Love this office and the whole staff!!! They are so helpful and kind from the moment you call. I always have seen Dawn, and she was the only physician in years to pay attention and be able to diagnosis me correctly. Not only that, she brought joy back in my life when she was able to correct a severe edema issue I had. Nobody ever was able to fix that! I feel so mich better..and have so much life back. You guys are awesome, and I am so grateful to be a patient with this office. Look no further!!!

Excellent doctor, PAs (especially Dawn), and staff. They’ve been our go to family practice clinic for the last 7 years. Could not be more grateful for the care they provide me and my wife; staff goes out of their way to take care of our medical needs. Highly recommend!

I want to give Dr. Perez and Dawn 5 Stars, they are both great ! I have been a patient there for many years. The staff is always friendly and helpful, I have never had any complaints about them. The entire team is doing a great job, please keep up the good work.

The only thing positive about this doctors office is Dawn. However the office can only be as good as its head. The staff are incoherent, rude, belittling, And it’s my opinion they only cater in a charming manner to Hispanics. Definitely not a great doctors office when it comes to customer service, or to making sure the patient is taken care of. The importance to them is recovering theirs money for a doctors visit. Majority of the staff is young and need to be trained on how to talk to people in a res peaceful way. Not even worth the going in to detail the many issues I’ve experience simply trying to be seen by them. It’s sad they they’re in my insurance network. I wouldn’t recommend them at all to anyone.

Really bad experience in this doctors office! Horrible office staff, one time I was on hold for 24 minutes just to get an appointment. I had a really hard time to get my refill prescriptions. I wouldnt recommend this place to a friend or family member ever.

I have been going to this office since 2015 and I loved it. Dawn and her personal assistant are great. The last year or so, I dont know if management changed but the staff are rude and condescending each and every single time I have gone back. I wanted a PPD and ended up getting the quantiferon to NEVER set foot in that office again. Front desk is rude and nasty and the other nurse, not Dr. Perez ( who is the only other saving grace there), are also mean and condescending. If you dont mind the front desk, see no one else besides Dawn or Dr. Perez. I have referred about 5 patients to them. Never again.

Both Dr. Perez and Dawn are wonderful. Theyve helped me to understand my disabilities and their causes greatly and have always been friendly, caring and helpful. The staff as well are excellent and professional. If youre looking for an excellent family doctor or GP in the homestead area I highly recommend them. Even the physicians they recommend for referrals are generally excellent as well. Honestly this is the first doctors office Ive been to that was any good since moving here several years back so I really cant recommend them any higher.

I had signs since the beginning and I chose to ignore them. First time I set an appointment and they left me on hold for over 10 min. I hung up and called again and they transferred me god knows where. Again, on hold for several minutes. I hung up again and was finally able to set up an appointment. The doctor is never available supposedly she is booked weeks in advance and only her ARNPs are available. I went for a regular yearly physical and left 2 1/2 hours later. The front desk staff were rude to other patients and the girls in the back just kept laughing and being really loud and obnoxious. What is the point of an appointment if you are going to wait over an hour after your set appointment to be seen. When it came time to draw my blood they left me in a closet where all their medical supplies are to draw blood. I felt it was unsanitary because people kept walking in and out getting supplies and interrupting the lady that was drawing my blood. I have never had a problem with any of the techs drawing blood because my vain is very easy to find but since the lady was getting interrupted I guess she was not paying attention and after the blood draw I bled so much. Never again will I come here.

Fantastic Doctor, staff not so great. Her husband, err office manager had no problem verbally accosting this patient over an outstanding bill that was never mailed. And this was done in front of other patients in the waiting room. Nepotism appears to be alive and well at this facility. Way to go Dr. Perez.

The worst experience ever I had in my life. Wait time is crazy. Waited an hour and a half for service. Than had 2 min conversation with the doctor for her to send me to the over doctor and than a year and 5 month later I get a bill on 275$ and they saying that how it works. I didn’t receive any blood work any lab work. Doctor didn’t check me. Just referred to over doctor and I have to pay for it. Don’t recommend at all

Horrible customer service. I called for an emergency visit because they offer same day service.... I was told they dont have anything available.. I asked for an appointment for the next day and was again told they dont have anything.. The receptionist told me I need to schedule an appointment ahead of time... really dummy its an emergency appointment how do you plan an emergency visit... she told me to go ahead and find another doctor and hung up the phone!! Great service... not.... wouldnt recommend this office to anyone... they are all idiots and you never see the physician only the PA...

Price is at a continuous rise even for customers that have been coming for years !! Recently went up to 80 dollars to see a nurse practitioner ?! This is not some high end facility, these are basic services located in a tight cramped corner by a day care that smells like piss. I mean literal piss ,saw a kid piss on the building!! Won’t be comming again wait is ridiculous!!! drs are kind but that’s not nearly enough to deal with the fact that they are closed on prime hours , staff is rude and they will ask you to leave even if you’ve been waiting . Not to mention I got some blood work done and I ended up getting a call from the dept collector asking for money for a bill this place was supposed to cover had to go back to the office to deal with the situation.

NP Ms Dawn has been treating me n my husband for years.Shes very thorough, caring , kind, smart, trustworthy Doctor. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Best Healthcare Ive received as an adult love love love Dawn and Dr. Perez...Amazing, careing, professional, nurses are great, Always busy, but wait time is nothing compared to other Dr. Offices...Had Dawn for almost 3 years now, moved to the keys still my Doctor!!!! Never had a problem, Always works with you for appointments...Im a retired Veteran of 11 years 3 combat tours. So I know what bad healthcare is like, so greatful for all shes done for me💖💞

First of all I am writing this review not about the doctors themself I am just very disappointed with the staff. This place used to have great staff but lately it is horrible. They slack, being lazy, unapologetic and the staff doesnt communicates clearly to clients and to each other. The last 3 referrals didnt arrive at their destination and I had to reschedule appointments and pick them up myself and they needed to do them when I stepped into the office. I called in because of bloodwork that needed to be done to make sure we can do that. When I went their 4 days later to do so they told me I had to make an appointment first with the doctor. They could have told me that on the phone and it wouldnt be a problem. I take it serious when people who get payed keep on wasting my time where I would have done something productive. I really hope that the doctors will retrain or replace their staff before the reputation of this doctors office is destroyed.

DR. Mariela Perez is an amazing AND HIGHLY KNOWLABLE DOCTOR.

I’ve been going to this office for over 2 years now. My husband and I have never met Dr. Mariela Pérez. However, we wouldn’t trade their PA Ms. Dawn. From day 1, she’s been very caring, has great bedside manners, is always in a comforting mood. She medicates you with the right meds; she’s our Doctor. We moved from Homestead last year; and even though we have to drive 30-45 mins with traffic, we go whenever we need to...and always choose her. She’s great! We’ve never had to wait for more than 20 mins with an appointment. We totally recommend her! Their staff is always helpful. The nurse who picks up the phone for refills, is also very reliable & helpful. They are all great!!! Totally recommend them.

All people that works here are great! I come from Kendall to Homestead because they make you feel great.

Dr. Perez and Dawn are great, caring physicians, once you get to see them. Showed up 15 minutes early for an 1100 appt. Not seen till 1150 and had to leave because most people have other things to do besides sit around a doctors office listening to oprah. If any other profession did that, they would fail but we allow the medical group to continually neglect patients time.

Dr. And nurses are great but dude at the desk is kind of rude...
