A little about myself. I have been going to this clinic since 2008, got diagnose with high uric acid in 2008 when John was around. Dr. J was really good always gave me refills because he always told me you are going to have this condition for a life time and when ever it comes you can be ready for it with the refills. Fast forward to now and it feels like they see me different, like a dollar sign. How and why let me explain. Refills are hard to come by for the same condition I have had since 2008. It is always come in let me tell you that you have high uric acid and here goes the prescription with no refills, next month I get the same condition and I have to do the same thing all over again. Miss out on work and go there get the prescription that I should already have at my house ready just in case, I have only had this condition since 2008 dont think it is going to change now. Staff is great not bad mouthing them but the doctor or director need to change that aspect of there practice. Money helps but it is not everything in this world.

I have nothing but good things to say about Armando Acosta and the staff. All my family is seen at this practice. They have always been available when Ive needed them and they are caring and helpful. I was recently hospitalized with covid complications and they would call me every single day to check in. He truly goes above and beyond to build a one on one relationship with his patients and creates connections with you so you can feel more comfortable and not like just another number. I highly recommend this practice.

My aunt Niruka Porras is a patient of the doctor Armando Acosta, She wants people to acknowledge how well she was treated by the doctor and by the front desk workers and even the lab works. They where all very professional and that she wants let everyone know how great this clinic is and that she will be recommending it to everyone of her friends and family.

If I could give a 0/5 stars, I would. The female doctor (blond haired, Cuban, older woman) is extremely questionable. The doctors name is Ana Dominguez. I spoke in clear English to her many times and she couldnt understand me! She speaks English as well, so, I dont understand how she doesnt get it when I worded things so simply that anyone who understands BASIC LEVEL ENGLISH should know. Also, my mother and I were trying to get her to sign disability papers for my university. My mother was telling her I was a visual learner so she could understand why I needed the signatures. The doctor told my mother I needed an EYE TEST? Being a visual learner in school doesnt relate to me needing a checkup on my eyesight. I kept trying to refuse since I saw no need for it, and the doctor STILL SAID I NEEDED IT. I only gave in since I was extremely irritated with her and wanted her to shut up. She wasted my time, and made me lose my patience with her multiple times. My mother has also developed a dislike for Ana Dominguez, as she agreed with me that she was very questionable too. I wouldnt recommend her at all! Go somewhere else.

I went because I needed to be treated for Covid, and the doctor was really nice, and I felt better 3 days after treatment. The nurses were very nice to me, explained everything that was going on and my treatment. The doctor even gave me vitamins to make sure you felt 100%. And they take me insurance (Humana). And I didn’t have to wait that long.

I love going to this doctor, and Alanis, from the front desk, goes above and beyond to help.

Horrible care. I recently tested positive for COVID-19. Mind you, I’m a young and healthy person. I started to have horrible symptoms, when I called I was on waiting line for 1 hr, then they kept on transferring me. When I was able to get a hold of the receptionist they prescribed a bunch of medication. Even the pharmacist questioned the medication stating many of these should not be taken in combination or for COVID-19. To call back to assess the treatment plan with my doctor. Anyways, I kept calling back and no one responded. Now I’m regard for the office itself, super unprofessional overall. Wait time is long and if you plan on being cared for don’t come here.

Gutlebee Dr office is awesome the Dr and the staff make sure you are well take care of .I would recommend them to someone that need medical treatment.

The BEST clinic!!! Office staff and nurses always go above and beyond for anything I need. The doctor and nurse practitioners are so attentive and explain exactly what’s going on with my health in a way that I can understand. The best thing about the office is that I can walk in any time during the week to consult with the physicians— no appt needed!

This place is wonderful and has been fast and efficient every single time I have gone. I don’t know why some have rated them poorly because this truly is a great doctors office and I recommend it to everyone who seeks a new doctor or complains about their current provider. 10/10

My experience with the covid 19 at the office was handled well.

I give 1 start because no options for 0.A while back I decided to accompany my aunt for a consultation and this is what I was able to discover.This place is a fraud, the Dr. with name Acosta is a NP no a Doctor, the owner wear a Doctor coat and she is not a Doctor and has no medicals degree beside flebotomist, and the Weigh Loss center has no licence to operate. All the good reviews come from employeesDo not go there.

I love this office it is walk in Dr’s office and there are 3 practitioners I can choose to see. All of them are GREAT!!!! This office always makes me feel like I am family. Since they have added another Practitioner the time to see the Doctor is quick!!

