They dont answer the phone. What people are saying in these low rated reviews are right. October 2020 I went to get teeth cleaning, now its May 2021 and they are saying they did not process my insurance correctly.

I love my dentist! The building itself is beautiful. The office staff is friendly. They accept all major insurance plans (including delta dental).Ms. Terri (I hope I spelled that right) did a great job cleaning my teeth. Before we even started, she asked if I noticed any changes or had any problems or concerns. She didnt try to have a full conversation during my cleaning, but we did have friendly conversation before and afterwards. She made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Todd always does a thorough follow up examination. He is really friendly as well. I know most dentist send you home, a little bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste. However, I appreciate the quality of what they put in the bag. Apparently my husband does to since he normally steals it. lts always the little things that count when it comes to service. I definitely recommend giving them a try. They make you feel like family!

Dr. Howell and his staff are friendly and efficient. They are always on time and never long waits.

If you want to find out 2 years later on the week of Christmas that you have a 300 dollar bill with them because the insurance they TOLD YOU they take, they in fact DO NOT then Chace Lake Family Dentistry is FOR YOU!Also, just because screwing you right on Christmas isn’t enough they also don’t accept payment plans so you pay it all right then or you’re sent to a bill collector.Merry Christmas!

Absolutely the best dentist office that I have ever been to! The assistants and receptionist are all so nice & down to earth. Dr. Todd Howell is by far the best doctor that I have ever met. He does amazing dentistry and also actually cares about his patients. He has an amazing heart! I will never ever go to another dentist office as long as I am living! Dr. Todd has given me my beautiful smile back and I couldnt be any more happier!

Went in as a new patient needing large filling replacements on both top front teeth - other dentists had told me that a double root canal was needed.Chace Lake did their x-rays, went over them with me in detail, and proceeded to fix the teeth without the need for extensive and highly expensive procedures.Their kindness was unbelievable, their knowledge and advice blew all previous dentists Ive seen out of the water, and their attention to patients was something Ive never run across in my entire life.Chace Lake Family Dentistry is by far the best facility Ive ever been to, and Ill stay with them long term, and will recommend friends and family to them whenever the occasion presents itself.

The work by Dr. Todd is outstanding. I had a huge fear of the dentist due to a bad experience as a child but Dr. Todd and his staff helped eliminate those fears. He is very thorough with explaining procedures and your plan of treatment, hes not judgmental and makes you feel very comfortable. I could not ask for a better Dentist and his staff is great also!

Great experience. Needed to see a dentist last minute on a Friday for a bad toothache and fortunately Dr. Howell agreed to see me. Everyone I dealt with that day was incredibly nice and left a strong impression. Cant recommend Chace Lake Family Dentistry enough.
