Such a exceptional daycare both of my babies attended this daycare 2+ years. We had to move on due to my 5 year old going to kindergarten but ever since they left they still remember all of the activities and teachers at Kids Learning Academy. Even at 6 months the teachers take the time to send the babies home with cards from every holiday including pictures and even foot prints. I cried when my babies left because I doubt any daycare could top this one. They even complained they don’t do any fun activities at their new daycare and wanted to go back to Kids Learning Academy.Thank you to Kids Learning Academy for such a wonderful experience for the 4 years you guys took care of both of my babies..

My oldest just went to kindergarten and my youngest is at the daycare. I have had an exceptional experience at this facility.Starting with Mrs. Barbara, the principal, Ms, Mariana also at the front desk, Ms, Vita the first teacher of my youngest, Ms. Aracely the first teacher of my oldest, Ms. Marcia, Ms. Paola the last teacher of my oldest, Ms. Sandra the actual teacher of my youngest, Ms. Dory, and the support team they all have been great to me and my kiddos. I 100% recommend this facility.

My baby loves this daycare he is always excited to go and comes home happy, full, and clean. They take good care of the kids from my experience.

This daycare is aesthetically pleasing, clean and welcoming. It was seemingly a good fit for me and my two children who attended for six months. Because it was extremely expensive, I assume wed be getting top notch childcare but that is not the case here. The daycare it self severely lacks child managing skills and is a revolving door for teachers. My eldest son started pre-kindergarten in August 2019, he was welcomed and the teacher there was truly very nice and communicative, warm and understanding, however, by November, shed be gone. My son was just warming up to her and they replaced her with another teacher who had zero childcare experience and was very unprofessional with the children, she lasted a couple weeks and was eventually replaced. During the time of all the changing teachers, I sent my sister who studied child psychology and has been a teacher for 10 years to observe the class after my son started having some behavioral issues (not sleeping during nap, running around during class work time and being overly aggressive during recess). My sister did not agree with anything that was going on in the class reporting the teachers being overly rigid with children and did not allow free expression much, she was also surprised to find out teachers there had no formal training. My son was responding well to my own discipline, however, the teachers had no strategies of their own, I asked them what they thought I should do and they never had an answer but kept asking what was I going to do. I felt my son was categorized, after 1 week of behavioral issues my son was kicked out of the school effective immediately with no notice, no parent conference was held, no corrective action put in place, no referrals to specialist, none of the things this daycare lists in their parent handbook regarding discipline. It was very unfortunate because at 28 years old trying to figure out how to help my first child of four years old, he was given up on. Barbara the assistant director made several comments about reputation and it seemed that was more important than my son, and that was disheartening.

Lied to my face about my sons injury. And kept lying after the lie didnt make sense.

The place is so clean and the staff is so nice, my baby girl loves this daycare, they do a lot of activities every day and learn a lot!!! Recommended 100%

As a mother who had to put her first born to daycare for the first time - I had to look for a daycare with good reviews, reasonable price and that was close to my job. I couldnt have asked for anything better than this. I was happy that they helped my son transition during the period when he cried for the first few weeks when being dropped off or just being away from us. He was in Ms. T and Ms. Aracellis class. I loved the staff! In just a few months, he was already more social, he was singing a lot more and even saying more words! He was picked up early so didnt really get to stay for the Spanish period but he was able to learn and understand a few words considering we (his parents) dont speak the language. My son never came home with any rashes, they always did fun activities for the kiddos. Sometimes my son wouldnt want to go home because he was having so much fun! As for the other reviews when it comes to food, they place the Menu for the week out and you have the option to bring kids food if you do not like what is being served.. I always brought fruits and yogurt for my son for snack time. Anyways, never had any payment issues. They actually even gave me $50 back because I over paid. I am sad because we had to relocate but if there is a time again I would definitely put my son back here.

We absolutely love this daycare! The only reason that we left is because we moved and it is too far away from work or home. The staff here is amazing. They take such good care of the children and I knew my children were loved. They also have a lot of events that allow parents to participate with their children from bike rodeos, to breakfast and luncheons. The doors were always open to me. They offer a young learners program through HISD which developed so many foundational skills for the kids who participated. It was only part of the day, which I loved because they still had opportunities to learn through play. As a parent who often works long hours I had peace of mind that my children were in great hands.