I was issued this office through Medicaid. I rarely go to this doctor, I usually go to urgent care, so even though I should have switched doctors, I didnt. They do not take appointments so make sure you have nothing planned for the day.My last visit, I came in because I needed medical attention but also needed referrals which I can not get at an urgent care. I waited 2 1/2 hours. I noticed a guy who came in AFTER me was being called in so I ask the receptionist what is going on. She makes me wait a few minutes longer and then informs me that they no longer take my insurance! I signed in with my information immediately when arriving and in those 2 1/2 hours, she didnt know until I said something that my insurance wasnt excepted? Its because she wasnt doing her job. I should have been informed by someone when they did drop my insurance, they literally have all of my information. This is just how this office runs. I recommend finding a different doctors office.

I am a patient at this medical office. I am treated by the two ARNP on staff, they are very well educated and up to date on the best plans of care. They are both great at promoting health and preventing diseases alongside with great patient education. The office is clean, organized, and fast. Both are very patient and understanding, humble and sincere. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Theyre getting slower and slower and their were only 3 people ahead of me with 2 occupied rooms....The wait time is ridiculous. And then once youre called to go to the back, youre in and out so something/the quality of service once you go to the back to talk with a doctor is not adding up as well.

My son is a new patient in this medical office and after a few moths trying to find an answer to my son’s skin rashes, Armando Acosta ARNP was able to find us an answer and a way to help him. The staff is so welcoming and the Mr.Acosta was so thoughtful towards me and my son. We are so thankful.

I love this doctors office so far, but I do think maybe the lady who sits at the sign in window could use a attitude adjustment. Hopefully its just her pregnancy hormones. (Shrugs shoulders) HOPEFULLY and even still its no excuse when dealing with the public

I have been going to Dr. John Gutleber for some years now and he has been great at all times. Didnt like some of the PAs hes had in the past, but the last one was great and Im happy with their care. Im actually going there today since I fell from my bike for a referral for an X-ray.

Both my husband and I were long time patients of this group until recently. I was injured and had to miss two weeks of work. They required me to pay them $50 for a doctor signature for paperwork allowing me to return to work. I was informed this was unethical and fraudulent. So beware. I am looking for a true medical doctor who is more worried about their patients well being then taking advantage of them. Hope it was worth it Gutleber Medical Group!

My Name is Yalinde De Armas.The Doctor is good and very professional, BUT that office needs to train the staff or need a new manager. I was feeling very sick and the doctor prescribed me some meds and I was feeling better in 3 days. A week later when I finished the treatment I started feeling bad again my hole body hurt so much I couldnt move,walk or do anything, i was so scared, I thought I was paralyzed. I went back to the office he sent me to do some labs and a spine scan that never got it done cause the lady who worked with referral I called several times and took 4 weeks for an authorization AND i had to call my insurace to ask why IT was taking so long and they said we apologize but we havent receive anything from your doctors office, WHAT? Still no one ever called back, now 6 months later they havent call me to follow-up with labs results or appointment or anything after waiting 2 hours outside in pain I left, I changed doctors and I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus now I drive from homestead to miami to go to Sylvester but my Lupus after several months with flares is under control now. I could have had complications without knowing I had this disease and nobody in that Clinic cared. My point is if you pay for your health insurance be in a place where they care for PTs dont stay in a place just cause is around your house cause you can end up very sick or dead if you dont see a good health care provider.

MEDICARE FRAUD!!!I was here with my elderly father for his follow up. The office has a practice where u show up with no appointment necessary to see the doctor. That is where the problem is. You dont see a doctor. You see a practicing nurse.After being put in a room, a man comes into the room and introduces himself as the doctor. I tell him youre not dr. gutleber and he tells me dr. guleber is not in and he will attend my father. I then point out that on his lab coat is doesnt say Dr., it says Nurse Practitioner. His response- Im a doctor.... In my country.He then proceeds to give me his resume on how he came to America and studied at so and so college, took tests, passed and is working here, blah blah. I let him finish and reminded him Youre not a doctor. I asked for a doctor and was told to check back the next day.I am concerned that a doctors office is advertising you will see a doctor and then be given a nurse practitioner. I wonder how many persons they have screwed over with this. I also wonder how they have billed medicare for this. Im sure medicare would be concerned also. Im calling my fathers insurance in the morning to file a complaint.

I recommend them 100%. I love them, from the girls in the laboratory to those at the front desk, they are always very good at helping patients with whatever they need. The doctors are excellent but especially Armando Acosta, who is what I treat myself with, I give him 5 stars because there is nothing else to give him, always very concerned with his patients, in my particular case when I was ill he called me personally to know how I was going my recovery, I can only thank God for having put him on my path as a primary doctor.
