Dr. Ted is the Greatest Dentist. I have Never had a bad experience in his office. He and his Staff are Outstanding and full of kindness.

I have used Dr. Wendy @ Luma for many years and have always been pleased! She’s very informative about treatment and gives you plenty of time to decide on your options. She’s very patient and understanding! I highly recommend her and Luma for any dental needs.

Great practice! Their staff is top notch, skilled & friendly. They also handle more dental services in their office than other practices that might have to send you elsewhere for things like root canals or cosmetic dentistry. Highly recommended!

I was running very late for my appointment and i knew something was wrong with my tooth. They still did my cleaning, very gingerly( at my request) and Dr. Ted still took the time to look at my tooth. It was bad enough to refer me to an endodontist. But they got me an appointment, prescribed me the appropriate medicines in the mean time. They are THE BEST!

I am a fairly new patient, but I must say Dr. Marta is the bees knees! She is the most compassionate, warm and caring dentist I have ever been to. It feels like you’ve known her forever because she’s so personable on top of knowing her profession. I can’t remember my hygienist’s name but, the young lady who asssited at my initial appointment was awesome and the gentleman that assisted Dr. Marta today was a pleasure as well!

My wife and I have used Southlake Dentistry for many years and have always been pleased with the quality of care and the nice people who work there.

I think hygienist did good job of cleaning ,explaining current and future issues. Was pleased and was offered a fluoride treatment which apparently my dental plan covered(Was not asked for payment at checkout????).

Told me a certain price before pulling wisdom tooth. The paper with pricing was even signed by the hygienist. Paid over $200 in two visits. Then I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe another $61. I called and the person who answered phone basically was like oh well. Its also been almost 3 months and I still have a hole in my gum from the removal for some reason. This may be partially my fault but I definitely was given limited instructions on what I needed to do for care. This is my first time having a tooth removed and Im not sure this is how they all do things, but not too thrilled. Not sure Ill be back.

Dr. Ginga Gonzalez is the best ever. She is professional and cares for her patients and makes them feel at ease. So grateful we have her as our family Dentist.Dana is amazing. I’ve had a couple of services done here at the Southlake location and as I am not the one who personally leaves reviews, I went in for a cleaning and I was really satisfied with the results. The hygienist Alondra paid close attention to detail, & was very patient. I recommend her and this location for cleanings. By far the best cleaning I’ve ever had vs other dental offices.

I was going to this dentistry for sometime and was happy about it. Today upon arrival nobody was in reception for 10 minutes. Normally there are 3 person. The hygienist was nice but she finished my routine cleaning in 20 minutes. She even didnt even use the Cavitron probe to clean. They just told me my teeth are in great condition. Not sure what happened to them. I am unhappy about their service.

Luma Dentistry is my regular dentist. I broke my tooth on Sunday night. I called on Monday morning, since I was in no pain, I made an 8am appointment for Tuesday morning. I was in and out with no wait. Staff is very friendly and professional.

As always, timely, friendly, competent and thorough. I have been a patient for 20 years and never had anything but a high quality experience. My dental hygienist has retired so today I had a new one. I was a little anxious but she put me at ease right away and is just as caring and competent as Robbie. So I have a new Hygienist, Patsy and a new friend!

Today was my first time at Luma. Each Luma provider I had contact with did a great job of explaining what he or she was seeing and how to treat/prevent any issues. The customer care and service was phenomenal.

Without this beginning, Luma would have already failed at their office’s hospitality because these ladies are the faces of this establishment. From smiles, coffee, to knowing patients names in advance, the front desk staff strives to create a welcoming environment to all those who walk into their doors.Additionally, my oral hygienist, Lindsay, was super with the expertise she shared with me. We’ve passed the days where a Dentist can simply state, “Brush your teeth because it keeps cavities away.” Lindsay embodies that new mindset when she gave me sound advice on how to better take care of my oral hygiene as well as why and what effects certain actions have. This type of educational appointment combined with personal conversations gives the patient knowledge and education during their brief time bi-yearly at Luma dentistry along with a relational rather than just a medical experience.

I was thrilled to be finally back under the care of my beloved dentist of ten years, Dr Marta Poczatek! I love the ease of scheduling appointments, the short wait time, and the friendliness of the staff. Dr Marta delivers comprehensive dental services that are second to none. As a heart disease patient, as well as a recent total knee replacement patient, I so appreciate her attention to detail and her willingness to work closely with my cardiologist and orthopedic surgeon to insure that my course of treatment is safe. She is very thorough, has a great bedside manner as well as a great sense of humor! I highly recommend Luma Dentistry (Southlake), and especially Dr Marta Poczatek.

This place is amazing. Clean and Friendly. Dr. Deep is my dentist and I think hes awesome. He is good at what he does and is motivated about his profession. He is friendly and constantly asks how youre doing while hes working on making your teeth wonderful. I feel very comfortable with him and cant imagine ever going anywhere else.

I love the convenience of being able to have a Saturday appointment. Dr. James did a great job with the injection (that makes me most anxious). His assistant Norma was so sweet and stayed with me thru my entire visit.

Satisfied with the visits that we’ve had so far. The establishment is nice and clean and they offer Saturday appointments which is helpful for people who work weekdays and have a hard time getting time off for such appointments. They also have a bilingual, Spanish-speaking staff which is nice for the Hispanic community!

Hands down the best dental experience Ive ever had! Dr. Deep, Chrissy, Phyllis, Brittany, and the rest of the staff are PHENOMENAL!!!I usually go to the McCalla location, but Southlake understood the importance of my smile with working with the public and got me right in first thing this morning before work. I was in and out in 45 minutes!!! They showed that they cared about what matters to me, and for that Im grateful.

I struggle with anxiety when I go the the dentist and I opened up to them about my problem and they immediately knew what to do. They placed me with and amazing hygienist who remembers my fears and problem areas every time I come. They are also very willing to work with you for any situation you may have. I started to feel anxious with a specific person and they noticed and changed that for me. I’m very grateful they care so much!

I love the dentist and staff here. I have been going here for several years. Today there was a new television in the waiting room as well as my exam room. It was playing “DrTV” or whatever it’s called. This is annoying enough to make me consider changing dentists.

Weve been using Luma Dentistry for about 30 years. The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The Dentists and Hygienists have been very professional and personable. We can recommend them to anyone looking for a good dental practice.

They severely botched a filling that resulted in weeks and weeks of pain for me and then a temporary filling and a repeat procedure to get the cavity filled at a different dentist. Additionally, they made me jump through a number of hoops to get a refill of a prescription that my previous dentist, who was at this office (before it became Luma), and routinely failed to listen to my concerns. In my opinion, STAY AWAY