I love this site I feel very confident and happy. I am always looking for fun activities for children and my son feels very comfortable and the teachers are very receptive I recommend it 100%

Kids learning Academy is absolutely fantastic!My 3.9 year old son loves this place, teachers and his classmates. The teachers and the administration are simply amazing and know the names of each child. They are very welcoming, polite and always ready to answer all of our questions. There is always fun activities going on in the school, which encourages my son in attending the school without missing a day. Parents are treated with respect and are encouraged in participating in the school celebrations. My son is doing great both academically and socially since he is been with this school. Also he is very safe, encouraged and appreciated by the teachers and the administration. Honestly they take great care of each and every kid, hence I recommended this place to all my friends. Other than the above, they provide fresh and good food. The school is very clean and hygienically maintained. Also the school fee is very reasonable compared to the other schools around this area.Thank you Kids Learning Academy! We love you.

A wonderful daycare! My son was well loved by all the teachers and staff while at this facility. It was our first daycare experience and they really helped ease us into the transition. They do fun events with families and have good food for the children throughout the day. I highly recommend this daycare; they are kind and genuinely care for the children there.

My daughter spent almost 2 years here and we will miss them very much! The staff is very professional yet loving and kind. I work a lot of hours and never for one second did I ever worry about my child and as a parent that meant the world to me. Their tuition is very fair and it actually shows that the $ is used for the well being of the children. Ive paid more for child care and gotten much less! They have great activities as well as curriculum and if her kindergarten were in the area we would still be here for before and after school care. Thanks for everything Kids Learning Academy Team! We miss you already!

Amazing Team! Amazing customer service! I have never seen my baby so happy in a daycare. I highly recommend to parents who will like to leave their kids and have peace of mind while working or being away. Congrats Kids Learning Academy! Seeing our kids happy is priceless. You guys rock!

The baby room was always too cold so my child was sick most of the year. There was no accountability for the teachers. The head teacher would try to have a meeting every morning like I wasnt heading to work. Whenever I expressed my concerns with the teacher, she became combative and the directors lacked professionalism in conflict resolution. Also, the caterer forgot my childs lunch at least 3 days a week. I absolutely love my childs new school. Its a night and day difference in having a structured, professional learning environment.

Let me start off by saying, this is the best daycare in town. All the staffs are very friendly and you feel that warm welcome every time you there. They have helped my spoiled little beautiful princess to become a more sociable, and more talkative. She was a very angry and quiet kid, now she’s having fun and enjoying being there. If I have 10 kids , all of them will be there. Very good place. Would recommend!!!!

My son loved this day care. Ms Marcia and Ms Vita took really good care and he was completely attached. He would still be there if, I still worked near by. I love them for loving him!

Innisai was with the Mobile Infants room for a while and Toddler I for few months. She took a while to adjust to the daycare atmosphere and the teachers handled those initial days very well.I was able to talk to the teachers in both classrooms about any issues that I had without any second thought and the teachers really took feedback in a positive way. Especially I had to try different ways to make her eat home food. So I had a request every other day to the teachers and finally they made her eat.I appreciate their diaper change routine. My kid never got a rash nor had a dirty diaper when she came home.A special mention about the Directors Ms. Barbara & Ms. Veronica - I appreciate the way they step into day to day activities and keep walking into different classrooms to see if the teachers/kids needed any help. I have personally seen them assisting teachers when there is a new crying kid in the classroom, helping with lunch, filling-in for teachers who are on leave/late. And I really liked that both the Directors had a different approach in doing things but it was really good in my opinion.Thanks again to Ms. Claudia, Ms. T, Ms. Aracelli and another teacher whom I dont know her name but my kid used to love her. It has been few months since we moved to different place, but I still fear showing pictures from Kids Learning Academy because she is going to recognize and miss them.And, I did not give 5 star because I do not like screen time for kids.

It is a wonderful Day care, we decided after a lot of research and visiting a lot of day cares. One thing i realized is one good or bad detailed review helps the anxious parents. My kiddo went there when he was Six months old, and we have only good things to talk about.Amazing teachers and amazing care. Cleanliness is too good, very organized, have activities and events.I was anxious on day one and it lasted for the week, then I was fine. The price was also very reasonable, we only experience the infant program and I am very satisfied and happy about my decision

Before we decided to go with kids learning academy we went to at least 4 other daycares and by far this one was the best one at first impression (clean, everything in order and ambience). Its been 2 months since our little girl started and it was hard for both of us at the beginning but now she is so happy there, so I am too! And Ive already noticed positive changes in her. She is more sociable and more awake. Claudia and Valeria take really good care of her and are so caring and loving with her and all her classmates . Im really thankful with all the staff for taking care of my baby and as if it isnt enough, they teach her so many things every single day !

