Ask for Joe! He is awesome, very professional. He helped me to fix my color because I didnt like it, I got it done at another salon and he helped me to fix it, and I loved it! He has also cut my hair to the perfect length as I asked him to please do.

First hair cut at an actual Salon since the Pandemic. I’m disappointed, had a really bad experience, horrible customer service by Olga. I have received countless coupons since the pandemic hit. The only reason I decided to give them a try was because of the coupon. First she said they will take my coupon and then decline it at check out saying I needed to book online, which I showed her did, but still refused to. I really don’t care about how perfect my haircut is, or the price, but man! Got to work on your customer service skills. That’s all it is for me.

I had my hair cut at this location today I am waiting in destiny. Before coming to this location I was at the Royal oaks location and had a very bad experience. I have to quite a lot of information about that on their site. Its only fair that I tell you all how wonderful my experience was at the Supercuts location. Everything was very clean and neat. All the stylus for wearing masks and were super friendly. Destiny who cut my hair was so personable professional and did an amazing job. Thats what you call five Star service. In a customer-based business we definitely need more people like destiny who care about their clients experience. I would hardly recommend this location over the Royal oaks location anytime based on todays experiences. It was literally like day and night. I did find out that the same person owns both locations. If somehow this review gets to the owners of these locations I would highly recommend having your top tier stylist maybe give some customer satisfaction coaching to the employees of the other location specially specifically the one mentioned in that review. This place is not the same. One of the ladies in there charges you extra for having long hair no matter if your a guy or girl. Isnt that the reason why your there because your hair is long. Dont seem right!!

First of all, I detest giving bad reviews .Im doing this so nobody else will make the same mistake I made. They are very polite and the place looks great!But they couldnt fix my beard/they couldnt do my eyebrowns because the machine was broken so they asked me to wait 10 minutes so she could help another custumer.They dont have enough tools to make every hair cut you want if is too short like a 0 or 1 they cant! Its like going to the beach but you cant get into the water! :( I swear I feel Im looking the same way after the hair cut that before of it , if not worse because the hair of the back of my neck is too long .I hope they get better and I will delete this bad review after they fix their inconveniences.

I had to leave a review for this location! The stylists are very kind and welcoming. The place is clean and professional looking. I personally love how Destiny leaves my hair. I have been going every two months to make sure my ends are healthy. Destiny gives great advice on how to maintain my hair. I really appreciate everyone who works at this location.

I used to come to this place exclusively as a walk in. I would like to preface this by saying I don’t mind getting pushed back a couple spaces in line due to others who scheduled an appointment through their app or online but the experience that made me want to NEVER come back here again was when I was pushed back 5 spaces in line. The feeling you get when your waiting for 45min.+ and see someone who just barely got there be seated before you is just such a distasteful and seemingly unfair thing. I signed in on the clip board as soon as I entered and regretted ever doing so as it didn’t grant you a spot should someone simply go online and say they want an earlier time slot than you. I would understand if there is a monthly fee for this privilege but as far as I know there isn’t. I would also like to point out that this isn’t really reflective of the staff, as I would always find them pleasant and accommodating. Instead, I presume it’s simply the franchise’s policies than need to be updated but if it’s not - I genuinely don’t understand the reasoning as I’m sure even the staff could sense this is a counterintuitive system.

I use to only get my haircut here..I usually get layers with 2-3 inches cut off and pay $19.95; I always tip $10.00- Saturday I got a trim, maybe an inch at most and Olga charged me $24.95?! There was an additional $5.00 added for length?? Thats never happened before. I am not happy being overcharged! I still tipped $10.00 but Im not coming back.

I cant remember the ladies name but she has LOOONG black hair and was working this afternoon, there were only 2 employees working so I hope that helps but she was AWESOME! Ive been DREADING getting my haircut for months now, just because and not only did she do a great job on my hair, but she talked to me the whole time where I didnt even realize she was finished! AWESOME JOB! Would go back for her!

Took my son to get a haircut, came out great. On top of that, Destiny actually has a cool cape which has see through plastic in the middle, my son used the phone and was entertained while getting his haircut. I thought that was pretty cool. Thanks Destiny.

We came here because it was close to where we were staying in Houston and the ladies there were awesome! The fixed my sons hair and my husband’s hair that was butchered and they gave us fun stuff to do in the area because we were visiting for a wedding. They didn’t mind our kids bouncing off the walls from boredom. Definitely a keeper in my book of contacts

Lexy is absolutely the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to I bring my make and female friends to the salon and we all wait and go one after the other so she can do our hair.

