The best Salon EVER❤Angel my hair stylist is the BEST!!!

I was stopped by Cathleen Lightfoot outside of Salon Verdome. I was on my way to Starbucks and she offered her services and stated she would see me during my lunch hour for a base color and highlight re-touch. The process was rushed and somewhat painful as my hair is curly and she put the base color first and then attempted to weave out new strands to highlight. I left in a rush because the process took an hour and a half and I needed to go back to work. After my hair dried I was able to see it was patchy and uneven. I looked like a raccoon. I called her to explain the patchiness and she blamed me on it. Not once offered to take a look at it herself. Told me to go to HEB and buy a toner and do it myself or she would have to charge me. She had already charged me $140. I called the salon and went a week later to be told they wouldn’t help either. I had to pay an additional $150 and spend 5 hours fixing the mess she made. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Angel and Rene are amazing! They do an incredible job coloring my hair and is always about what makes me happy. You can count on walking out their salon looking and feeling your best! Not to mention they are always happy and are great connecting with their customers. I love and appreciate them!

Sandra is beyond fantastic! If you are a guy and she is not cutting your hair, you are not getting a real haircut. Dont like open atmosphere, but the cut is worth it. Parking is a hassle

I called asking for Jeff or Brandon and was hung up on twice by the same female that answered the phone. She could have said they was not available or dont work there anymore rather than just hang up in someone face like that. Yeah that was very very professional.

I really love Susan! a week before I went to another salon and they totally mess up my hair I was very traumatized and I found out Salon Vendome I made appointment to get it fix and now it look like nothing happen before, Thanks to the great job of Susan.
