Staff was so nice and the nurse practitioner I saw was so helpful. Weve been trying to conceive for years and they gave me a referral so I could see a low-cost specialist and take charge of my reproductive health. Thank you, Planned Parenthood!!

My decision was my own and it was respected from the first phone call. Wait time was on the long side, but with clinic closures across the south, thats completely understandable. The facility is clean and up to date. While staff was clearly busy, I never felt rushed and nobody was rude.Everything was explained clearly, and if anything, repeatedly. There were no surprises, except maybe emotionally. I didnt expect to be so full of gratitude for the incredible team of people working here. I thought Id just feel relieved, but above all, I am so, so grateful.Dr. K is a skilled medical practitioner. He explains everything in a calming and understandable way. I am still overwhelmed by Michelles kindness. I have been seen by many doctors and nurses, but I have never felt so cared for and cared about.

Everyone was very nice at the front desk even the back of the clinic and very professional except one young lady didn’t catch her name but she was very unprofessional and was very rude made me feel very uncomfortable.it is not okay to be treated disrespectfully and unwelcome or uncomfortable at a place where you’re supposed to feel safe. This decision was not easy for me and I had enough people making me feel a certain way , the last place I need attitude from is a place of work where you’re supposed to be treated nicely and professionally.

Even though it was expensive they still offered my financial assistance which helped. They were really nice to me and very non judgmental. They made sure they were professional and polite every step of the way. And during my abortion procedure even though I was in pain the nurses and the doctors were still polite and filled me with encouragement. Even though it was a lesson learned for me to be careful who I sleep with they still were nice and weren’t nosey and invasive like the rest of these clinics. Thank you for being nice and relieving my stress.

I am grateful every day for Planned Parenthood.

This place is awesome. Nicki is a blessing in scrubs, and she took care of me. The staff is professional and nice, and niceness feels so good in this mean world. My doctor was amazing. I don’t leave reviews unless it’s really really bad or really really good, and I’m leaving this review because I had an awesome overall experience today.

Please be careful if u have ectopic pregnancy dnt go here they take full payment and all they do is send you to er and dosnt have a courtsey of giving the money back or do partial refund as they did not do any treatmnt.

Very helpful staff, everyone was very professional & non-judgmental. The environment upon arrival feels very safe from the parking lot to the entrance security officer to your specific waiting room. Would definitely recommend for whatever service you may need. If you are getting birth control they give you referrals to where you can pay none or very little out of pocket. Everyone was amazing with me for two of my services. Thanks.

The staff is very professional and sweet but the doctor was rude and this place dam near killed me. Never ever will I go to this place again. I don’t recommend it at all. They are more concerned about getting their payments. The whole calling you back multiple times and sitting back in the waiting room 3-4 times is stupid.

Highly recommend. Everyone there is so sweet & helpful. Everything went smooth. A bit of a wait, but thats anywhere and seriously worth it. Staff again, was AWESOME.!

They are efficient & affordable, it is greatly appreciated that they offer womens health screening, birth control & testing especially when youre not in a position to wait on bureaucratic paperwork to barely cover anything. The Dr. Personally gave me a follow up call later after my appointment to check on me. That was pretty awesome, & you can check your info online instead of having to call.

Went for Medical Service and advice. The staff was great and very friendly. After leaving had to call back about a situation that I needed clarified and fixed and the staff, namely Erica and Yolonda, were the very best and most helpful and took care of the situation right away.

This clinic has early hours and is open early. Staff is very efficient and dont keep you waiting around. If you have an appointment on a weekend be prepared to wait a little longer. Overall this is the nicest clinic I have ever been to, and my Doctors and nurses have always been ready to answer all of my questions.

The wait is a bit long but its so worth it because all the staff are so sweet and caring, no matter what service you’re going in for i can reassure you you’ll be taken well care of and treated with respect!

Professional care with no judgement. I utilize this Planned Parenthood location for ALL of my womens wellness visits. The parking lot is fenced off for better privacy from the occasional protester, but in my YEARS of patronage, Ive not once had an issue with my treatment, staff, or otherwise.

Very caring and not judgmental at all..would recommend to anyone in my circumstance.

Do not go there! Definitely not a place to seek medical treatment!