I had read the reviews about this place. Which were not all that good. But decided to walk in and try them. When I walked in I was worried. There was one customer being taken care of but no one else waiting. No customers is sometimes not a good sign.But I was pleasantly surprised. I believe the lady that helped me was Martha or Marta. I was very happy with her. She cut my hair exactly as I asked. And when I asked if she could cut it shorter and go through my layers again she was very nice about it.I will be back.

Decent haircuts at a decent price. I have never had to wait long to get a haircut in. But if you have a busy schedule, i would say call ahead and check or make an appointment. the staff is good at what they do and friendly. parking is great because its within carilon and that part of the lot is less busy overall. This is my go to for an affordable haircut that looks decent.

I was going to this location for last 2 years and have been a regular customer.They did my haircut and coloring many times.Last time when I went they declined to color my hair because they had other customers to take.I was very disappointed.They should first focus on meeting all requirements of customer who is sitting in hair cut chair,rather than thinking about how many new customers are waiting.For me I always look for a place who offers better customer satisfaction.We all spend our money and time to get what we need.And here at the end of my haircut I had to leave the saloon with out my hair colored.Iam very disappointed with this half service they did.Later I had to visit other saloon to color my hair.

Extremely bad experience. I went in for a low fade, in the middle of my hair cut the lady decides that shes going to stop and go help color some ladys hair when she comes back she says she wants to ask me if I want her to go higher with the fade. When she gave me the mirror the low fade was higher than a regular fade and going to my back shaped like a V. After seeing this I complained to her and she asked me: how can fix it? Idk lady you tell me youre the professional here but i seem to do a better job myself in the bathroom

Great fast cuts at good prices

So when i camw on thursday a great stylist did my hair and charged 25 i gave her a 5$ tip. So today the red haired one charged me 30$...no so great work of course no tip. So i ask her about the diff of prices she says they can charge as they seem...so....supercuts is a personal business, now?????

I am sitting in the parking lot as I write this review. If you are black with natural hair do not attempt to go and get a trim from these people. If you go to cosmetology school you should know how to do all types of hair. I walked in for a trim just now as I type and they told me that they would have to flat iron my hair to trim my hair. But at the other Supercut locations they just blow dry it and trim it that way. At this location they claim that they will not be able to do my hair unless they flat iron it. Which means they do not know what they are doing. Which means that they are only used to working on a specific type of hair. When you are licensed cosmetologist that means you are licensed to do everyones hair not just one type of texture. What made it so bad is when the person at the front desk asked the other lady if she could cut my hair she looked at me and you immediately shook her head as in I dont want to deal with her hair at this time. It was a black lady sitting all the way in the back all the way to the right heavyset with the worst attitude.

I walked in to get just a trim and my bangs redone. Now that Ive gone home and washed my hair I can very obviously see that there is an inch difference from the left and right sides. And to top it off the stylist spent the whole time hair shaming me and his parting comment was him asking if I had cut my hair myself because thats what it looked like! Funny now considering I probably couldve done a better job on the bangs.

Great cut

Sat down in the hair dressers chair and she told me something I couldnt hear. She repeated it but I couldnt hear over the blow dryer going next to me so I asked her to repeat it again and she grabbed hold of my head with both hands and forced my head down, then yelled I told you to put your head down while never letting go of my head. It hurt, and I was too shocked to say anything. I am absolutely disgusted by how I was treated and wish I had walked out right then.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, DON’T EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE ! Marta has clearly never done a blow dry before, I do it better myself.Not to mention that I’ve been ripped off.

The person cutting my hair cut at least one inch above my ear, making my hair look like it has an unnatural growing pattern. I asked them to keep it the same length on top and shorter on the sides but the ended up cutting the sides in an awkward angle and cut the top a little more than two inches. These accidents have happened each and every time i have come to get a haircut here. Bottom line is that this is the worst place to get a haircut, I suggest going to visible changes or sportclips. They have much better service.

Hair was left uneven on the back side by an older dark haired hispanic woman. she was brooding and unhappy. She never smiled, spoke to me, or offered me products. It was my first and now last time visiting this location. Overall I was uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

Horrible haircut, the lady arrived at 10 am done a horrible job. They dont have any aesthetic sense. Highly disappointed.

Google and website say they open at 0900 on Sundays. However here I sit and their door signage says 1000. Not a good start for a new customer. Lets see how they cut hair.
