleaning. Even though the dentist gave me the money back fr the crown I have to spend dpvule the amount to get the instrument removed and a new crown. I have not been able to get a hold of him

Dr. Ghattas has been my dentist for over 15 years. He is one of the best dentist I have ever been a patient with, other than my original dentist that moved to Dallas. He has the very best Chair Side manner any patient would appreciate. The work he has provided to me has been superb and to my expectation.

On 08/24/18 I brought my dad here to have his crown installed by Nagy Ghattas, D.D.S. It is said that life is an adventure and especially for those that have aimed for adventure in their life. Here both of them have an interesting connection. They have both lived in Egypt. And both have a fascination with the the Golden King Tutankhamun or just King Tut.Here the interest has led to an interesting grand display, as well as design the business image with a Tut logo on the business card of the Immanuel Dental Center and their nicely done, creative front door decal at 1147 ClearLake City Blvd. in Houston.King Tutankhamun was only 19 years of age when he mysteriously passed away after only ten years of reign in approximately 1324 B.C. He was discovered after a step leading to his tomb was discovered by archeologist Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon in 1922. His small tomb site is located at KV62 known as the standard Egyptological address at the Valley of the Kings in Luxor, Egypt.

In 2015 I had Dr. Nagy Ghattas do a teeth cleaning and pull my top wisdom teeth, as well as filling a few cavities. He has always been very gentle and patient with me.I moved to TN and had to find a dentist there, they did a cleaning and told me that I have a cavity between two teeth. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion with my dentist in Texas and thankfully I did because he looked at the X-ray and even took one of his own and found that there was in fact is no cavity.Thank you so so much for always being so amazing and trustworthy Dr. Nagy Ghattas!!

Staff was super friendly. Awesome experience. I was able to be seen the next day for some tooth pain i was having. I will be going back soon to finish up second part of my visit. Highly recommend.

This is not the best place to get Dental Care! The Dentist Is Even Rough When He Checks Peoples Teeth! Its Better For One To Seek Dental Care At Another Place

Had #7 tooth replaced with crown past 2 years . Hygienist did a terrible job matching color of adjacent teeth. Tooth loosened up recently and fell out breaking the gold post. Now looking for dental implant at much higher cost. Do not recommend Immanuel Dental Center.

Immanuel Dental Center Is Not The Best Dentist Center To Go To!Dr. Ghattas Will Give You A Rough Treatment I Would Not Recommend Him To Any Other Person. I think He Should Have His Dental License Taken Away From Him. When He Does His Cleaning He Causes So Much Pain!

He uses recycled sprite bottles for the listerine wash to go in that he rinses ppls mouths with, only uses alcohol to clean the rooms not cavicide like your supposed to use. Go somewhere else to get your teeth cleaned cuz this is not the place

Both the staff and dentist at the Immanuel Dental center were very friendly and helpful. I had to undergo a long operation, but the dentist was very skilled and gentle. I would highly recommend visiting this dental center for any issues you may have with your teeth.

I went there for the first time and had the best service. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I was treated very well. The dentist took time to understand my concerns and Sandra at the front took time to go over all price solutions. I will be back to have my dental procedure done next week. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient here for 11 years and I keep coming back because I believe Dr. Ghattas is an excellent dentist. Dr. Ghattas has very high standards and hes not happy unless you are happy. He has never performed any unnecessary procedures nor have I had to have any of his work redone. He always tries to make your visit as painless as possible. His staff has always been very knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. They also make sure you understand your insurance benefits and your responsibility before any work is started. I would definitely recommend Immanuel Dental Center.

I have given Immanuel Dental 1 star simply because you cant give anything less. Truth is, this place deserves negative stars. Dr Ghattas told me I had no cavities and was good to go during my bi-annual check up. I sighed out of relief so he asked me why I reacted that way. I told him I had been to another dentist that told me I had a few cavities. He decided to have another look at my teeth and then told me that I did indeed have 4 cavities. Shouldnt he have discovered them himself during the examination?I have never been so disappointed with a dentist. I went to several years ago and have had to have FOUR corrective procedures since then and Invisalign to correct my bite that he ruined.I was very short on timeline when I first saw him since I was leaving in less than a week to study abroad. He knew I was in a pickle and took advantage of the situation. Knowing I wouldnt have enough time to get a second opinion, he suggested all of these unnecessary procedures. He filled in my cavities and met my mom in the lobby minutes later, telling her I needed to come back the very next day and get a root canal on one of the 4 teeth he JUST treated. Why did he do the filling if he knew I needed a root canal? He still charged me for the filling that lasted less than 24 hours. He FUSED two neighboring cavities together with one filling. Isnt the cardinal rule of good dental hygiene to floss daily? As a dentist, shouldnt he have known better than to fuse two teeth together not letting me floss.. ever?! As a result, I developed cavities again on the root of those same teeth.I went to a different dentist after and she couldnt believe what she saw. She called in other dentists and hygienists to show them what a bad job he did, saying any doctor that does this kind of work doesnt deserve his dentistry license.Save your time and money-DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty other highly rated dentists in the area, dont risk it with Dr. Ghattas.

Dr. Ghattas and his office staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explains dental procedures and hygienic techniques to protect oral health very much in detail and easy to understand.I would recommend him to my friends!

Before I saw Dr. Ghattas, I was in bad shape. Id a cracked tooth (that I could see) as well as a badly infected tooth (that I couldnt). The infection was so bad my face looked spider-bitten. Dr. Ghattas removed the abcess and treated my infection quickly and painlessly. He has performed a number of dental procedures on myself, including a root-canal, with skill and no pain. He and his staff are very nice, but theyre even more talented .

All I can say about this center that it lacks everything and anything in relation to customer service. I will not recommend to anyone that I know.

My kids had an appointment today, the dentist faked an emergency and told my kids to leave. When I asked why, they said, they just dont want to see us and that we need to seek care somewhere else. They gave us no reason, no logic, just asked us to see someone else. The worst service around....
