I love the quality products they carry. They need to do a better job on inventory and keep their shelves stocked with the products we customers want and need. Their customer service has improved.

Do not come to this store close to closing. From the moment I walked in I was told 5 min to closing. I asked for a product to view and again was told they are closing. Literally fallowed around the store by this lady been rushed out the door. Terrible customer service never coming back. I understand the store closes but from the corporate point of view, your customers are the number one priority. You dont rush a potential sale out the door. Learn some good customer service skills ladies!!

So. The only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 star rating is that I specifically checked on the Ulta app that my desired product was in stock and it said “available.” However, it was not. And while the lovely staff was able to provide a recommendation for a similar product, it just simply wasn’t the same. I only wish they were able to find me another location nearby that had it.

I went to this location because the app showed they had my product in stock. Got there and there weren’t any in-store. Briana offered to call other Ulta locations to verify if they had the product in stock. We found one at the Fairfield location and she called and had it put on hold for me to travel over there. I called to make an appointment for a haircut with Kim. I called and got in on the same day. She always does a terrific job and listens to what Im looking to achieve. Shes fantastic, 10/10!

Ive been frequenting this Ulta for several years. This location definitely lacks customer service skills starting with the Manager. I definitely suggest going to another location where they know how to speak to customers without an attitude.

Horrible customer service. I had placed an online order the day before at 5; called at noon the next day and my order was still not filled. Went into the store and bought the items on my lunch there were 6 employees around just standing and chatting. Employees were BLOCKING the aisles just standing around talking to each other. Fast forward. One of the items I ordered for pickup I had to come back and get I chose to do curbside pickup. There are NO designated spot for curbside so I parked with my hazards on in front of the store but not blocking the doors. An employee came out motioned for me to move up two feet directly in front of the door and told me they dont do curbside if im not directly in front of the door theyre not walking in drizzle.

Very nice store. Went here to look for gifts for my wife for Christmas bit was very overwhelmed as soon as I walked in 🤦🏿‍♂️. The lady that helped me was so nice and helpful! Sucks I dont remember what her name was.

I know you had to make your money for Christmas, however they had way too many people in the store. I went in to buy some last minute stuff but people were on top of people i decided it was too dangerous and left.They had 20 people in line with no social distancing. Horrible...

So my only complaint is that y’all need to train y’all’s employees a little better. There was a couple of miss information that the employees have given me about the make up products. Other than that everything is ok.

I would of liked it better if someone could of asked me if I needed help.

Got a haircut here a couple of months ago and forgot to write this but anyways, it turned out h o r r i b l e. Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Only came here because I had a coupon. Still trying to grow it out to get it fixed. So many people since then have asked me if my hair was uneven and all I asked were for simple layers...

The store was nice and clean however the customer service was very poorly. There was a few associates on the floor and none bothered to ask if my sisters and I needed help.

I went looking for a specific product which they were out of but the woman greeting us at the door to explain the traffic patterns was very informative and gave me a heads-up that I probably wouldnt find what I was looking for which I appreciated.

I was looking for a product that they carry but its was in store.They were so sweet to order it for me to pick up the very next day.

Yesterday, I experience the best service I ever had at a salon. I wanted a certain color and stylist Kimberly Flowers knew actually what to mix. My hair is very thick and coily, however, Kimberley was very patient and gave me excellent service. I love my hair and would recommend others to visit.💕

It is a very good store. The only complaint I have is that I have been trying to find a product for three days. It bothers me that they have so little product. And another of my complaint is that the store has very little staff to help the customer. I think the store had much more sales if they had more staff to help the customer. I usually go often and it bothers me not to find someone to help.

Being a man going into a beauty store I wasnt sure how I would be treated. I had a great experience. The consultant was very nice and very helpful. She assisted in finding me the perfect product to cover up some blemishes on my face.

I always come in when I need a last minute gift for some one. I don’t like that unlike Sephora, they don’t give samples, as I. Hate to open a whole product up and not working for me and wasting it. ultra does have a better return policy so that evens out. The staff is always super nice and attentive.Charles, a manager there I believe has always been very courteous no matter how busy he is when I had a question, as every one else in the store. There was a beautiful black woman in the Clinique section who went above and beyond but I cannot remember her name. Abby was super polite while doing my blow out and took me as a walk in. Great location. Needs a little bit more product selection but over all, great staff.

