3rd visit here and I’m really not pleased this visit at all. I feel like I was ignored and my business not appreciated. The lady said she was ready for me for a pedicure, brought me to the chair, filled the bucket with cold water and walked off. Never came back, after 25 minutes, I dried my feet off and got up and walked out. Both ladies in there didn’t say anything. Won’t come back here.

Got my daughter nails done for her birthday. Had to wait but everything was find and the ladies were very courteous and patient. Will be back.

When I was there the lady was on the phone the whole time that I was there and when I usually go to another salon my hair is done within two hours and I was there for three. When I made my appointment I told themI had to go to work. And when she did my hair is definitely don’t look like the picture that I showed her it looks like something that I went and got boxes of hair dye from the store and did a self it looks overprocessed and not even the picture I showed her and this I was doing for my birthday. There’s a time and a place to talk to your family it doesn’t matter where they are in the world but that person or a customer that you’re with should be you’re number one priority I asked for my hair to be brown with some peaks of blonde and it looks very copper looking and I don’t see any blonde in my hair

The lady said it’ll be 15 minute so I decided to wait well 15 minutes turned into an hour it and it was even busy so I decided to leave. I’m sure they have good quality in their work but it’s the principle.

So disappointed in the pedicure I received at this place paid for the deluxe package and was literally rushed through from start to finish not to mention my 🦶look horrible thanks to the rush.........I was unable to enjoy this service

They upsold me on shellac. The manicure lasted about four days, the pedicure lasted a few weeks. I paid about $100 including a $12 tip for a mani/pedi. Perhaps they overcharged me? I will probably go to the place across the freeway going forward.

Great service, clean and safe, my husband got a hair cut and I got acrylic nails, very satisfied with the results.

My husband and I both have been using Diane—Doan Ahn—for years to cut our hair and she does a great job, what each of us wants. But I have had a mani/pedi here a few times and frankly no one does a good job; I do my own better. Right now she is wearing a mask and shield but did not make me wear a mask; might change this week I understand, but social distancing is being enforced.

I wish I could rate this place zero. Becky did my pedicure and did a horrible job. She rushed and did not do basic pedicure procedures. I had to actually get the tool and scrub myself. Her attitude was not pleasant and her skill set was not up to par.

I couldnt be happier with my hair! Today was my first visit to the salon and Diane the manager was very welcoming. The professional shampoo/massage was so relaxing. The appointment was for a blow dry and style. She understood what I wanted and quickly went to work on my hair during my lunch hour. The salon was very well maintained and has every beauty / nails /hair /massage treatment available for convenience. I just found my new beauty salon!!!

Ask for Ms Doan. Didn’t even have to tell her what I wanted. She already knew my style. Amazing!

Best service I have ever received. Will return every time I need hair care and will use the many other services they offer. Great people, many services offered, charges very reasonable and very close to home. Im so happy.

Im from out of state visiting family. Needed a haircut really bad. Googled hair salons and found this one. I couldnt be happier. Diane did a great job. She did what I couldnt get my stylist at home to do. I love it. Thanks so much, and remember you are welcome to move to Kansas, my cut wont last until my next visit.

Ive been going to Diane for 5 years now and i dont have plans to stop. Mens haircuts for $12 and she does a perfect job every time! I have referred several of my friends and co-workers, both men and women and she keeps them all coming back every time.you will not be disappointed!

Service is standard. The owner did my hair, then asked the assistance to dry and flat iron. The first time i got charged as styling for drying out with flat iron. Most importantly, i didnt even asked for the flat iron. The assistants work was slow.. took her over 30mn just to dry my hair. After paying the bill, i just saw the price list on board, Im not sure why the owner charged $10 more than the listed price for hair cut, shampoo and styling. Still give 15% tips as standard practice, but wow...wont come back nor recommend to anyone.

I came in with a bunch of screencaps of a specific hairstyle from a movie. I clearly stated I wanted that exact style. The lady glanced briefly at the pictures and said ok, no problem, I can do that. She spent 40 minutes curling my hair, with me frequently saying Lady, are you sure this is right and her saying yes yes it will look just like the picture when Im finished (in broken English). I know zilch about styling hair so I let her keep going. Finally she pronounced it done...and it looked nothing like the picture. She then deigned to actually look at the pictures again and spent another 20 minutes combing out the curls and trying to re-shape it. At the end, it still didnt really look like the picture, but was something I could live with - even if the whole thing was packed full of hairspray. I didnt have anywhere near enough time for her to wash it and start all over so there was no help for that.Overall I was disappointed - I came in for a specific style and that isnt what I got. I will not be returning here.

I have been going to Top Beauty at least for the past 10 years. I found out today that I could write a review so here it is: I started going there when I lived in the area and 5 minutes away but now that I live about 30 minutes away across 2 freeways I still go there. They know what they are doing and how to care for their customers. I have used almost all of their services from hair care (cut, color, highlight, style), skin care (facials), nail care (mani and pedi), waxing (eyebrows and elsewhere), to body massage (only half body), and foot massage, and have been happy with the services every time. They are honest and take care of their customers very well. Oh did I already say that?I give them 5 out of 5 and for keeping me and my mother (who is very hard to please) happy all these years. You will see me going there from years to come. The end.

I explained to the lady what I want on my nails to remove my shellac bc my nails are super thin. She refuse to do it. She only said I you dont want it this way, goodbye She was super rude. This was my first and last time going to this place.

Let’s just say the littl old lady can’t do nails , she did mine extremely fast , they were not coffin Shape i wanted farrr from cute . I had to tell her to fix them and she had a attitude about it . My nails look like big bear claws and they charged me 55$ for some crooked nails SMH, there were ppl complaining back to back up in there

Very true what everyone else says. They are honest, inexpensive, and do great work. I take my 2 yr old son and my 80 yr old mom and everyone in my family in between.
