The IRS has faster service...I was the ONLY person there and took over an hour for the doctor to come see me. Not busy at all. Not much help, I thought everyone left.

My visit on 7/29/21 at sanitas medical center was wonderful. The doctor Mr. Hanie Cordovi really listened, to all of my medical issues, and made sure that I was given the best treatment to help me with my medical condition. As well as the assistance Ms. Maria Monica Betancourt, IE , As well as Ms. Yumi Gonzales. They were both very professional and caring. I would definitely refer anyone to go to this medical center. Because they really do see to your every medical need. And give you the proper medical care that you deserve.

This is the finest Medical Center that I ever been to, it has everything that you need, the services is 100%+, and the Doctor is very great in his services, it make you feel comfortable. I will always go to this place.

This place is terrible!!! Waiting now on 3+ months for my results. This place is a machine to collect insurance money. I call to speak to the Dr. they said they will make an appointment and maybe he will get to you within 24 hours what a freaking joke.

Excellent service and very organized. I went with an appointment for the COVID vaccine with a short almost to none waiting time. Staff is nice and take the time to explain any concerns.

Experience was great, facilities clean and well maintained, process for the COVID-19 vaccine was straight forward and fast, highly recommended.

I had televisit virtual appointment with Dr Raquel Martinez. She had big smile from the first greeting which made me feel comfortable to ask her help. I just talked with her for maybe less than 5 mins but I feel already better after hang up phone. I dont speak very good English as I am Japanese but she was kindly talk to me and smoothly referral to gastroenterologist. I would loooove to take appointment with her all the time from now on. I hope all the doctor is like her. I think to make people who is in pain or having difficulty mentally comfortableneed mentally is important thing as doctor and she is the one and best who has this skill. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr. Cordovi and nurses were absolutely spectacular and I’m saddened by the fact that I had such a miserable experience afterwards. I thought I finally found a physician that I liked and trusted. With the way I was treated in these last 13 days, I will never step foot in that facility again.I needed to see a specialist for something personal to me. Dr. Cordovi was amazing and understood and was delicate and kind in understanding.He wrote the referral 10/28.It is now 11/10 and only today did the specialist receive the referral.Thanks to Covid, I had to see the specialist on the date given to me or I’d have to wait an additional 2-3 months. I paid out of pocket after being assured and promised that the referral would be submitted and taken care of.Today I call because the referral finally came in with an effective date of today and an expiration date of today. I’m Hispanic and have no issues speaking Spanish. I cherish the Hispanic culture because it’s my own but English is easier for me so I always press one for English. Santiago (receptionist) is trying his best to explain so I tell him that maybe the language barrier doesn’t allow me to fully understand his thick accent and I’d like to speak with someone who can better explain because his solution was to call fl blue. His response “I’m explaining myself very well” I don’t care if you understand what you’re saying, I don’t....just transfer me or speak to me in Spanish. All of this waiting for over an hour for the supervisor to say I don’t need to call fl blue.this entire disaster was handled horribly. If you just need a check up this may be an excellent place but I f you need a referral STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I like so much this medical center, neat and organized. Staff very friendly, I would like to thank Gloria at front desk for the excellent job helping me with all my appointments, Dr Martinez and her assistant Marisela did an amazing job too, highly recommended Sanitas Homestead!

Excellent service from Dr. Raquel but the front desk was very bad, the red-haired girl who works there in my case did not have a good service from her, when she arrived she was not at her job and I had to wait for her She came back to attend to me and then by the time they had attended me and was waiting for a referral paper, she sent me to the end of the long line that she had waiting for her.