Excelente service and care with the kids, I have both of my kids with them and so far haven’t got any issues, they treat them great! And feed them good as well.

Originally brought my son here because of the proximity from my house, but I was really disappointed by this business. I had to constantly question my sons teacher because he was getting hurt constantly and they would never call / text me. Even after I picked him up, there was no note to tell me what happened or anything. He was also coming home frequently with extremely wet diapers, and when I complained the staff acted like it was my fault somehow. Even though I always sent plenty of diapers.I also happened to visit my son one time unexpectedly and I was very troubled by the behavior of Veronica, the director. She was in my sons class and she was speaking to the children very harshly. She even told my son that he was messing things up for the other children, because they were sitting in a circle cross legged and my son had his legs extended in front of him. I told her that he was fine. Then, I was going to leave and I was telling my son goodbye and she had the nerve to tell me that I should just leave without saying goodbye. As if it is any of her damn business. At that point, I told my son we were leaving and took him out early. He no longer attends this daycare and I feel much better about things!

I am conscientious parent and an educator. I am selective about the care that I choose for my children. This center presented as being convenient, clean, and engaging. Once my child started the care seemed adequate but I did see the children watching a propped up iPad - often. There was no sign of the Spanish program that they claimed to offer. The worst was the administration. I found them to be disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. They were unclear on their own policies. It even went so far as them “misplacing” payments and then not owning up to their mistakes. While this was a disappointing experience I’m glad that I found out the true nature of this center before I ended up placing my infant there. I don’t want duplicitous people in charge of my children and I’ve since warned parents seeking childcare in the Galleria/Westchase area away from this center.

The facility is very nice... nicest that I found within the area. However, I personally do not recommend this daycare. I feel that there was alot of favoritism... they kicked out my 4 year old due to behavior which to an extent was exaggerated I sat down once with teacher (who was very nice and actually cared about helping me and my son) and director, within days they kicked him out.( I feel it was the school because the new school he goes to, he has had no behavior problems). Next week while picking up my other child...Every day- I seen the same child walking on tables and no one said anything to him and hes still there from what i know. But also I didnt like how they did not give homework , everyday I asked my son what he learned he said they drew pictures and watched the tablet.. teachers didnt speak English was hard to understand what even happen that day. Director was rude gave me run around when getting my money back after they kicked my son out, still to this day never received my money back.. I took it as a lost because they were not being cooperative. Both of my kids were always sick.. they had a app that they will text you about what kid needs but you werent able to respond back. Asked to be setup to get access but it was never setup. They made it seem like they apart of this HISD program that was really good.. but my son seem to not learn anything knew other that what he already knew.. and watching a tablet. So if you want your kids at a place that staff barely speak English, unprofessional and not much learning... go here ?

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 8 mos. old. She is almost 3 now, and we have been totally satisfied with our experience over the past 2 years. Everyone here is professional and is dedicated to providing a caring and safe environment for your child to grow.

Great academy for infants! The best care for our 9-month old son. Ms. Vita and Ms. Marcia are great teachers. Ms. Veronica is the best director.

The facilities are nice, but in general it is not good, the food is bad, bad! American food, American snack haha, frozen vegetables, turkey sandwich, pizza, hot dogs, bad! Bring your food! and they have many inexperienced teachers, many of the teachers here are not mothers, with beautiful facilities hopefully one day they will improve, especially the childrens potty training teacher is very bad!

Kids Learning Academy is my sixth daycare in Houston over the course of three children. My youngest has been enrolled here now for over a year, has progressed through three different classrooms, and has developed excellent social and beginning academic skills.I rate them five stars for their genuine compassion for the children, the character of the teachers, the standards of the administrators, and above all for the value. Are there better daycares in Houston? Of course, but you will easily pay two to four times the cost of KLA to go there. If you care deeply for your child’s safety and development, but are parenting on a budget, then I cannot recommend a better Houston daycare than Kids Learning Academy.I big thank you to Miss Annie, Miss Radia, Miss Sandra, Miss Barbara, Miss Veronica, Roberto, and all the other teachers and aides who have made such a great and lasting impression on my child.

PLS DO NOT PUT IPADs FOR KIDS. Engaging kids with IPad is the worst thing a teacher can do to their student. Management had clearly mentioned that IPADs are only for teachers. But i have watched it over and over again while picking up my kid that kids are sitting and watching IPad. My Sincere request again to the management, PLS PLS PLS NO IPADs for kids. Thats the worst thing one can kid do to a kid. More than a complaint this is a request. I hope to see changes in coming days. Minus this, you are doing an excellent job. Thank you!