Called the store 5x on a Tuesday afternoon to ask about product availability. I was hung up on 5 times. Drove to the location. There were associates inside, doors locked with a hand written note.. close due to Technical issues.it would have been more professional if they picked up the phone and explain what was going on.. to save me the trip.

Product knowledge was minimal. They just read the back of the hair styling package and made no further suggestions for comparable product or results. Clerk refused to use my customer appreciation coupon saying it can t be used on the product I was purchasing. Research on the website proved that false. Much less customer service than other locations.

Nice place to try your make up. There is a few staff attending clients and the prices are a little more than regular pharmacies, but there are many good quality brands.

They didnt spontaneously offer help, and seemed really put out when I asked.And, I tried to call the store to confirm my next appointment. No answer, with multiple attempts.The rude employees are a reflection of their management. The store itself is beautiful, but the attitude of the employees doesnt do the place any favors.

I love their deals. You have to check on their website when they have any promotions. Idk if its just in this location or in general, but nobody stop by and asked me if I needed assistance with anything. I felt I was bothering them with my questions. Great store. I had never been to this location since I have one closer to where I live. But this one had a hot item in stock. There was plenty of merchandise to play with. Only lacking department was the perfume section. The staff at the front check out counter was very nice too. No one in the store offered to help or talked to me. Which I was actually grateful for, but that can also be a bad thing. All in all, I would certainly come back here again.

I love Ulta And this location is exceptional!They always are very helpful and no exactly what I need when describing an issue I’m having with my skin or hair. I went into this store yesterday and was treated so poorly. I have never had a good experience at any ulta location and many of my friends have not either due to the snootiness of their employees. I simply asked the cashier who was sitting on her phone if they had anymore of a certain product because I could only find one brand. She proceeded to have an attitude for absolutely no reason. While checking out she proceeded to throw my debit card at me, my ultra card, and then my bag full of makeup before walking away. As this has also happened at another location. The professionalism is a joke. I hate going into their stores because of their employees nasty attitudes.

Was followed throughout the store by security.As a frequent customer and a beauty enthusiast, I take my time testing products, reading labels and comparing products. This is not out of the ordinary in a store catered to beauty. The security guard or whoever he was watched me the entire time, followed me through the aisles and throughout the store. It was so evident and I felt extremely uncomfortable; Needless to say, I walked out of the store. I refuse to patronize a store that makes me feel like a criminal. It’s a shame that I couldnt even shop in peace. I will not be returning.

Im giving it 2 stars because I do like the products. However, I will never return to this location. As soon as I walk through the door I see maybe 3 employees look straight at me and not a single “hello”. Not a single person came up and asked if I needed help. Later. as I am shopping I noticed about 4 employees gathered in the middle (1 that seemed to be a manager) all staring at me and watching me shop. I felt SO offended and embarrassed as they watched me for approximately 3 minutes. I almost wanted to walk out right then and there but I had an item I really wanted. I get that people steal, I myself worked in retail. Customer service plays a huge role in preventing that but these people go about it the wrong way.Shortly after, I checked out and the cashier was also very short and rude. I walked out of there almost feeling ashamed of myself and very unhappy.

I have always dealt with good customer service here. The prices are pretty good too. I get all my makeup here.

I have been to this Ulta over this year and it is true the security guard follows you so closely to each row that it makes your shopping trip uncomfortable. Well, today I went in knowing what I wanted. No security guard in sight. I was ready to put his big silver badge wearing self to work with makeup questions or to find an associate for me. I went down each row to find someone. No one. The lady in fragrance looked annoyed AF, and did not meet my eye contact or ask if I needed help. I was in her dept for like 10 minutes trying to look for a certain mens cologne. Anyway, I walked out with no purchases which I was ready to spend money. P.s. I did not want in the long line for the cashier to ask the simple questions for located products that the website says they have but could not find it. Going go try the Fairfield location that someone mentioned is better.

Applied for a job here. Went into the store about a week after application to follow up. Met with manager, and was told to come in for an interview on Sunday at 11. Showed up, store wasnt even open yet at 11. I asked one of the ladies who came to the door if the manager I spoke to was available, and that I was scheduled for an interview that morning. She said the manager was off today, and that Id have to come back at amother time. I scheduled my time around this interview, only to be blown off. Very unprofessional, will not be back.

