This place is Amazing! The dentists are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or like I am just another number. Shout out to Vian, my hygienist!! She is pleasant, kind, professional, and gives incredible advise to make sure my teeth and gums are as healthy as possible. Based on her advise, I have changed my brushing & flossing routine and therefore significantly impacted the amount of buildup between routine visits. I wish I had her in my corner 20 years ago! Vian did such a good job today cleaning my teeth. She was gentle and thorough. She always has tips on dental care. She makes the experience very pleasant.

I just wanted to say that Jen the hygienist is an exceptional employee. She could do mass trainings throughout the city on customer service while being very proficient in your field. It was the most thorough cleaning and exam I have ever received. She is definitely the reason I am returning and is a great asset to your company. I hope you all recognize and appreciate employees like her.

I had several questions regarding my insurance coverage and they blew me away with their knowledge and helped me understand my coverage. I just recently switched to the adult side and I had a filling with Dr. Cain. Normally I have a super hard time getting numb but this was literally the best experience I’ve had. I literally didn’t feel any pain the entire time and all of the staff were super nice and calming.

Pain free! This is so important to me. I am somewhat of a baby in the chair and my comfort was their number one priority. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. Can’t recommend Brock’s Gap Dentistry enough! Also a huge bonus was that they respected my time and ran a tight ship as far as keeping their appointments on schedule. Very relieved to find a long term dental solution.

Great experience. In general, Im not a fan of going to the dentist, but they made the experience tolerable. Comfortable chair, tv distraction above me, and a really sweet and on top of it front staff. My dental hygienist was wonderful (Faith) and Dr. Cain is amazing. Will definitely be making them my official dentist.

I love this dental office! They have treated me very well. I don’t have to wait long to be called back. And what’s even better is that I can set an appointment for myself as well as my daughter on the same day!! My mom is going to go to them as well after I have told her about this place!!!

Dr. Cain was very thorough. We never felt rushed and he was excellent at explaining everything patiently with my teens who are still anxious about going to the dentist. The office is beautiful and the wait time was excellent. We were in and out in no time!

The staff and Dr. Cain were wonderful! A veneer came off. I received an appointment promptly and veneer was reset within an hour! I have a new dentist at Brocks Gap Dentistry! What a pleasant experience!