Earn points with ulta to get savings. They have pharmacy grade to upscale cosmetics, hair care with salon. Also have razors, q-tips and all the other self care items women need.

First time ever happened to me that I got followed by a security guard like I was a thief. While no sales rep came to help when they had nothing to do. Well I didn’t need that kind of “help” from a security guard instead! Great job! I left them alone unbothered. They are the snobbiest and rude staff.

I simply believe customer service is the number one thing about any store. The one lady that came and asked if we needed any help didnt even seem concerning and midway through us asking questions she left to go to something else she needed to do. After that and searching for someone who even looking nice enough to ask, I asked for help and was told oh you just do it yourself after I told her that I needed assistance from someone she said well everyone is busy. I just walked out. Moral of everything, if youre looking for good customer service its NOT HERE.

Disgraceful. Got make up done wasnt what I wanted or asked for, one staff member was nicer older lady the other young girl said I dont like doing make up and just destroyed my day, she had a bad attitude toward the whole thing and just made me feel stupid. She asked me if I wanted to do my own eyeliner? Why am I paying all this money. I literally cried on the way to a wedding. $60 to leave upset and received unprofessional service. I will tell everyone about this experience.

Honestly one of my favorite locations. Its extremely neater than other locations Ive been to.

I was there for 45 minutes and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help. I even tried getting someone’s attention for a question I had to no avail. It may just be this location, the Fairfield location has much better service. Definitely not going back to this location though.

Customer service is the worst in this location. I asked about a specific product and only answered I received was no, and the employee walked away. In 2 other occasion once at the registered when my sale was complete I asked if I had any rewards, one employee rolled her eyes before putting in my bag what was available and the other time the employee looked annoyed when I asked. Only reason I go to this location is because is the closest to me.

No good service

This salon is so overpriced and they have terrible customer service. They are always understaffed and even when I have an appointment I have to wait a very long time. I would hope that they would hire knowledgeable and friendly staff members for such a popular chain store, however that is not the case. I refuse to shop at this location despite the fact that they are in a very convenient location.

I like this location because Im usually asked if I need assistance with anything, and I usually am able to find what Im looking for. The reason Im only giving them three stars is because of the brow bar. Ive only been able to get waxed by them twice, and they do a great job. However, its next to impossible to get an appointment. They sometimes take walk-ins, but if youre waiting and someone who was late for their appointment shows up (like what happened to me after waiting twenty minutes), the late appointment apparently gets precedence. Save yourself the hassle and go across the parking lot to European Wax Center. They have a great staff and fit me in right away.

Need ulta in my life

My first time getting my make-up done... Preparing for my 50th birthday pictures... I was scheduled with Kiara. First thing I noticed was that her make-up was beautiful...That gave me comfort.She did an awesome job, gave me pointers on applying my own make-up, explained everything she was doing, and why she was applying certain products.. She made it a very enjoyable experience. I will be going back the day of my party... Thank you Kiara 💕

Ulta employees need customer service training .. purchased an item on May 7th, returned on the 10th. Manager was unable to return because of the wrong item code coming up with the wrong amount .. actual price 146 refund amount 35.00. Manager called customer service and unable to resolve was told I would have to mail it back to get refund.I left store and called customer service myself, they said it shouldn’t be an issue and to return to the store on Monday .. on Monday the new cs lady said she was unable to help the store give me my refund. the store manager told me to call customer service and to get a gift card for all my trouble and the shipping I would have to pay.On that day I called customer service and they sent a gift card for my troubles and that I should receive refund for the gift I spent on my purchase .. over the next 2 weeks nothing .. I called and no resolution .. a lot of empty promises and I’m sorry for your troubles.. when I finally did get my gift card emailed today they took away my first one for all my troubles and the manager from the south Caroline ulta customer service said that my problems did not rate a good will gift card.. that my problems did not meet the criteria of an unsatisfactory service according to their gift card rules.. she always said the store manger should have given me. Gift card and not sent me to customer service .. everyone points fingers and no one stood up to make sure I was a satisfied customer .. I still ended paying for shipping that the store manager said would be free..I’m disgusted with your customer service and how no one cared that I spent 150 at your store and followed all the rules to get it back to you .. I should haven’t to wait a month for a refund..You dropped the ball ulta customer service .. and since it doesn’t matter if my problems rate a gift card or you fee obligated to please your customers..
